About this cabin rental
3 bedroom easy access cabin with private personal hot tub, resort amenities (incredible grotto style pool, tennis court, basketball court, great grass for pets and kids, etc) and in-cabin games.
White Oak Resort is a premier resort community that backs up to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park but with no snow tires or bravery required for the road (parkway) to our cabin. The resort features a large saltwater pool with waterfalls & grottos, firepit, horseshoe pit, shared gas grills throughout the resort, hot tub (community hot tub and private hot tub at cabin), tennis/basketball court, workout facility, club house, lighted walking path and Ziplines (extra fee), plus a golf course across the street (extra fee).
This is a true log cabin in the heart of the Smokies. It's located in a Family friendly resort with easy roads and access to everything. No steep winding roads or scary curves here - if your 16 child was learning to drive, then these are the kind of roads you might put them on. Bent Creek Golf Course is 2 minutes away, 15 minutes to the heart of Gatlinburg and the Ripley's Aquarium, 10 minutes to Rocky Top Sports World, 25 minutes to Dollywood, 5 minutes to great swimming holes on the Little Pigeon River.
Private hot tub, racing style arcade game, games and toys for the kids in the cabin, flat screen TVs throughout, free WiFi and parking. Resort amenities include awesome saline zero entry pool with waterfalls, tennis, horseshoes, basketball, gym, firepit, ziplining (for a fee) and walking trail.
Sleeps 6 adults comfortably (2 per bedroom) but up to 10 with kids on the futon and air mattress. Maximum of two cars may be parked in front of the cabin. Any additional cars must be parked in the overflow parking area by the pool or in the designated overflow parking spots (they have signs) in the resort.
You get the entire cabin and resort amenities during your stay. Resort pool areas are seasonal approximately Memorial Day -Labor Day (sometimes later depending on weather).
Parking for 2 vehicles in front of cabin. No street parking. Additional parking by tennis courts which is about a 3 minute walk.

Cabin was nice. Cleanliness was so-so. My husband had to remove a HUGE hairball from the tub drain upstairs because it wasn't draining when we took showers. A lot of light bulbs needed replaced, mainly in kitchen area. We took light bulbs from lamps that weren't needed as much so we could see in the kitchen. Hosts let us check in 1/2 hour early, which was nice. We liked the community pool area. Cabin just seemed really far from everything though. Like 25-45 min drive from most everything. Overall, nice rental

Close to most of the things we were interested in doing. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable, all the rooms were good size. Was nice having a washer and dryer. A little disappointed that the cabins were so close to each other. Overall a good place to stay.
Housekeeping items: one dining room chair has the rungs coming unglue, plastic chair on screened porch as a crack in the seat which pinched when sat in. Found long hairs on kitchen counter and cobwebs in the screened porch… we arrived a round 3:30 and the cleaning crew was still there, so I think they were rushed and maybe didn’t pay as much attention as usual😊

We loved that the location was near the Greenbrier entrance to the Smokey Mountain National Park. That entrance to the park follows the Little Pigeon River. Our grandsons had a great time swimming in the river.

We stayed for four nights at this easily accessible location in a very well maintained and inviting settings. They even kept the hot tub on and running so that we could relax immediately after checking in. Kitchen has all the appliances and pots and pans to enjoy home cooked meals!
Highly recommended and will definitely visit again, hopefully in the early fall!

We stayed the weekend for a soccer tournament at Rocky Top Sports complex and the location was perfect! Also only about 20 min from downtown Gatlinburg. Cabin was clean and how pictured! We had 6 people and there was plenty of room, the arcade games were not working so that was disappointing but overall great stay! Hot Tub was a big hit :)

Overall the cabin was great. There were a few things about the cabin that weren’t working or that needed some attention, but nothing that made our stay unpleasant or caused us hardship. It was an easy drive to downtown gatlinburg. There was shopping a few restaurants and groceries close enough, but not too close. I would definitely stay here again. The next time we come back we will make sure it’s between memorial and Labor Day so that we are able to utilize the community pool!

We had a great time! It is a relaxing, beautiful cabin. I think the pictures dont even do it justice. The bed in the master was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the hot tub. My son loved the race car game. It was a wonderful time!

Cabin needs a deep cleaning. Tile and bathtub grout had mildew. Garbage disposal had an awful odor. Trash can was nasty under bag. Comfortable beds.

This place was cute and cozy. We had an awesome time in Gatlinburg and coming back to place every night made the experience even better the beds were comfortable. The area was quiet. My only issue is that I have really bad allergies and all of the vents were extremely dusty but the rest of the place was very clean. My husband thought the dining chairs could use some refinishing because they sag a bit but other than that it is a great place. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t care to be right in the center of gatlinburg.

Cabin was clean and comfortable with all the necessities of home. The car racing game was an added bonus: our 30+ year olds were constantly on it when inside. The hot tub was awesome!

The only one complaint was the trash can was pretty disgusting under the lid and also the bottom when changing the bag. Needs to deffinently be cleaned.

This cabin is a total gem! Cozy, clean, and situated in a beautiful location. Everything you'd hope for in a 5-star stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for the perfect getaway. The interior is cozy and impeccably clean, with all the comforts of home. Waking up to the serene views and crisp autumn air is a true delight. If you're looking for a memorable getaway, especially during the fall season, this cabin should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend!

Community nice and quite
We enjoyed the cabin a lot they had everything for us.
We even used a bassinet for our baby since our kids didn’t want to sleep alone!

We enjoyed a quick trip as a family to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The quiet location of the cabin and being away from the busy city was great. The cabin was clean and quaint. It was stocked with the bare minimum for having meals (ie cups, plates, couple of pans). The car game upstairs was a bonus. Seeing rabbits every morning while we had breakfast was fun.

The cabin was very clean, well maintained, beds super comfortable. Loved the amenities at the resort. The pool was wonderful, the grills were nice for cooking at home. Short drive to downtown Gatlinburg but far enough away it was out of the hustle and bustle and quiet.

This property was the perfect place for our family. It was located within 20 minutes of everything. We wanted to be close enough to the fun but not right in the noisy city. Cabin was clean and well kept. The kids loved the old time video game and the pool was amazing. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The cabin set up was perfect for my family of four, plus my two parents. Upon arrival it was immaculate- the cleaning crew really worked hard and it showed! It was well stocked, and the pool area was perfect for my 3 and 5 year old. Loved the futon in the room that could pull out into a bed, and the car racing game was great after a long day of hiking/swimming/sightseeing!
The location is just far enough from Gatlinburg that it’s easy to get everywhere, without the terrible traffic and crowds. The backroads could get you anywhere.

My family had a great time here, no treacherous roads, close to Gatlinburg. Parking was a little tight because we had a big truck and a car but it worked out fine. House was clean and had everything we needed. We brought coffee, dish soap, etc., but when we got there, all that was already there, a nice touch! Would recommend!

The property was just as advertised. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood in a great location that's away from the busyness of Gatlinburg, but still relatively close to a grocery store, a few dining options, etc. We had some minor cleanliness issues with the cabin, but overall was clean and a good stay. The kids loved the racing game upstairs. We didn't get to use the community pool due to too many rainy days, but it looked tidy and fun from a distance.

Our stay was exactly as pictured! The place was super clean when we arrived (check in was a breeze)! Everything was as pictured in the listing. Only a few suggestions for the place would be new dining room chairs and a full length mirror somewhere in the cabin. The weather was around 60 when we went so the hot tub on the back porch was needed! It was a bit too chilly for the big pool, so we hung out in the hot tub there, but the pool area looks very cool and fun. We would recommend this place to anyone and we would stay here again in the future!
