Good location and nice accommodations. I wish there were an option for a queen bed in the second bedroom for adults traveling together

The property was absolutely perfect for our family of 3. Our teenage daughter loved having her own room and bathroom, while her dad and I loved not sharing with her. 🙂 We were on the 18th floor and had phenomenal views. It was really very quiet at night too which I didn't expect being that we were in the middle of the city. The check in process was incredibly easy, the kitchen was stocked with Kcups and cream and sugar and we had absolutely everything we needed for our week long stay. We will definitely be back!

Great experience overall. Incredible location, check in and comfort. The apartment though did not have enough plates, glasses and flatware. There were not enough towels and the blinds in the rooms did not work appropriately. Overall is was indeed a positive experience

Great location and amazing views of the city.

The condo was nice and in a great location. It was minutes to great shopping and restaurants as well as a block away from Whole Foods. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. We had an issue with the refrigerator while we were there. The communication with Kasa was great and the problem was fixed quickly by on site maintenance. Highly recommend this condo!

Would stay again

The location was great and the unit was very spacious. The abundance of windows was really nice throughout the day as well. Only issues: the bathtub didn't drain properly when showering, the toilet would leak when being flushed and the apartment door handle was faulty and so only the deadbolt would hold it closed when you leave.

Amazing view. Corner unit. 2 bd, 2 baths—1 bath is en suite.
4.9
The property was better than advertised. We loved the balcony for a morning coffee and listing to the city sounds. Location is great. Even though parking is not provided there is an attached garage that was convenient and easy. Overall a great stay and would definitely return.

Wonderful location and beautiful unit! Very very minor issues addressed immediately and communication with management team was excellent!
Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!!

The property & location was perfect for a girls getaway weekend in Chicago! Would definitely stay there again!

We rented a 2 bedroom for myself, husband and 2 adult sons in their 20s. We had a variety of purposes for the trip, work, helping my son move, visiting with family as well as attending the Bruce Springsteen concert and a White Sox game. Everything was perfect. The building was very close to the el lines so we hopped on public transportation to go to our various locations. The neighborhood is lovely and nice to just walk around as well. The unit was well appointed with nice touches such as a Keurig coffee maker and an electric kettle. They even had tea bags. We would definitely stay again!

Everything is an easy walk from here! Great place to stay.

Excellent 2Bd/Ba property. Super clean, conveniently located, and great service.

It was an easy check in. Received informative texts before trip. Not a huge list of things to do before we checked out! I would definitely stay again. Great location.
4.9
Great location!! Easy access and really appreciated being able to store luggage with early arrival
4.9
Comfortable, well-equipped apartment with great security. Only two blocks from the subway and three blocks from the miracle mile. We walked to Millenium Park and to the architectural boat tour. Being on the red line (Chicago/State Street) made it easy to tour Wrigley field and catch a White Sox game. Highly recommended!

Overall good accommodations. Location is perfect, walking access to most downtown attractions. Easy walk to public transport.
For families would be nice to have more than one television. Blinds on windows were not the easiest to operate.

Nice and clean

The place was great but the room temperature wouldn’t go above 68 degrees. The sofa was broken but we were still able to use it. The communication was excellent.

Perfect condo for us! Loved we were on end/corner with windows surrounding LR and kitchen. Beds were comfy. Great location!

The location and views were amazing!

This is a gorgeous condo and the location is perfect! We walked to restaurants and loved the view out the floor to ceiling windows both day and night.

We stayed in this apartment for three nights - it was immaculate. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, which is nice, and they both include sound machines so we could be talking in the living room and the baby could nap. An added bonus was the washer/dryer in the master bathroom. Will definately stay again.

Kasa was very responsive and quickly addressed all of our needs. We traveled with a 1 year old and the provided a Pack n’ Play. As an added bonus they also found us a booster seat (even though the website says they don’t provide them)! One of the bathroom tubs drained slowly and they had a plumber out the next day to fix the issue. These were very pleasant experiences with the Kasa management team. I would recommend staying at the property.

Condo is in a great location and communication, check-in and check-out were a breeze. It was clean and comfortable with nice linens and towels. Coffee pods, creamer and sugar were provided which was a nice surprise. Would choose Kasa accommodations again.

Very clean and spacious. My family of four was very comfortable. The elevators were not all functioning so wait was sometimes lengthy, but other than that, the accommodations were great.
