About this house rental
The condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and covered parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it’s first come first serve but space for everyone. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbor. There is an elevator and stairs. The view outside your room is Mainly trees and the condo next door but there is ocean view through the trees.

It’s the perfect beach-to-bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Ann Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times of year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors within the bay and ocean.
Within the condo; the 1 bedroom has a full kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, dining table with an additional dining table on the covered patio. Seats 10 total with additional chairs for large groups in the villa. The living room is very spacious with a sectional couch. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv with a private entrance onto the covered balcony. The Master bathroom has a double vanity sink and a large closet with a walk in shower that has dual shower heads and a jacuzzi bath tub. There is a washer and dryer within the unit, basic cable, and wifi.
For an additional charge of $40 per day I do have a boat slip. Please enquire if you are looking to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis.
Please note this is a new rental but I do own other properties within Tortuga so you can check them out and the reviews to get a feel for me and how I take care of the properties and guests. If you are looking for a different size condo, needs multiple condos or this one doesn't have the availability you are looking for you can look at the other condo's I help manage. The VRBO ID's are: 7850036 and 2041850 which are both studio style condos (about the size of a hotel room with a kitchette), 1626279 which is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen with views of the ocean and large screened patio, 2240550 which is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, full kitchen and 3952991 which is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen with stunning views of the Bay.
