Avons apprécié notre séjour avec notre petit fils.

Proximité des commerces et des commodités, Piscine intérieure (notre petit fils a adoré la glissade). Malgré le tapis dans la chambre, que nous n’aimons pas vraiment, tout était propre! Tout le personnel était avenant et gentil.

Déjeuner très ordinaire, manque de diversité. Vendredi vu l’affluence, manquait de tout; assiettes, café, viande, fraises. Porte de chambre non sécuritaire car elle ne barrait pas (308) , ce n’est que le 3eme matin que l’employé à l’entretien nous a montré comment nous devions faire , car ils étaient au courant qu’il y avait un problème.. nous aurions aimé être avisé avant!! On aurait pu se faire voler . Le congélateur du réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas !

Fantastic pool and slide for a night.

Brand new clean hotel with a nice pool/hot tub/water slide. Its highly accessible on the highway. Breakfast was fine. Overall very nice experience

Kids running in the halls and pounding on doors. No hot water in shower. Not for travelers.

I added "cream" to my coffee, and it wasn't drinkable. That couldn't have been real cream. Eggs and meat were inedible. Toast was fine. Cardboard utensils weren't good to eat with. Bring in proper flatware.

Nice water slide & pool, but too pricey.

Pool was great, the slide was awesome for the kids. I got parking right out front. Staff were amazing.

Floors were creaking, I had to go to front dest to get my room key rebooted 2 times. The elevator was slow. There was a hockey team there.Breakfast was not great. There wifi wouldn’t work ,so I had to hotspot my kids. The walls are sound proof, but the doors aren’t, we could hear everyone’s conversation in the hall walking by.

A good quick stay

I loved how clean it was. The staff was super friendly and lovely room sizes. Super cute microtel

I didn't like the missing towels at the pool, the lack of food at the buffet. They were out of butter for two days?! I was not impressed, water station always empty as well.

Staff are very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is clean and and nothing missing in the rooms.

The breakfast doesn't have much choices like other hotels that includes breakfast. It's very limited.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, decor was elegant, rooms and beds are cozy and the kids loved the pool and water slide!

It would be nice if breakfast could go to 10am and offer waffles. Also I was charged twice for the room fee plus deposit.

Was a safe and clean hote to rest my head during a family crisis. Was close to the highway which was easy access to the

Clean, well managed and easy to access. Location was great right off the highway and surrounded by stores and restaurants for easy access. Gym was lovey and rooms were very clean. The front desk managers were kind and helpful.

The hotel was new and lovely. I have nothing bad to say.

Very-very good option for tourism and business trips

The hotel in general met my expectations. I would give thanks separately receptionists Team - they are the best! The location is ideal - not far from the good road (hwy 404) but in picturesque and quite place. The hotel has a swimming pool and even a water slide.

The total price could be slightly lower :)

It was relaxing.

Location was great. Lots of shopping, grocery stores & restaurants near by. The property is modern & clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was very good. Something for everyone.

Dirty sheets, full of brown stains is what I always remember from this hotel

Breakfast was too simple

The thing that dissgust me from the very first moment of my presence in the hotel, was the bed sheet full of brown stains. I called the reception and invited him to observe the sheet, he was shocked and apologized, he brought new sheets, which was also strained. I could not trust the cleanness of the towels or the bath after this, and my whole stay became horrible.

The location was great

Our room was so dirty, my 2 year old son pulled a old piece of pizza from the nightstand. There was food smears on the desk, wood chips behind the door in the bathroom, just to mention a few things. The person above us was putting on their rendition of Stomp for hours. When I politely brought up the lack of cleanliness to the staff they just said “ok, ok”

The waterside was a wonderful addition for our kids. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again!

There was limited space for breakfast. Possibly additional space would be something to look at.

Nice Hotel for business trip.... But room for improvement

Nice and well equipped hotel. Good for business trip or short stay.

Extremely crowded and loud during weekends! The public locations like the gym is not maintenaned well. During 2 months (I'm staying in this hotel frequently) the Cable Tower was not repaired. In the end guest need to repair it themselves.
