Everything was just perfect at Wellhome Asti! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We appreciated the decor and function of everything in the room.
If I had to say something I didn't like, the only thing I can say is I had to carry the suitcases up the stairs... it was not an issue for us, though.

Our host was really helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had a lovely time in Asti. I highly recommend this place and host.

Really nice with quality on many areas. The apartment was designed with a very good taste, very nice details och AC in both rooms.
The host was extremly helpfull and had a good knowledge about Piemontearea and especially about wines.

The apartment is really nice. If we were going to stay in the Asti area, the apartment itself had everything we needed, was spacious and would work well as a home base for the area. Do not let the first impression of the area control. The restaurant next door was halal, I believe, and the people there were great and the food was very good for take-out next door. The little market next to it featured fresh fruits and veggies and reminded me of a market stall--tons of fruit and veggies. The drive from Asti up to Casale Monferrato taking country roads was beautiful, and we especially liked the view of the tenuta montemagno (http://www.tenutamontemagno.it/) on the way. Staying there was above our budget! lol But the drive was worth it.
Also, the drive to Canelli and our tour of Contratto Winery (https://www.contratto.it/en/) was worth it. (Reserve in advance for tours of any wineries.) But when you go to Canelli (you should), also go into the Wine Shop located across the street from the Contratto Windery tasting room. It features MANY local wines in the area, where Muscato di' Asti was created. Try Isolabella della Croce. Delicious. Wish I'd gone to that winery too. Definitely put the wine shop at Canelli on your list. See

The drive from Canelli down to La Spezia was really gorgeous wine country around Canelli. Take your time. This is not the autobahn. Almost as pretty here (but not quite) as Valdobbiadene in the Amarone producing area.
Just be aware that this does involve climbing some stairs to reach the apartment. The building and the neighborhood is in the city, and the building is secure (code for the door at the bottom of the stairs) and the apartment is secure (ample safety at the door) and we had no problems with our car parked in the parking lot right outside (literally) the door to the building. But make sure you figure out how to get the codes you will need for the door and the key, and then be ready to climb the stairs with your luggage.
Having to go through Booking.com communication was a pain in the neck. Booking.com and the host need to work out a better way to get the guest the code for the door to the building, and the code for the lock box outside the door to the apartment for the key. It was especially frustrating, because when I called the number for the host, he did not answer his phone. After several attempts to call him, we had to drive to find a wi-fi hot spot to contact him through the Booking.com site. I do not totally blame the host, but the system with booking.com and the host need to be changed to get the guest the information earlier or easier. When he didn't answer the phone several times, it cost us over an hour just to get the codes.

Great apartment, modern and very comfortable, it had plenty of space and everything we needed for a short stay in Asti. Comfortable bed, lots of wardrobe space, full length mirror, really good shower, tea and coffee facilities, large fridge and freezer. We were in Asti for a wedding so didn't cook but the kitchen seemed very well equipped.
While the location is convenient for the station and only a short walk from the old town, it isn't very picturesque so no nice views when using the outside seating.

The attention to details in the apartment, with everything functional and a super cosy balcony in a private patio.

The host was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The apartments are beautiful and have everything you need for a stay including a small toiletry pack which was nice. They have local wines from the region which you can buy and enjoy in your apartment after being out all day. Helpful information printed out for sightseeing and the host always got back to us with any questions we had. Parking wasn’t an issue, plenty of free parking nearby.

The apartment was awesome: wonderfully decorated, all you needed in the kitchen and bathroom, spotlessly clean. It was truly the 'home away from home' and also close to the town center.
And what made it all better was our beloved host, Francesco, who's genuinely welcome-ness made us feel like we're visiting a old friend, and one with a great taste in good wine too ;)

Very clean apartment, very friendly and helpful host.
The apartment was excellent! On the street some things which were not very ok, bit this is the city mayor responsibility (and I hope will improve). The host was very helpful and I have to say that we really appreciated how clean was the apartment (very important for us).

The luxurious apartment has everything you need. It’s very clean and recently renovated with the best airco, shower and kitchen you can ask for. But above all the host, Fransiesco, was amazing. Lots of tips for great local restaurants with the best food for good prices. Additionally he has a great wine selection that you have access to (very small Price to pay) and suggestions for Winehouses to visit (we wanted to buy some good wines for more normal Prices). We even had a terrace where we had breakfast on every morning. Fransiesco is always around for tips for your stay. Thanks Fransiesco, we
Will recommend you to everyone.
Everything was great, exceeded expectations.
