Opulent, seductive and meticulously detailed, this newly renovated home has got it all!
Throughout a decade, this home has been handled with care and many of the features were built by the owner overseas.
Completely renovated duplex converted into 1 Large family home. Ample street parking for boat trailers on a corner lot. Outside shower, deck, firepit, grill and large front porch. Open plan 1st floor with beautiful large gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with all utensils, kitchen aid, ninja blender and 3 types of coffee machine for large culinary gatherings. Dining area for 10, coffee corner snug and music corner (feel free to jam away on the guitar S and microphone provided. Double French doors leading into ultra cool T.V room (personal vinyl collection to enjoy). Laundry room and bathroom completes this floor.

Very well renovated house with plenty of space for our group of nine. It is a few blocks from the beach, but that isn’t a problem if you rent golf carts. This is our second time renting this house. It had several beach chairs and towels.

This is our family's second year renting this property. It is clean and spacious with comfortable beds and well appointed. A few thoughts from this year - the house could use a vacuum. It's hard to keep the sand out and the floors clean with just a broom and dustpan. The outdoor shower could be enclosed. Add a hose to the spigot on the street side of the house. It's impossible to keep your feet clean after using the outdoor shower and walking back through the yard the deck/backdoor. Maybe add stairs to the deck over by the shower or the hose to the street-side spigot?

I would absolutely book this gorgeous home again! The kitchen itself is so open and beautiful. The loft upstairs was perfect for the kids. 3 full bathrooms was ideal with our crew and just overall the communication with the property owners and Chesapeake Realty was excellent. 10/10 recommend!

The management company responded quickly to our request for a new carafe for the coffee maker to replace the one that was chipped. The staff member who brought us a new coffee maker was cheerful and helpful.

We’re glad we rented this house last minute for our family trip. The house is amazing and my son said this’s the dream house. We loved the house style and the neighborhood is quiet and nice. We hope we could come back again!

Spacious, well renovated house a couple of blocks off the main commercial strip and a few blocks from the beach. This was plenty of space for two families. Lots of really interesting details. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect family vacation- the house was beautiful and location to the beach was amazing. We were within walking distance to all shopping and dining - we chose to rent carts to carry all of our toys which made it super easy

Kim and Christi came through heroically at a time when I thought no one take a call. The place was not a 10x upgrade, but 20x. We walked the three floors pinching ourselves. The owner did an incredible ten year restoration job, adding his own handiwork from England. The British flair is top notch. The entire place is a class act: well constructed, tastefully decorated, many surprising additions and features. Take care of this place!
