About this villa rental

Holiday house for 11 people near Cómpeta, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

Fabulous vacation home for large families with all the comforts for an unforgettable stay. Recently renovated and furnished with modern decoration, the house offers everything necessary for up to 11 people to enjoy their well-deserved vacation.

In the house, spread over a single floor, you will have four bedrooms at your disposal. Three of them (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) have an ensuite bathroom each. The last bedroom has a single bed that can be expanded to a double and a bunk bed, whose lower bed is a double bed; In this way, up to 5 people can sleep in it. The house has another bathroom for family use. All bathrooms in the house are equipped with a shower tray.

The bright living area with double-height ceilings and large windows is divided into a large living room with a stove, two sofas and SmartTV, a dining area and a perfectly equipped independent kitchen.

The entire house is heated by hot/cold air conditioning.

The outside area is just as impressive as the inside. It has a beautiful private pool, near which there are several sun loungers to enjoy the magnificent views. The large covered porch with a dining table and the covered chill-out area are the icing on the cake, to spend long hours talking and enjoying the company of your loved ones. The outdoor distribution is completed by the barbecue area, a rest area with comfortable armchairs and covered with a tent. The leisure offer is completed with a ping pong table.

The property is completely fenced and has enough space to park cars inside.

The access to the house is concreted.

It was the perfect size for our group. The only suggestion would be more towels 1 large and hand towel not enough. The roads to the house were windy and narrow no guard rails on 1/2 the journey. Takes about 40 minutes to go up and down the road due to multiple switchbacks. Jaun was amazing speaks mostly Spanish but one in our group was able to communicate fine. Would highly recommend

La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario, no le falta detalle. Debo de decir que las fotos no hacen justicia a lo bien que está, seguro que repetiremos.

Nos a gustado absolutamente todo, fuimos en noche vieja!!, llevamos muchos años visitando casas rurales y esta sin duda se lleva el broche de ORO, es tal cual se ven en las fotos e incluso mejor, todo cuidado al detalle con gusto de diseño y comodidad de 10, incluso los utensilios de cocina, vasos, platos etc, todo perfecto. Ha pocos dias de la llegada a la casa, le preguntamos a los propietarios de llevar a una perrita y no nos pusieron ningun problema, al contrario. Rosa y Juan los propietarios son unas personas muy atentos, amables, cuidadosos y una sensación de confianza plena, todo son facilidades con ellos, no hubo ningun problema y estamos seguros de que si lo hubiera lo solucionan al 100%. Mas propietarios asi!!. Las calidades de la casa, los servicios, las habitaciones, el mimo de como esta construida y adornada, con todas las necesidades y detalles hacen que la estancia sea como si fuera tuya " La Casa de tus sueños" y cuidarla como se merece 12 estrellas, atardeceres y amaneceres de Pelicula y sensación de relax plena. Sin duda con muchas de volver y disfrutarla mas, se nos hizo corto. Gracias Familia.

Wir sind zu viert in dieses Ferienhaus angereist. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war super. Für uns 4 war es perfekt. Mit 12 Personen können wir es uns aber weniger vorstellen (6-8 Personen inkl. Kinder sollten sich jedoch trotzdem noch wohlfüllen können). Die Anreise (also die letzten Kilometer zum Haus) ist schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber dafür liegt es wirklich ruhig und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr positiv. Gute Gastronomie ist in 15min per Auto (unbedingt nötig !!) zu erreichen. Für einen Strandurlaub jedoch weniger geeignet.

Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr neuwertiger Ausstattung, jeder hat sein eigenes Schlafzimmer und das Bad dazu. Die Betten sind allerdings etwas schmal und haben sehr feste Matratzen. Der Pool und die umgebende Landschaft ist wunderschön, man kann richtig gut entspannen. Die Umgebung ist sehr bergig und an muss immer runter ans Meer fahren, ca eine 3/4 h einfach bis zum Meer, obwohl es „nur“ 16 km sind. Bei Tagesausflügen sind das sehr lange Wege.

Een heel fijn huis, met een geweldig uitzicht! Om de kust te bezoeken moet je wel door de bergen naar beneden, zo'n half uur rijden, maar dit is een heel mooie route die prima te doen is! Belangrijk is om op de verharde weg te blijven, ook al geeft de navigatie anders aan!! Kleine supermarkten kun je vinden in Competa, tien minuten rijden. Grote supermarkten, zoals de Lidl, kun je in Torrox vinden. Dit is de kustplaats die het dichtst bij is.

Una casa que ni en mis mejores sueños hubiera imaginado. Preciosa, decorada con muchísimo gusto y súper limpia. Los anfitriones muy atentos. El acceso hasta la casa es largo y complicado pero una vez allí desconectas aunque no quieras. No es una zona para ir cada día a la playa por la carretera que hay para llegar hasta allí. Pero es perfecta para unas vacaciones de desconexión y relax. Puestas de sol muy bonitas. Y en tiempos de Covid ideal estar tan apartado del mundo. Competa queda a 10 minutos en coche. Y es un pueblo precioso de gente muy amable.

Inside and outside there is plenty of space and each day you can choose how to spend your day, sunbathing, pool, barbecue, city trips. We had an amazing stay!

Wie haben den Geburtstag von meiner Mutter mit der ganzen Familie gefeiert und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die meiste Zeit verbrachten wir natürlich im Außenbereich auf der Sonnenlounge und am Pool. Abends haben wir den Grill benutzt und hatten so jeden Tag ein Festmahl. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und wir hatten das Gefühl dass sie wirklich bemüht waren dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Vielen Dank dafür nochmal! Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen, wenn auch mit weniger Leuten ;)
