Living room has 50” LED HDTV, 12 volt AM/FM/CD/DVD home theater system, fireplace, and pull out full size bed. Eat in kitchen has island, solid surface countertops, 18 cubic foot refrigerator, microwave, 3 burner gas stove, and double sink. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware and dishes for four. Keurig style coffee maker (caffeine lovers bring your own K cups)! Adjoining the kitchen is the butler's pantry/study area with knee space desk and skylight. This area can be closed if privacy is needed, Perfect for bringing your laptop and working remotely while on vacay. Spacious master bedroom with one slide has king bed, and ample storage for your personal items. 32” TV in master. Bed linens are provided for master and living room pullout. Bathroom with skylight is outfitted with oversize shower with seat, vanity with medicine cabinet for storing your toiletries, and foot pedal flush porcelain toilet. For your visual comfort, "S'more Smoky Mountains?" has LED ceiling lights throughout, with reading lights over seating areas, and in master bedroom. "S''more Smoky Mountains?" has two power adjustable awnings with LED lighting and three electric slide outs. Equipped with an exterior shower with hot and cold water for your comfort. Exterior marine grade speakers will allow you to listen to music while enjoying time outdoors. Exterior has 110 volt outlet for your convenience. There are two A/C units for your comfort, thus 50 amp service is required. Also has 35,000 BTU high output furnace. Equipped with auto electric leveling system for ease in set up. Cable and satellite connections. For your safely, "S'more Smoky Mountains?" is equipped with carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm, propane gas leak detector, and fire extinguisher. Due to the large size of "S'more Smoky Mountains?", a large truck with a fifth wheel hitch is required for towing. Since most people do not own trucks with this set up, we will deliver and set up within 50 miles of Maryville, TN for (not to leave the state of Tennessee). Delivery and set up fee of $200 applies. "S'more Smoky Mountains?" is Non Smoking, Non Vaping, and pets are not allowed.Dry camping is not allowed, we only deliver to campgrounds with full electrical (50 amp), water, and sewer hookups.
