This property was wonderfully located for a waterfall based vacation. Near to Asheville, Biltmore Estate, Chimney Rock, and lots of nature adventures without all of the hustle and bustle of a big city. Plenty of dining options and groceries nearby for those who want to cook at home. House was well suited for our family of four with a teen and a younger child. Would definitely book again in the future.

Absolutely perfect home for our needs. We came to the location to introduce my grandmother to her great grandchildren. She’s widowed and cannot travel any longer. We will always come back to this home when we visit. Perfect size for two toddlers to run around.

The house was simple and perfect. It had everything you could need and then some. The fire pit was great to make smores and hang out. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen equipment was well stocked and the house was well maintained. It was centrally located to Hendersonville, Asheville and Brevard. We enjoyed exploring all of these areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house with large yard. Minutes away from downtown Hendersonville. Easy access to Brevard, Asheville and surrounding towns.
Very appreciative of the kitchen utensils and supplies that were offered.
Mild noise from the construction of the new rail trail - not a bother at all. Will be great when finished, as it borders the property.
Had a great time.

We were looking to do a friends getaway for New Years around Asheville but with a location a bit further away from the city. House was clean, functional, in a quiet location. Everything was as advertised, they even set the door code to my phone number so it was easy to remember without having to look it up each time. The only slight recommendation I could give is that it can be hard to find for the first time at night. The driveway has reflectors but the address number does not. Overall great stay and great location.

This was the perfect property for us to meet up with our college-aged daughter for a weekend away for Thanksgiving. We had a minor issue and the attention given to it by not only the property manager but also the owner was above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

The home was very clean, beds comfortable and the basics provided as promised.Great location for our family gathering. We weren't at the place very much as the wedding venue was the draw.Suggestion ... could offer better work place for laptop work. Ideal spot would be at the Dining side of the "L" countertop by recessing the flat front for knee space. Would not affect the Kitchen side ... just an architect's opinion.

Nice cozy home with 3 bedrooms. Perfect for 4-6 people. We liked the fire pit and backyard picnic table. Close to town. Older home but clean.

The host was nice. The house was clean. Very roomy for someone that uses a walker. Beds were comfortable . Well stocked. Only downside was bathrooms were small for my mom that uses a walker. We had a great weekend. Would stay again.

Our family decided to get together to celebrate birthdays after many years of not living near one another. We celebrate some turning 80 down to those turning 44.
This home provided a wonderful backdrop for this celebration. From the clean, beautiful home to the quiet neighborhood everything was wonderful. I had great, timely communication with the owner/manager. Check in and check out were a breeze. There were clear, simple instructions for check out.
A few miles away, we found a nice family owned and run Mexican restaurant and a quaint little craft village. The glass blowing demo was fantastic.
The house it a short drive to Biltmore and lots of hiking trails.
The family LOVED the house.
When we go to visit the family that lives in the area, we will check to see if this home is available.

House was perfect for our golf trip. Only 8 minutes to the golf course in a very accessible yet private location. Accommodations, amenities and location were great and check-in was very easy.

Mountain Getaway
It was great. We had 3 older couples and the house worked perfectly for us. It was roomy and everything we needed. We had to be careful with the step-downs going into the living room and coming out of the kitchen.

Can't say enough about this property!
This property was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We visited in April for mountain biking in Dupont Forest and Pisgah Forest. Our contact, Rennay, was very helpful and responsive. The property was clean and beautifully furnished, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The property owners had thoughtfully collected and displayed pamphlets about local sights. We ran into the owner our second day at the property, and he was kind, welcoming and friendly, and suggested two great local restaurants as well as some hikes. The owners have clearly put some thought into what their guests might need, even the things we don't think about (like easy-to-find light switches and ample outdoor lighting). The house is ideal for bikers as it has a laundry room off the kitchen that is great for storing bikes if you can't lock them on or in your vehicle. The yard is huge, and features a fire pit and horseshoes. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, and we could see the neighbor's horses! It is located perfectly to access Pisgah and Dupont as well as getting into Hendersonville for groceries, restaurants and a bike shop (we liked Sycamore Cycles). If you are considering a biking or hiking vacation in the area, you can't go wrong with this property!

Great for BFF Long weekend
The home is exactly as pictured, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect as a home base while exploring Hendersonville and Asheville. Communication with the management team was great. We hope to return to the area soon for another adventure, and enjoy this place again.

A nice place away from the bustle
The house is a nice place to relax. It's comfortable, welcoming, and tastefully decorated. It's not far from either Hendersonville or Asheville yet far enough to be quiet and rural.
Our biggest issue was probably traffic on I-26 going to Asheville, but that's just the state of things in the area these days.

Clean, comfortable and nice location
Felt like home. Once balley location. Everything there that was needed. As described in listing and better. We recommend.

Comfortable, relaxing and convenient
Five adults stayed here while visiting my sister. The house is an easy drive to downtown Hendersonville but it is set on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood amidst a few hills. We enjoyed one evening by the fire pit. The house has a large den, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and two other bedrooms which are adequate. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great for an Asheville area visit
Charming, clean, comfortable house. Very good kitchen layout, enjoyable property, and the fire pit was a hit! WiFi worked well. Adequate cell coverage, but by moving around, could find best reception areas. Very accessible to highways and local attractions, and the Henderson restaurant/bar areas are lively and diverse. Highly recommended for a stay!

Fantastic Hendersonville Rental
Great place to stay. We’ll provisioned and very clean. Spacious and open layout made for a great place for our family to unwind. We’ve rented houses in the area for years when visiting family and will definitely be staying here again. The kids LOVED the backyard and the wonderful fire pit for s’mores and star gazing. Already looking forward to next time.

My family was very comfortable during our stay! The only sound you hear are the birds and the sounds of nature. It was very therapeutic, which was very much needed because of our busy lives!

Nice house
Nice house, area was fairly quiet, bed in master was comfortable but pillows were a little too thick and firm. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Peaceful
It was very clean. Instructions for use of things were easy to find and understand. We enjoyed the Horse Shoe game and open area. To get onto the main road was a little challenging, but the blinking light was helpful.

Ladies Weekend
The inside of home is exceptionally clean. Since it was Covid we ate in house for dinner. The kitchen is large, not overly well equipped but we managed. It was a good jumping off loca to wineries, breweries and other sites.
