Annual friends-and-family ski trip -- we had a fantastic weeklong stay at this great house in Bear Hollow. Super convenient to ski resorts and grocery shopping, and plenty of both shared and private space for 5 couples. Primarily we skied at Deer Valley and Park City, but the house's location made it easy to get to Alta, Snowbird, and Snowbasin as well.
Each bedroom having its own bathroom and desk/workspace; two large, comfortable living rooms; and a spacious kitchen for preparing whole-group meals made for a very comfortable stay. We did not have any kids on this trip but the bunk room seems like it would be a great kids room (and good for adults as well).
We appreciated the helpful ski trip features like boot dryers in the mudroom, plenty of bath and hot tub towels, and a spacious laundry room. The level entry through the garage and front door were very helpful for loading and unloading gear several times a day.
Parking was easy with two cars in the driveway, and the complex has clearly-marked street spaces a short walk down the hill. There was significant snowfall during our trip (woohoo!) and there was very good snow clearing throughout the complex and at the house.
Very easy check-in/check-out. The owners were very communicative and made our trip easy -- everyone in our group enjoyed the house and we'd definitely consider it for another PC trip.

This place was great! Had everything we needed. Would recommend renting an all wheel drive vehicle if staying here in the winter because we didn’t do that and had a hard time up the hill a few times. The location is absolutely fantastic!

The place was in a nice neighborhood, just 5m from Canyons and 10-15 from Park City. The house was spacious and was perfect for a large group. Would definitely book again on a future trip!

Every year our group of 5 couples from 4 different states come together amd find a house to meet up and ski , make dinners, catch up and play games ..this was the perfect house .. the fact that it had a bathroom with every bedroom was a great plus, so nobody had to share a bathroom the bedrooms being on a separate floor from the main area. It was great if somebody wanted to go to bed early and others wanted to stay up and play games. The house was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and we made a nice meal on Valentine’s Day. .. we pick a different location every year but when we come back to Parkcity, we will definitely be trying to purchase place again.

We have been doing a trip to park city every year and this has been our favorite house so far. The house was big enough for 10 adults! Our favorite part was that every bedroom had a bathroom, so that helped when we were all getting ready at the same time. Hot tub was perfect! Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Host was great, allowed early check in and responded to my messages/questions quickly. Only flaw is trying to find open parking, but I would recommend this property in a heartbeat!

The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms with bathrooms attached. Outdoors decks and front porch have lovely views. Hot tub and ping pong table were a hit. Nicely located for shopping and recreation. Kitchen was well stocked for family dinners. Very comfortable for both adults and children.

Fourteen family members flew from Nashville, TN for a family wedding and family reunion. The house was beautiful and comfortably decorated. The master bed was very comfortable. I would suggest if possible, to see the pantry items before grocery shopping. The house had many food items in the pantry including nearly any spice one might need. There was a wonderful selection of coffee pods for the Keurig. I always woke up early and could see the sunrise while I enjoyed my coffee on the porch. My teenage grandson loved playing ping pong in the basement. Due to the layout of the house, bedrooms were quiet and private. The hostess provided a humidifier in each bedroom. This was greatly appreciated by us because we are used to the Tennessee humidity and the dry air really dried out our skin, eyes, nose and lips. One of my favorite spots was the rocky hillside across the street where I watched prairie dogs play. The location of the house was quite and private. One of our relatives rented a house in the neighborhood down by the street and they commented on how quiet our house was. Our children enjoyed the activities at nearby Olympic Park. We took a shuttle bus to the Main Street. The young parents and children really enjoyed the community pool. The hostess had pool towels laid out on the counter in the laundry room. The house was stocked with truly anything one might need. My son-in-law liked the work out facility. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house.

Perfect for extended families to enjoy a ski vacation together!
This home is absolutely lovely and the owner was so nice and accommodating! It was the perfect layout for our extended family “group” that included three children ages 6, 3, and a 10 month old baby. The bedroom set up with a queen bunk, toddler bed, and pack n play worked out perfectly for us! Plus, grandparents and aunts and uncles could easily fit throughout the home in other bedrooms. A huge plus was that everyone had their own bathroom adjacent to each bedroom!! The home was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped, so we had wonderful family meals together. The layout just worked incredibly well for our entire family, and it was only a short drive to PCMR and the Canyons. I highly recommend this property, and we look forward to visiting again!

Family Vacation for a large group!
We have been coming to Park City for 24 years and over time, the family has grown! We now need at least 5 bedrooms and as many baths plus ample room to gather for eating, cooking, playing games and sports watching! This home checked all of our boxes! Comfortable and spacious with a welcoming hot tub after a day on the slopes! Loved the views overlooking the valley! We would certainly be return renters!!!

Beautiful, Spacious, and Conveniently Located Home
My friends and I stayed at this wintry get-away and it was simply amazing!
Arriving at the house after a drive through the canyons from SLC airport, all we could do as we pulled into the snowy driveway was admire the magnificent, purply-pink sunset across the valley. We were blown away before we stepped foot in the house.
The home was larger than we expected from the photos (the best kind of surprise). At three-stories, it had plenty of room for our whole group to spread out! It was very well-maintained, with clean sheets, clean bathrooms, a pristine kitchen (with clean and adorable butler-inspired cookware, and a plethora of cooking utensils and appliances), an inviting living room (with a couch determined to make you nap on it), plenty of bedrooms (the master was beautifully furnished), a massive washer/dryer (big enough to handle a large group), coffee makers, humidifiers and hair dryers in every bathroom under the sinks, and many towels in the closet at the top of the stairs.
The kitchen and living room were excellent gathering areas for us after a full day of fun on the slopes. We’d hang out each night on the comfy couch, watching a movie on the large TV (easy access to HDMI ports) with the fireplace on. A few nights we found ourselves downstairs in the gameroom for some ping-pong by the fire. But what we enjoyed most was sitting down in the steaming hot jacuzzi and relaxing after a full day of skiing. The jacuzzi was very modern, I was able to get it setup and ready quickly while everyone else stayed inside and kept warm. Once ready - bluetooth connected, music playing, the jets and lights on, everyone was able to hop in to what can only be described as instant relaxation. There’s nothing like getting massaged by a steamy jacuzzi while overlooking a snow-covered valley at sunset. It was as remarkable a view as it was rejuvenating.
Across the street of the community is Redstone Village (complete with a movie theater, dozens of great shops, restaurants, and plenty of other conveniences nearby). On top of that, the house is a five minute drive to the nearest ski resort, Park City Canyons, and a ten minute drive to Park City Mountain Resort & Main Street. Also close by is an Outlet mall, Super Walmart, Whole Foods, Smith’s grocery, and the state liquor store to stock up on provisions for your vacation.
There’s no place I’d rather bunker down during a blizzard than this amazingly cozy home. I can’t wait to go back!

Huge Home with all the comforts and amazing views!
This home was perfect for our family get away. Mila was really easy to deal with and her property manager was also on top of everything. It is in the perfect location. Close to The Canyons, Park City and all the shopping you want to do. The listing does not mention what an amazing view the house has. The sunrise is spectacular from the living room windows just off the kitchen. Since the house is at the top of the hill, you can see the whole valley. This was our favorite thing about our experience at this house. We spent the week after Christmas and New Years here with 7 adults and 3 little kids. The temp was -13 but the house was perfect! Thanks for sharing your vacation home Mila. Happy Sweet 16 New year. Rozelyn

Comfort and Convenience Await You
My relatives and I were fortunate to stay at this beautiful home. The house was very clean and spacious. It is also in a very convenient location for skiing and for those shopping errands that you need to tend to while you live in your home away from home. Access to Interstate 80 was right down the street.
Both the owner and manager were attentive and accommodating every step of the way.

Great Experience!
My friends and I stayed at this lovely home over the Christmas holiday and everything was perfect. We were met upon arrival by Rob, who walked us through the house and explained everything. The house is new, in great shape and gorgeous.
We had 2 problems during our stay that had nothing to do with the home: problems with the internet and extreme temperatures outside. Rob immediately responded to my texts and even came by the house to make sure everything was fine.
The owners were also very responsive and great to work with.
There is nothing that could have gone better. I hate to write such a glowing review because we plan on renting again next year and worry that the secret will be out!

Beautiful, clean, spacious, quiet home very close to ski slopes
The house was great! Everything seemed new and very well-kept. Furnishings were beautiful and kitchen was very well-stocked with everything needed to cook for the family and guests. Our family of 6 enjoyed the big screen TV's and game area in the basement. There was plenty of room and the beds were fabulous. My teens loved the big closets and the fact that each room had it's own bathroom. The owner was helpful and easy to work with. The manager was also great to work with. We arrived late on Christmas day, and he was available to help us get in and settled. The location is perfect for skiing at the Canyons, Park City or Deer Valley. I highly recommend this property and look forward to renting this home again!

Wonderful summer vacation home
We were extremely pleased to stay in this lovely property with two other families with young children that we usually vacation together with. The home was immaculate and very kid friendly, with lots and lots of space for everyone to enjoy each other's company. The views every morning were to die for - we had a lot of fun watching the hot air balloons launch as we enjoyed breakfast in the spacious and very full-service kitchen. We used the common-area pool and workout facilities several times, and a few of us got daily runs in on the various trails attached to the property. Also, being literally within five minutes of Olympic Park (even seeing the breathtaking facilities as we exited the highway) was a fun treat...we watched the Olympic hopefuls practice their jumps into the pool a couple of times, then jetted back to the property for some lunch before venturing out elsewhere. Park City and surrounding cities has so much to offer in the summertime, and so does this house - pool table, several TVs (including a great one in the kid's room, where several movies were enjoyed), board games, etc. This place has it all, and is in close proximity to even more!

We had a great time in this beautiful perfectly located home In was close to the store and skiing as well as a few minutes from main street. It was nice and modern inside and had all our needs. Gorgeous Home
Our party of 8 members just spent an absolutely phenomenal week in Park City, Utah, at this luxurious vacation home. This property is located in a very nice and new section of Olympic Park and only a few minutes off Highway 80. From the airport to the front door was approximately a 35-minute drive.
Upon arriving, we found this vacation home immaculate and the pictures appearing in the review are "spot on." The decor, bedding, and furniture were very stylish and appeared to be "brand new" as well as the kitchen appliances including the full-size washer and dryer located in the spacious laundry room. The bedrooms were very large and along with the attached bathrooms made it very easy for everyone to get ready for skiing in the morning and showers and dinner at night! The two gas fireplaces lit up the home as well as warmed the home in such a toasty manner. The attached two-car garage and the front door to the road location were ideal. It was a very homey and comfortable environment.
This home sits on the highest hill in the development wherein only 5 exclusive homes are located. From every window, there was an unbelievable view. During several mornings, we saw two moose plowing through the snow which was just break-taking.
Only five minutes out of the development are the following: Whole Foods, a 24-hour Smith's Grocery store, several restaurants, nail salon, hair salon, Petco, a movie theater, and a bowling alley, etc. located in an area called Redstone Village. On the opposite side of the street, there is a Tanger Outlet Mall with various name-brand stores and next to the outlets is a large 24-hour Wal-Mart.
The ski resorts are only a few minutes away: 2-3 minutes to the entrance to The Canyons, 5-7 minutes to Park City parking area, and 10-12 minutes to Deer Valley. A beautiful Catholic church was only a few minutes away, also.
The owner was extremely helpful and very honest in helping answer questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives as well as consider returning next year!

A Wintry Wonder Den!
This winter I went on vacation with with boyfriend and his family to Park City. After much deliberation, we chose to stay at this lovely home. The pictures looked great, and the house was conveniently located near the ski resorts (where I would be learning to snowboard for the first time). It was less than a ten minute drive to local grocery stores and the Redstone shopping district, which was replete of various gourmet restaurants, entertainment (e.g. Movie Theater, bowling, etc.), and artsy boutique shops.
Its location was also set atop a winding hill, so upon entering the home, I was in awe of the view from its vantage point, especially when taken from the warm and cozy comforts of the living room--complete with a modern glass gas-powered fireplace, a home-theater audio system (with clear detailed instructions for use), and super comfy pillows and couches. Pausing at windows to stare at the ethereal cloudscape over a jutting mountain range became daily blessings. The home was also well-lit (all lights helped to set a soft, inviting, relaxing mood), it was very clean, warm, and well-stocked. There were extra pillows and blankets in bedroom closets, a convenient blow-dryer with clean towels and complimentary soaps and shower gels in our bathroom (I felt lucky, since I had forgotten mine), and even though we went out for a few grocery runs to plan a New Year's Eve party) the pantry had plenty of food for us to munch or cook. As someone who loves to cook, I particularly enjoyed the handy kitchenware and pristine stainless-steel appliances like the two ovens in the kitchen, a user-friendly gas stove with a working exhaust fan, readily filtered reverse-osmosis tap water with the option of heating, and the quietest dish-washing machine I ever used. It was also equally helpful to do my laundry there as I found no trouble with the washer and dryer.
I can see how the house could be a great vacation stay for a large family or group of friends as the house offered many rooms, even a second living room with a ping pong table, bathrooms (at least one on each floor) and an open kitchen, living, and dining room. I liked how the floor plan was well-thought out -- cozy, but roomy even for the busiest household. And everything from the art on the walls, the color of the linen or candles, the choices of charming cute dishware or bamboo place mats complimented each other so well, I couldn't have asked for a better place to call our 'home base".

A Wonderful Summer Break!
My husband and I and some of our children and grandchildren (15 of us) enjoyed our week's stay at this Bear Hollow home for a relaxing summer time/4th of July get-away. There were enough bedrooms and more importantly, bathrooms for all of us; great closet space and a well appointed kitchen Everything was clean, up-to-date and comfortable and the home owners were helpful and responsive to our quenstions. We all enjoyed having fun in the basement with the ping-plng table and keyboard, cooking in the kitchen together (however we agree that the not-so-sharp knives need to be replaced), and relaxing in the family room. We also made great use of the Bear Hollow swimming pool and work-out center. Shopping was conveniently close and the fun of celebrating the 4th in thePark City area was terrific. The Olympic Villige is right up the road and has lots of fun activities for families. There are lots of great things to do and see in this beautiful part of the country. All of our family, from grandparents down to the little ones think that coming to this home would be a great family tradition!

Incredible Stay
Twelve of us stayed in this beautiful home in mid-February. We were amazed by how well-maintained the house is. The finishes (e.g., granite countertops) were gorgeous, and the home was very clean. Everything was extremely well laid out. For instance, instructions for connecting to the wireless internet or operating the electronics were easy to find and clear. Finally, the owners were great. They were extremely responsive, and they returned the security deposit in a timely manner.
