This fully equipped, family-friendly second-floor home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, with beautiful views of the ocean and boardwalk. This location of 860 7th Street, Unit B is perfect for easy beach access and close to all of the boardwalk attractions, including Gillians Wonderland Pier, Castaway Cove, Ocean City Waterpark, Music Pier and all the shops and restaurants. There is a private elevator and a 1 car attached garage. The unit also has a washer and dryer. Huge living areas and a wrap-around deck provide plenty of space to relax and play. Enjoy meal prep in the gourmet kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. Our home features a large dining area, in addition to a granite island with bar-stools. With zero steps into the private elevator, unloading suitcases and groceries couldn't be easier. Park your car for the week and walk to everything. A few short blocks to Asbury Street's amazing shops and restaurants!

Short walk to beach and boardwalk. House was spacious, neat and clean with a lot of amenities. Wrap around porch was a very relaxing go to spot. On street parking was available on the tree lined street. It was a great vacation.

We’ve been coming to this wonderful for several years and can’t think of going anywhere else for our family vacation at Ocean City. The place works well for our family, which includes four young granddaughters who love having the large area to play. The location to the boardwalk and beach is a short walk making it easy to haul our stuff and having a garage and a private elevator is super convenient. The place is very clean and Tim is a pleasure to work with as he’s very responsive to our needs.

Our stay could not have been more perfect. Our daughter was getting married at a local venue and this property offered everything and more. Tim and Andrea responded quickly to our questions and were most accommodating. The house was clean, furnished beautifully and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. Even though we rented in December, we were able to enjoy a quick stroll on the boardwalk, only one block away.

This was our 3rd year to stay at this wonderful condo that fits our family of 11 with ages from 1 to 87. We’re already booked for next year. The condo is located real close to the boardwalk and beach. The garage and elevator is a bonus!

What a beautiful home! It is exactly as described/pictured and was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was very spacious, comfortable and check in/check out was very easy. The location can’t be beat - right next to the boardwalk, which was great with a young child and grandparents. We loved our 4-day stay and would highly recommend this rental to anyone! I would definitely rent again.

Our family of 12 (ages 3 to 66) thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property during our stay in OCNJ. Everything was as promised, and the elevator was a great help. We experienced great communication with the owners, and highly recommend this clean, spacious rental. With just a brief walk to the boardwalk, we couldn't have been more pleased with the location. Would definitely stay here again!

This amazing property accommodates all age ranges in a comfortable and spacious environment. The elevator was such a help for my elderly parents and the living space was so great for entertaining. House was beautiful and very clean. Location was great. Tim answered my concerns very quickly. There are actually some cleaning items although it says that there are none. (We brought a bunch of stuff, such as hand soap, but probably did not need to bring so much.) It would have been nice to not have to worry about bringing or getting bedsheets and towels but it was a wonderful place in any case.

We had a wonderful week in Ocean City! The condo is very spacious and perfect for our large group with ages ranging from 3 to 85 years. The location is just off the boardwalk and we really enjoyed watching the Ferris wheel from the porch in the evening. The private elevator was a real bonus. Tim was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had, even the silly ones. We are already booked for next summer!

The location of this property is hard to beat! I have been to Ocean City several times, but never have I stayed so close to the boardwalk and ocean. We all had an amazing time! The property was super clean and the owners were very responsive to questions/concerns. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Ocean City.

This is a beautiful property. Everything was just as pictured and the property has many great features. The main living area is spacious and great for family time. The porch is large and has a view of the ocean. It is on a very peaceful street and only half a block to the beach. It was convenient to walk to everything. The parking can be a challenge if you have multiple cars, but we found parking for all five cars within a block. We can’t wait to come back.

We all had an amazing time! We had six adults and 3 children under 6. The beach was an easy walk that involved crossing no streets! The house is gorgeous and immaculately clean. It feels like a home and they have thought of all the little details that make it a comfortable stay including lots of extra pillows and blankets. The beds are very comfortable as is all the furniture. We loved looking out at the ocean from the balcony. The owners are very responsive and help with anything they can! We will definitely be looking to book here again!

My stay here was nothing short of amazing. Very clean and spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and not have to order or go outside. During my stay here it was cold but the view from the balcony was so beautiful that we took advantage of it even though it was chilly. Thanks for making my birthday AMAZING.
