All of us shared a little slice "week" of heaven at this beautiful, cozy beach home in Bradley Beach. The home itself is just what one wants for a beach week, cute, cozy, and conducive to being together with family. There is a large living room and a beautiful deck w/ large backyard to gather for meals and games. Walking distance to beach and ice cream!! We wanted for nothing. Thank you for letting stay in your home!! We hope to be there next summer too!!!

We had such a wonderful time at this Bradley beach house for the last two weeks of the summer! The kids loved the quick access to the beach and local playgrounds, the house has everything we needed for a delightful stay! Especially the outdoor shower, what a treat! Will definitely come back.

Two for two! This was our second summer in a row renting Andrea’s house in Bradley Beach and once again it did not disappoint.
The location is great - walkable to the wonderful Evergreen Ave Beach, which is clean and not too crowded. The beach badges are a big plus if going daily. After the beach, the house is right around the corner from Bradley Beach’s Main Street, which is home to the legendary Vic’s (best pizza down the shore) and Del Ponte’s bakery (get the crumb cake) and more.
The house is perfect for a family vacation with kids. Four bedrooms made spreading out easy, and our 6 year old loved getting to sleep on the top bunk. The house is clean and well-kept, and the central air is a huge plus on hot summer days or nights.
The house offered us so much more than just access to the beach. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, evening drinks on the back deck, and made near daily use of the grill (gas and extra propane tank). The large fenced in yard was perfect for kids to run around and the outdoor shower made cleaning them up easy after a sandy day at the beach.
Andrea provides lots of extras in the shed - bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and more.
Andrea has been a wonderful host during our two stays- easy to reach and accommodating with check in and check out requests and questions.
We hope to make more great family memories in Bradley Beach next year!

This house perfectly suited all our needs for a comfortable, pretty, and convenient home where our family and friends join us, with room to spare. Plenty of bedrooms, outdoor shower, grill, quick bike ride to the beach or town. We were so happy to be there and hope to come back and do it again. Many thanks to our host Andrea, who was quick to reply to any questions we had and who even left us some welcome gifts!

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation
My husband and 2 young children recently spent a week at this property and we had such a wonderful time! While my husband and I have been vacationing at the Jersey Shore for years, this was our first time in Bradley Beach, and it did not disappoint. The home is very spacious and fully stocked with all of the amenities we would need for a home away from home, including necessities for the beach like chairs and beach towels. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee and the back deck and yard was perfect for evening BBQs with enough space for our children to play. It is within walking distance to both the beach and Main Street, where we could easily walk for our favorite pizza, breakfasts and ice cream. The hosts were very nice, helpful and very responsive. We were so sad to go and hope we can make it again for a vacation next year!
