We had eight people (including 4 kids) staying at the cabin comfortably. Well located to both Navajo and Giant Steps. Although we were not able to use the ski in/out (due to too much snow!) we were only a couple minutes drive to either lifts. The property was well-provisioned and the owner/pm was easy to communicate with. Beautiful views from the deck and hot tub!

Accommodating and most communicative host! The cabin was adorably decorated and the hot tub view is amazing.

Loved this house and would stay again. The place was mostly clean & fully stocked. The owner was gracious and communicative.
Note- There is only one shower.
The bedrooms listed are misleading. There are 2 King bedrooms with doors. There is 1 Queen bedroom with a door. There is 1 King in an open area/loft. Then there is a very small "bed" in a crawl space with a ladder. Technically it does sleep 10 people if you have 2 in the crawl space. We had one teen sleep on the couch. There is also room in the downstairs bedroom for an air mattress. None of the bedrooms have actual bathrooms inside.
Overall the house met our needs. Very compact but homey. The views are good of the mountains and the skier's. The jacuzzi was a nice end to the day.

We went up for Christmas and it was perfect. The cabin was decorated to feel homey and rustic. Everything was in working order and clean. The scenery and snow was everything you could hope for. Would highly recommend for a winter escape!

It was just the two of us staying in the cabin, but the amenities and price were unbeatable. We will definitely be back someday hopefully with our kids. The house had everything we needed, was beautiful, relaxing, and absolutely perfect!

Great location! Hit perfect weather too….due to large amounts of snow/powder it was a walk on/off to the slopes but that was a good problem to have! Property was clean and well stocked. We would book again.

We so enjoyed our weekend at Chad's cabin.
It would have been 5 star and it was probably my fault, I saw 3 baths and after booking I realized only one of the baths had tub/shower combo.
The other 2 are 1/2 baths.
The location was fabulous and would be even more so if there wasn't so much snow it would have been ski in ski out.
Chad is a 5 star host.

The owner of the cabin was so helpful making sure we made it up the hill after a huge snow storm. The details states all wheel drive recommended but we couldn’t make it up the hill to the cabin with chains and front wheel drive. The owner was gracious enough to drive 90 minutes to help us up the hill with our belongings and showed us where to park to prevent getting towed or ticketed. He also shoveled the deck and stairs for us. There were a few issues with the cabin. We couldn’t ski in and out because of the excess snow. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms and the thermostat was not working for the first few days. However, the owner was reachable and in contact with us.

Wonderful setting to spend our family vacation in the mountains! Got away from the heat and loved sitting on beautiful deck in the trees. Stocked with everything we needed for cooking and fun. Close to town but yet felt secluded. Only suggestion since we had eight adults to have enough seating around table to place us all. Great memories were made and we will be back!

Fabu Little Getaway
The property is gorgeous and homey, right on Brian Head and a short hour-long drive from Bryce, Zion, and Escalante.
Hot tub is amazing, as are the gas and wood fireplaces. Also the kitchen is fully stocked with tools, making it a breeze to cook our thanksgiving meal.
Love it

Amazing Get-a-way Experience
Words cannot truly describe how incredible this cabin is. This property caters to every need and want- it is near to the lodge, market and lifts but is tucked behind a beautiful drove of trees offering privacy and tranquility. This was a perfect experience for our little family, just enough snow to sled on! Couldn’t be more thankful to enjoy this property and hope to visit again soon.

The property was absolutely perfect!
The deck was perfect for my morning yoga and stretching and evening BBQ. Cool air, the smell of the trees and the little creek. Loved it! 3 minutes to the general store and the ski lifts. We went to the top of the mountain and enjoyed the views then we rented Polaris rzr and went back country , the final stop was taking the lift to the top and mountain biking down. Highly recommend 👌

Perfect Spot
This wonderful cabin gave us the perfect location to access Bryce Canyon, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park and some beautiful state parks in Utah and Nevada. This cabin in the woods had all the amenities we needed but was also situated in the most peaceful and beautiful setting….so relaxing after long days of hiking! Thank you! We hope to bring the rest of our family out here at some point in the future.

Great experience
Amazing location and super helpful hosts. Just be sure to have AWD on your car if it’s snowing. FWD and RWD with chains are sketchy getting up.

Secluded Mountain Getaway with all the amenities ! Truly Exceptional!
My wife and I were looking for a place to spend some quality time together for a long weekend. Upon entering we were greeted with a hand written note thanking us for choosing to stay here (very nice touch) and a basket with water and snacks. This property is amazing and is very well decorated making you feel right at home. Big screen TV, Gas fireplace, wood stove, outdoor gas grill and fireplace. But wait there’s more !!! The jacuzzi at night was fantastic! It also has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with great appliances and plenty of cookware to make those well needed meals after adventuring all day. There were cleaning supplies, extra sponges, paper towels, garbage bags and detergents for laundry and dishwasher too. This home was fully stocked making it easier for us to enjoy our stay. Chad was very responsive to any of our inquires making us feel comfortable from the very start. We DO plan on returning as it is only a couple hours from our place and is very easy to get to. Thank you Chad for providing us with a fantastic place to enjoy our time together.
