Pros y Contras

La ubicación. Nos encantó que estuviera muy cerca del mall a dónde íbamos. Super fácil el acceso y amplio parqueadero.

No hicieron la habitación, la cama estaba igual a cuando salimos ese dia, soloi pusieron papel de baño, shampoo y toallas, eso sí estuvo ok, de ahí en fuero se nos hizo bien

Never again

Front desk guy took a picture of my debit card, boogers on wall in the room, room was not very clean. Front desk guy was on the phone with it on speaker and also kept cussing during check in.

I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean.

My bed was so comfy, I loved the pillows. I liked the breakfast too and my room.Location is excellent, a lot nearby.

I did not like that the room does not have a mirror in the bedroom area to make it easier to get dressed. There is only the bathroom mirror. I also was hoping the shower would have a handheld attachment. this is a need for some disabilities, as I have.

Everything was great till I meet the young lady in the morning. And I am here 2 more weeks..

Everything was clean and and the lady the works the kitchen is very warm and welcome very one in. She does her best to make sure u great on it stay..

They young lady that works evenings is very rude and says she don't care how u feel her parents are the owners..

The facility is clean with exceptional staffs. Perfect location close to a mall and several stores.

Terrible, I will not stay in this place again, dirty rooms, they don't clean every day and the food is terribly salt

Dirty, mo cleaning the rooms every day, they make excuses for anything not to clean, in the bathroom I found hair in the sink and dirt in the shower.

Very good

They had an obvious issue of bugs so there were dead bugs in the corners of the room. I would highly recommend that the cleaning crew do a better job at cleaning the rooms.

The stay was okay, not thing special, but if I traveled with my wife I would not stay here.

The room was not cleaned well. Bathroom not cleaned well. No bath towels in room.

Overall the stay was good. But the tub was not clean and the bathroom had not been swept. Hair was everywhere and even o

the bed was comfy and the air was cold.

The cleanliness wasn’t up to my liking. Stains were on the sheets. And bathroom needed a deep clean.

It was very clean. I didn't see any holes or marks in the room it was very Spacious no complaints from me. I don't sleep under hotel comforters that's just me.. so I bring my own with all that being said the room was great.

Good besides the few problems

fitness room and computer area

I stayed in room 107 it was roaches in the bathroom and in the bed area plus the A/c was leaking had the room damped the face bowl was draining the water slow
