We had a group of 12 that stayed at this wonderful home. The place was fantastic, right on the canal for scenic sunsets, and a quick drive to the beach. We made sure to get plenty use of the pool and the living room was big enough so that all of us could have breakfasts together. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had the BEST time staying in this house. My children loved the pool and putting green so much we could barely get them out of the house to explore Fort Lauderdale. The beds were extremely comfortable. Location was perfect for us, quick drive downtown and all surrounding activities. We loved the open space for lounging in the mornings. Highly recommend this house!!!

Property was just as pictured and described. Was absolutely wonderful for our group of 11! Plenty of room, very comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Hannah, the property manager, went above and beyond to promptly reply to the numerous questions we had. Very personable and professional. Our family had a marvelous experience here. Highly recommend!

The house had all the space we needed for sleeping, eating, and hanging out all together in a big group. Property is at the end of a quiet road that felt very private in the back yard. Good proximity to all things Ft. Lauderdale. Beds were comfortable, lots of amenities, and all around we had no complaints.

We rented the boat offered for the day and had a fabulous time.
Hannah was always a text away if we needed anything or had questions.

We came down for a bachelor party and the house could not have been any more perfect. The open layout was great for everyone to hang out together. There we plenty of beds and rooms so that nobody felt cramped. The outdoor area with the pool was also a major hit. The location of the house was close to everything! I would 100% stay here again on a future trip!

My family had a great time staying at Coral Ridge in Fort Lauderdale. Everything about the home was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals. We loved the outdoor space. There was plenty for everyone to do. The house is located in a great neighborhood and close to the grocery store, shopping and the beach. Hannah was a great host and very responsive! We enjoyed our stay and we’re hoping to come back!

This place is downright impressive. It is clean and beautiful. The pool and hot tub are a perfect to a beautiful view of the canal with all of the yachts.
They have everything you can think of! Flamingo blow up tubes, spatulas, to a great speaker.
Everything is modern, easy to use, and practical.
Hannah was exceptional as a host- the best I could ask for!!
I already suggested the house to friends and will use this company again for large group stays!

I have never been to Florida and I was the maid of honor for my sister’s Bachelorette Party. This house was so incredible we didn’t want to leave ! So clean, organized and supplied so much! The pool and hot tub were heated and so beautiful. My favorite part of the house was the kitchen and bar! The owner of the house was so quick to answer any question I had and was so helpful! I recommend this house to anyone who wants a beautiful, clean, amazing fun house in Fort Lauderdale! Thank you so much

I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a rental/VRBO in Fort Lauderdale! Our group visited from Chicago for our friends bachelor party & this home was perfect for our group. Amazing layout, beautiful pool/backyard & great location. We had 12 people & everyone had a place to sleep comfortably. Also, the property manager Hanna was outstanding! The house fit our 13 guests comfortably. The pool and spa were a luxury we enjoyed. Floats and other pool toys were provided. The house being on the water was amazing - we were able to get our party boat to pick us up from the backyard. The location was very much central to all the bars and restaurants. It was only 10 minutes from Las Olas Blvd and less than 10 minutes from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back.

We had the most amazing stay at Coral Ridge - the pictures don't even do it justice! The entire house was immaculately clean and beautiful, fit a group of 13 very comfortably, and had a great open concept / outdoor area to hang out for a girls weekend trip for a bach party. The house had amazing speakers, everything in the house worked perfectly, and Hannah was extremely responsive and accommodating. Location is nice in a quiet neighborhood on the canal, but it was a quick uber to dinner spots. Can't recommend this house enough and we would love to return!!! Thank you thank you!!!

Beautiful Home!
The house was a wow factor! Although there was enough bedrooms and beds for all eleven of my family members there was still a lot of places to sleep. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The house was very high tech, with remote control blinds and digital appliances to name a few. I would recommend this house to friends and family!

I have only amazing things to say about this property. It was pristine and exactly as it appears in the photos. It was extremely clean and tidy and slept 14 girls for a bachelorette perfectly. The property managers Hannah and Ronnie were SO nice and SO accommodating. I am so grateful that I was able to throw my sister the party she so deserved. I would go back in a heartbeat - I also recommended this property to a friend of mine and she booked it for December. Thank you so much for this amazing stay and amazing experience.

Lots of delivery options of food and alcohol if needed also which was really convenient. The pool and hot tub were clean and being on the water was great for pictures at nighttime. Overall great experience would definitely recommend!

Waterfront Gem
This house was great for our trip and is very well managed. We came to Ft Lauderdale where we have family, and they were able to bring their boat to the dock for all of us to use during the week. It’s right in the heart of Ft Lauderdale so having fun on the water or traveling by boat to shop/dine is easy.
The house has a fantastic and big open kitchen, bar and great room area, and a well maintained pool/hot tub so it’s a perfect place for a family to gather.

Great home in Fort Lauderdale
We were a party of 11 people who stayed in this lovely home. we spent a 7 d stay and it was definitely a memorable one, especially during the covid pandemic. The property itself is in great shape, all amenities in the house were top notch. All the Bathrooms, flushes and toilets worked like they are supposed to during our stay. The pool took a while to get heated upto our liking but once it did we used it to the max daily. The property had enough towels and sheets to everybody's comfort. The washer and drier were quiet and worked well. Overall, we will come back again for sure. My friends lost their drivers license and a credit card with some dollar bills, but lo and behold they were found in her pajama pants in the drier and John the property manager was able to get it mailed to us. .
