Overall, our stay was quite disappointing.

The location is great, we hiked a lot in the neighborhood. The room is spacious and has lovely design. The hotel has a great potential for providing a perfect experience.

The floor was sticky, and the carpet wasn’t as clean as we expected, making it uncomfortable to walk on. While the bed was large and comfortable, the fitted sheet was too small for the mattress and kept coming off the edges, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the bed had two small and thin blankets that didn’t quite provide the warmth needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. We stayed in a family room for two nights. On the first night, we experienced an issue with the hot water. I tried to call the reception, but unfortunately, the phone in our room wasn’t working, so I had to go down to the reception to report the problem. The staff informed me that they were aware of the issue and that it would be resolved within 15 minutes. However, it wasn’t fixed by the time we went to bed. The phone also remained out of service for the duration of our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was very weak, which made it difficult to plan our activities and keep our daughter entertained, as the TV, which relies on the same connection, wasn’t functioning properly.

Excellent hotel offering great value for money.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms and great value for money. Excellent restaurant. Only 6kms from gate 1 of Plitvice National Park.

We had an issue with hot water but staff rectified quickly. Otherwise nothing.

I am satisfied with the hotel despite the food quality and the price.

It is in a perfect location, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is an excellent place to walk after dinner and take good evening photos. We arrived before the 3 p.m. check-in time, and they allowed us to check in the room earlier. That was very nice for us after a long, exhausting drive.

When we arrived, we only had lunch meals there, but we were pretty disappointed in the food quality. I ordered a Burger, but the beef and chicken steak were overcooked. We gave up dining in the hotel for the rest of the time.

Leider ist die Dusche in der Badewanne und die Duschwand nicht dicht.

Disappointing hotel despite location and staff

Location and staff - both excellent

Room configurations not as per booking - one was single beds instead of a double. Bathrooms in both rooms were set up for disabled - we were not informed; was difficult and inconvenient to use (eg seats in shower did not fold up, so couldn’t shower properly). No mini bar in the one room - drinks simply packed in the cupboard. Not as clean as expected

not very clean- lack of amenities in room (no shampoo! only shower gel, also the hair dryer barely works- I wasn't able to dry my long hair). No staff at the spa, we were told bathrobes would be at spa reception, reception empty, no bathrobes to be found. Spa not very clean and underwhelming...

Very comfortable

Location, on the way to the park entrance. Individually served breakfast, as there were not too many guests, we also had a good dinner. Great wellness area, pool, jacuzzi, sauna ( was not turned on, we did not ask for it)

Localizacao eh otima, todos os funcionarios sao prestativos e simpaticos. A area de bem estar estava bem agradavel.

Gostamos muito do cafe da manha, como o inverno tem baixa ocupacao pois no verao que tem alta temporada o cafe da manha vem menor no buffet, mas acredito que poderia ser nessa epoca do ano a la carte, assim acredito que o desperdicio seja menor, a cozinha sabe exatamente do que o cliente prefere e bem provavel da hora que sera cafe da manha daquele hospede, tendo um ar de personalizado e mais fresco. Apenas uma dica nao foi uma reclamacao.

Everything was perfect! Great place for visiting Plitvice national park, both entrances are very close. The room was clean and spacious. Free parking. Stuff very friendly.

Nice place to explore Plitvice and surroundings

+ Very neat and well-maintained hotel + Easy-to-find and with a supermarket nearby + Nice and spacious room and the surrounding area is great for a walk

- The bathroom basically had no overflood protection, so after each douche the floor was very wet - The Wi-Fi was not easy to catch from the beds - one had to stand in the middle of the room to get a signal - The water in the swimming pool was unbearably cold, and the swimming pool is truely small in size - The location (next to the main road) means noise until late at night and from early in the morning

Superb

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at hotel Palcich, we booked 2 rooms. We chose this hotel due to close proximity to Plitvice Lakes National Park and a good value for a 4 star accommodations. Everything was great, reception and housekeeping staff were very kind and efficient, rooms were spacious and beds were so comfortable. I honestly had the best sleep in a while. On arrival, each room had a welcome letter with plate of cookies and some nuts, this was a nice touch.We would love to stay here again in the future, highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel just down the road from the Plitvice Lakes Park. The staff was super. I have never had housekeeping respond so fast to a request for more towels!

Superb

Biggest bed I have ever slept in and in a really big room. The pool, the sauna, and the gym were really great as well.

I'm not sure why all that fuss about the restaurant. The gnoccies were tough, and the strudel was chewy. Breakfast was fair, but nothing exciting. The service was nice, tho.

Best place to stay when visiting the Plitvice lakes

The facilities were amazing. It was really nice to use the wellness after a day in the national park. It’s also really close to the national Park. The restaurant was great aswell. Would also really recommend the breakfast at the hotel. Much to choose from

Superb

Super close to entrence 1 to the park, the room was really comfortable with a nice huge bed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and offered us great suggestions for our trip to the park.

We went to the restaurant downstairs, and the food was not worth the price. Other than that, our stay was great.

Exceptional

The hotel is a lovely establishment convenient located a few kilometers away from the Plitvice lakes. The room was clean, large, and the bed was extremely big and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was so large that all the food they offered would barely fit in a table for four (we were two).

Would have been better if it hadn't poured with rain

Friendly staff, and time of year meant hotel was quiet.(thankfully!) Only 5km from gate 1 of the national park. We had booked the park but the atrocious rain meant we couldn't go. Set menu in the restaurant was decent value. Excellent service by all the staff we met. Very clean and modern rooms. Small but welcome spa area with sauna, small pool , and a hot tub jacuzzi

Maybe it was the weather, but WiFi in our room and the room next door was basically non existent, so Netflix etc not useable(usable?) . I note this cos the weather meant we couldn't leave the hotel , so struggled for something to keep us occupied. Also, the rooms were way too warm, but I was told they could not switch on the hotel Aircon as the area is not quite out of winter, and not quite into summer! Our window stayed open most of the day...not very green credentials for the hotel.

really nice hotel very close to the National Park. Very nice, helpful staff.

I felt ripped off with dinner which cost €70 for 1 person!!. That included 2 beers a glass of house red, a starter and a main. They charged extra for the veg that came with the meat

Very good

Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Swimming pool, sauna and javuzzi are included in the price, so that’s a big plus!

We had high expectations from wellness and ended up as dissapointed for quite expensive service.

The room and location were solid. For the guest who would come only to sleep close to Plitvice Lakes, it is OK.

Wellness facilities were out of function - Very cold water in the pool - not for swimming, sauna out of order, cold wellness area in general.
