- [ ] Pin drop for location is incorrect. It brings you to the police station about 10 minutes away. To find the correct address look for Casa Bella Moca on google maps and it will bring you to the correct location. It will show a video of a man with grey hair singing.
- [ ] Windows are broken, can’t close them if a storm comes.
- [ ] Paint for the house is fading and chipping away so much that we weren’t sure if we were at the correct location when we arrived.
- [ ] No hot tub/ spa whirlpool (listing says it has one)
- [ ] One TV In the entire house, which the top right quarter is fading.
- [ ] No dishwasher (listing says it has one)
- [ ] No garage. It was converted into exterior game-room. (Pool table and Darts)
- [ ] There isn’t any contact information for emergency services
- [ ] Master bathroom’s shower didn’t drain properly. I had to use a plunger to make it drain.

This house has great potential to be amazing. First thing to fix is the pin location on VRBO. Next would be to correct the amenities listed. After that the minor things like painting and windows.

The house is exactly as advertised, was clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It is located about 25 mins from Crash Boat Beach, and about 6-7 minutes by car from a nearest grocery store and restaurants.
Karen, the host, has been very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time.
She was very kind to let us rebook at the last minute do to a medical emergency. During our stay, she provided us with recommendations on local points of interest and dining options and was very prompt to respond to any questions we had during our stay.
Overall, we've enjoyed our stay at the house and hope to be back soon!

Everything in the house was great the only issue is the house only had AC in the bedrooms and if you wanted to sit and watch TV or just hang out around the house it’s too hott especially when you’re traveling with little children or elderly person. We had to run out and buy a fan. Beside this issue the house and host was great.

Well, I ended up not staying at the property because owner gave a wrong address that actually did look like the property but there was another one. I choice this property because she was a superhost but when I got to the property it took over 40 minutes for her to call back after I went through customer service because the property was vacant. By the time she called back I had already booked a hotel, then she gave me a link that had a different address. I had crying babies, guest that needed to rest and she wasn't responding in a timely manner. But before the trip she responded very fast. Now shes not responding to a refund.

Very nice property at a great location if you are looking for a quieter stay. Owner/Manager was a delight to talk and deal with.

The house was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the pool table and darts. The only issues were the inconsistent water pressure and hot water. As well as one of the neighbors has a dog that barked constantly every morning around 5am and 6am, so we were woken up early everyday. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

We only stayed one night so we can visit this part of the island. Was a nice stay. Only thing i could say needs better is ac in open livingroom/kitchen. But i understand its to save on electric and there are frequent power outages on this side of island. Other than that it was fine. Thnx

Casa Bella Moca is absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a place to call home this is it! You will have all the amenities of home you can imagine. With the feeling of being in a luxurious hotel! Thank you Karen all the reviews were correct she is absolutely amazing and attentive. I must asmit i was weary at first because i never rented a home before but this was the best first experience of puerto rico for my two girls and husband. Lets just say we will be back again! Thank you so much Karen you were part of an unforgetable trip! Que viva Puerto Rico!

This house was cozy, clean and comfortable. My family enjoy the nature surroundings, while still being close to beaches and restaurants. It was so nice to be able to go outside and see an avocado tree, and banana plants on the property I was lucky enough to be able to enjoy one. Karen was super responsive and had everything we needed at home. This home is great if you have teenager AC in every room, Wi-Fi, and 2 full bathroom. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend this house to you and your family. Thank you Karen for sharing your house with my family!

This property is a very nice home that has everything that you need and it is very clean. The boys especially enjoyed the outdoor covered area with a dart board and pool table. Unfortunately, we had an issue with our rental car the morning of our checkout and we had to wait a bit for roadside assistance. I notified Karen, the owner, of our situation. We had already checked out so we had the kids in the coverd area out back out of the sun. Karen came to clean the house for her next guests arriving that same day and she brought a cheese and meat tray for us and cold water bottles! What an angel! She took the time to get to know us all. Our roadside service came about 45 minutes later and we were off again but with a new friend! Thanks so much Karen

This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and we wanted to try our best to do it all. We planned a stay on the other side of island and I must say, the view, the property was absolutely stunning. I wish we would have stood longer to enjoy more of the amenities that it had to offer.

The house was just as listed. Karen was very helpful throughout our stay. She even went out of way when we had an issue with the water. the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this home.

The overall stay was good. Check in process was very smooth and the owner was very good with communicating with us. Told us about local spots and restaurants. However we found a lot of pests in the home such as large spiders and cockroaches. The doors as well are very loud and become stuck when trying to open them. When we notified the owner about this her response was to use a screwdriver if you become stuck in the home. AC’s in the home were a plus as the island homes typically don’t have AC. However the AC in the main room does not cool very much. The location was very quiet and beautiful.

Loved the house it was nice and peaceful. Spacious and clean. Loved that it was away from any main road and it was quiet. Just listening to nature, the sound of the coqui's and the early morning sound of the roosters. Felt like home, we used the pool table and the dart board. AC only in the bedrooms and it was nice and cool. Communication from the Karen was easy, fast, and great. She recommended some places nearby. Once we got to now the area, it felt like home. Thank you

The place was very Clean!!!! The Location is great for someone that just wants to explore the outskirts of Puerto Rico or Just want to relax and clear their mind. Rooms are a great size and the separation between rooms are awesome. She also provides laundry detergent with washer and dryer included, water, coffee etc. I was very surprise how much essential items was included. You will need your own rental car to get around and go places. nothing is close in walking distance but I enjoyed that aspect of my stay. She is very attentive to us and treated us well during our stay!!! Five Stars All Day

This is easily the most lovely VRBO property I have ever stayed in. I would classify this as a luxury property. It was so great on a hilltop, with cool breezes and the sounds of coquis that we never turned on the AC. The kitchen is exquisite, and completely stocked with every implement imaginable. Moca is centrally located on the west coast, so we were able to take side trips to Isabella on the north to Cabo Rojo in the south, as well as spending nights in Rincon, or favorite place in PR. I would come back to this VRBO in a heartbeat.

This property was absolutely amazing. The house is very comfortable and the outside relaxing area is a plus. My family enjoyed playing pool and just relaxing with the breeze. The only down fall was that one day we had no water pressure but the rest of the time is was fine. Nice hot water with lots of pressure. Unfortunately this is common in the island. Will definitely recommend and stay again. The host was very attentive to texts and replied very quick.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Moca Casita. The house is comfortable, clean, and close to many attractions without the noise of city life. Hostess was available and helpful with a few questions we had. TV is wifi only, if that is important to your stay.

My husband and I returned after 5 years and this time brought my parents and two of his brothers with us...this house was perfect for our group it was very comfortable and the views are unforgettable....Karen was very responsive to our every need and responed quickly. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit the moca area!!!

Our flights to PR were cancelled, rescheduled, redirected, rebooked and finally cancelled since we exhausted our planned vacation time without ever landing on the island.
We kept our VRBO host, Karen, informed of the constant schedule disruptions as we relentlessly tried to find a way to arrive at PR. She was very sympathetic to our nightmarish experiences and gracious enough to refund our planned stay. We were looking forward to spending quality family time in this beautiful home, it didn’t work out this time. But we look forward to a future opportunity and know that this is the place for us.
