About this house rental
We have lots of room for family and friends to gather and create lasting memories. Each bedroom has new mattresses and can fit a family. The master bedroom w/bath has a Cal King Bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 twins (bunk). The third bedroom has 3 twins and a full size bed (2 bunks). Our den has a double size pull out couch and our living room has 1 queen size fold out couch with an air mattress for comfort.
The kitchen is modern, fully stocked with gadgets to match all your cooking needs, including a toaster, blender, full stove/oven, and microwave. In the summer, enjoy central air conditioning/heat (new) the deck and BBQ.
For in-home entertainment, we have a Foosball game, ping pong table, 2 flat screen TV's, a DVD player, WIFI, and lots of board games. Don't want to cook? Venture out to our local restaurants!
We also have access to the Blue Lake Springs amenities and have a guest pass that we leave at our cabin: http://www.blsha.com/summer-recreation/renter-guest-information/
If you like tasting wines, shopping and outdoor adventures like exploring caves, ziplining, hiking, fishing and biking - the Arnold area has it all. In the winter, have fun skiing or sledding in Bear Valley or nearby sledding hills. In the spring, fall and summer go hiking in the Big Trees National Park to enjoy the majesty of the Giant Sequoia Trees. We are located right near the Stanislaus National Forest, Alpine Lake and the Sierras for all kinds of mountain fun.

This place has everything you need. Just bring food and drink. We had plenty of space. This place could sleep up to 14. The garage has a ping pong table and foosball table. The owners have a kayak and chairs to take to the lake, as well and an umbrella and small beach tent. We choose to go to white pines lake a short drive away. No fee.
The upstairs rooms get hot at night. They have portable fans to help cool the rooms down. The blue lake guest pass is offered but you still have to pay $100 for the day for up to 6 people.
We would stay here again. Place was clean and check in was easy.

This property was a great option for us. We had 6 adults and 3 children 4 and under. We were able to go to the snow, it was the first time for the kids. We all slept well and enjoyed our stay!

Anne was very sweet. Everything went smoothly I didnât have to communicate with her much but everything about our stay was smooth with no issues. I have not complaints about the home it was perfect for our family it literally had everything we needed and so much space. We will definitely be back again.

We always enjoy our time in Arnold and this was the second time we have stayed in this cabin. This home is very well equipped, with everthing needed for a larger group. My family all loved staying here. Everthing went very smoothly for our get together. We love the surrounding area and all that there is to do: Big Trees Park, Beaver Creek, Murphys and Columbia. Thank you for opening up your home!

We enjoyed a long weekend stay with our adult son, daughter in law and grandchildren. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean with plenty of space and beds with the master bedroom and bath downstairs, perfect for my husband with some mobility issues. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and lake amenities and topped off our stay with a visit to Calaveras Big Trees, just a short drive away. We would definitely like to come again!

Our first experience
The pictures on VRBO does not do this property justice! The owner Anne was the sweetest and easiest to work with! We even wanted to extend our stay by one more day. We just messaged Anne asking what had to be done if possible to stay another night. She didnât hesitate and made it possible for us! It was the best experience for us, especially for being our first time using VRBO. The house was clean upon arrival and Anne sent everything we needed to know about the property a few days before. And she made sure the heater was on so upon arrival the house would not be cold! The house was definitely lovely, but Anne made the trip all that more enjoyable with how easy and informative she was. Itâs definitely a trip my children will remember for years to come!!

Better than advertised!
What a crowd pleaser! The pictures donât do this property justice. It is impeccably clean. As a mom of three, I was thrilled to be in an uncluttered space to really relax. I met my best friend and her children and we were so comfortable. It was two families and more could have fit. The beds are great and there were pull out couches. We loved the lake and pool access. Be sure youâre going to the right lake! The one associated with this property is Blue Springs Lake. We spent the day at Columbia State Park. When we needed to contact Anne, the owner, she responded very quickly and answered our minor questions. We would love to come back to this house that had everything and allowed everyone to spread out. Maybe an annual reunion! What great memories we made! Rent this space and youâll be happy that you did!

The house was amazing ! So clean and plenty of bed. The homeowner was fantastic at communication . My only negative is the master bed is odd . It felt like you were sleeping on a slope . My husband had to sleep on the couch for our last couple of nights.

The house was set up so well that the grandkids had their own playroom and the adults had theirs. House was immaculate and loved that the master bedroom was on the ground floor (the bed was very comfy). We would highly recommend this home.

Highly recommend!
What a great location! Far enough off the highway to feel like youâre really getting away, but just a short drive to everything you want to do. The pictures donât do this place justice! Itâs beautiful, warm, inviting, and cozy (but spacious!)... everything you want in a weekend retreat. It was clean, and the kitchen had enough dishes and cooking utinsels for an army!
The property owners are great a communicating and weâre super responsive. There is a great book on site with detailed instructions and information about everything. As a hyper-organized vacationer, I truly appreciate this!

We regularly stay in Arnold with our friends. This house was great for our group of 3 families (6 adults and 7 kids under 6!) It was clean and well taken care of. We felt very safe there during Covid. There were tons of toys and games in the house for the kids and even a playhouse outback where they pretty much spent the weekend. Itâs father away from Blue Lake Springs and âtownâ than most places we have stayed, just be prepared to drive vs walk. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We didnât bring a dog, but note if you do there is no fence around the property. A great escape during this time!

We were looking for a get away for 3 close families to be able to get out of the suburbs and enjoy lake activities, fresh air, see the stars and just be together! This was a great house...the kids had a great time and it fit all 15 of us!

FANTASTIC! 6 adults and 7 kids stayed wuite comfortably. So many amazing outdoor experiences so close by. Big trees, bever creek, white pine lake and natural bridges were some of our favorite day trips. Hanging on the back deck in the evening!! What a great way to relax while kids did puzzles and craft projects inside.

Great vacation
The property is clean, nice and it's bigger than on the pictures. Kitchen and laundry have good quality appliances. Excellent for families with kids. There are a lot of toys, travel crib and nice backyard for toddlers to play. Mary (the owner) was very responsive and made sure that we had a good time. I'd recommend this cabin.

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood
We loved staying in your house! The house is fully equipped including toys for our kids. Everything was sparkly clean with plenty of towels, pillows, sheets. We brought lot of stuff with us which was not necessary as you find everything in the house. We swam in the lakes, hiked and biked. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, stores...the best location for everything.
Communication with Mary was excellent, we will definitely be back!

The best quarantine spot!
We had the best time bringing out daughter for the snow for the first time. Everything was perfection and we were not missing any items needs to live comfortably for a week. We would love to come back in the summer. Arnold is simply stunning.

Stocked kitchen, had air conditioning
Clean home. Lots of kids toys. Comfortable beds. Important to know: if you want to paddleboard, you can only go to Fly In Acres lake. Fly In Acres is much better lake in my opinion, if you want the more outdoorsy feel and less resort feel. Grill wonderful. Very kid friendly. Thank you!

Great stay
Weâve been camping in this area for 20 plus years; this trip we ditched the tent and rented this place. All the amenities of home! We didnât want for anything-it was clean, comfortable, air conditioned and spacious. Highly recommend!
