We had such a great time at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect with beautiful beach views and fabulous restaurants close by. Owner communication was wonderful and quick. Be aware there is some construction going on at the building at the current time so it got a little loud on the pool deck. We will definitely be back though!

We enjoyed our week long vacation at this beautiful beach property! Owner is amazing and responsive! Felt more like staying with family than a strangers condo. Definitely was the get away we needed. Close enough to all the activities and adventures but private enough to have peace and quiet! Thanks for sharing your home!! Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The accommodations worked out well. There were many restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the ice cream shop with 140 flavors. We loved having a place right on the beach. The beach and gulf views were awesome!

My husband and I spent 2weeks with visitors coming in to stay with us during that time. (Two couples, one family and one friends came at separate times). The second bedroom and bathroom gave us the needed privacy and the living, dining and balcony had plenty of room to be comfortable with 4 adults being in the unit together. Convenient to the pool and beach, shopping and dining out options. The host was quick to answer questions and help us out with anything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

We loved our experience. No handicap access to the beach which was an issue we worked through. Rented a beach wheelchair and found some nice owners 2-3 blocks away that let Larry access the beach from their building.

We really loved our stay here. The location is great, the views are perfect, and the condo is clean and comfortable. The keyless entry is so easy and convenient. They had plenty of beach accessories for use and we didn't have to buy a thing. The sliding door in the main bedroom was a lovely feature! And the ceiling fans on the patio made it comfortable to sit and watch the ocean. I can't wait to go back and will definitely check availability stay here again!

Always love staying n this building when visiting Indian Shores every winter and this unit was no exception. Wonderful views and spectacular sunsets each day helped to chase our winter blues away. Perfect central location, building amenities, and comfort of the unit made our stay enjoyable and feeling like home. Christina was very accommodating and immediately responded to any concerns that we had. We hope to be back again.

Three generations of our family enjoyed a lovely week at this condo. We had everything we needed and any questions we had for the owner were answered quickly and pleasantly. For me, it’s all above sitting on the balcony watching the waves and listening to the sound of the water. That was the deciding factor in choosing this unit and I was thrilled with my experience.

A view of the water and direct access to the beach was our goal and this condo delivered! Neighborhood is wonderful with Caddy’s across the street for music, food and drinks The pillows need a upgrade but maybe I’m spoiled with my feather pillows at home Very very good communication!! * there is a safety issue with the balcony that the owner is aware of and working on. Beware of this if you are bringing children so they know NOT to hang on the railing I only mention this bc as a mother I feel I HAVE to Absolutely would rent here again

This was such a wonderful place to stay with our 4 small children for a week at the beach . The view was amazing and so many nice restaurants within walking distance . The owner was very responsive and we appreciated the pack n play and high chair for our little one ! Would love to stay again !

Comfort is important to me and the bed and couch were both great. Everything you need for your stay (except personal items) is provided. Fantastic ocean views just step from the beach. We saw lots of dolphins and beautiful sunsets. Communication with owner was quick and easy.

We actually did not end up staying at this property because upon entering, we were met with a moldy / mildew smell which caused me to have a headache very quickly. That was the first problem. We went inside, opened windows to help the smell, but then started noticing other issues. The unit was just not clean. Although the toilets were clean, and the sheets had been changed, there was literally furry dust on the walls, doors and woodwork. When a cleaning fee is charged for the rental, the place should be clean. Another major issue was the balcony railing: it literally moved back and forth easily. There is no way a person could lean on it with confidence. After further inspection, we found mold spots on the bathroom ceiling over the shower, over the doorway, and on the ceiling in another room. With these issues, we could not stay in this unit and be comfortable. VRBO was able to move us to a hotel for the night and then book us into another condo for the rest of our stay, but in the end, we lost about 24 hours dealing with this situation. The pros: Kitchen is updated, nice view, bathrooms are good (except for the mold), host was kind and tried to accommodate us (offered to send air fresheners for the smell and someone to clean the unit). The cons: in addition to the mold, unstable balcony, and cleanliness, this unit is beat up. The listing description says it is newly renovated, however, it is in poor condition. The paint is worn and actually peeling in places; the woodwork is worn, the furniture is mostly IKEA (not made for durability), so very worn; the barstools were broken on the foot rests, and the white vinyl sofa is no longer white--just looks dirty. The washer and dryer is in a closet, where the wires go through the ceiling in a big open hole that was cut out; not safe). The ceiling tiles are sagging in the hallway, which appears to be a moisture issue. The metal covers on the vents were all rusted (or moldy?). The light fixture on the balcony is rusted. All of the beds have 100% polyester sheets (rather than cotton) which are the worst for the Florida heat. Overall, the unit needs major cleaning, repairs, painting, and attention to details. For the price, it is not a good value.

The place is just like it is pictured. Everything was clean and the amenities helped you feel comfortable and at home. The view is spectacular and we spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the Gulf. We had a minor issue during our stay and Christina could not have been more responsive, and made sure everything got straightened out. They were wonderful hosts. Would definitely book again.

Indian Shores is a great location between Clearwater and St. Pete. It is easy to travel to either location. The property is older, but is right on the beach. The grounds are well taken care of. The unit could use some TLC. It did have great water pressure, water softener, and washer/dryer in the unit.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We loved how it was directly on the gulf so we could sit on the balcony for sunsets. There was a pack and play already there for us to use along with beach chairs so it made packing a bit easier. We would stay here again!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful and relaxing vacation. Christina's Condo had everything that we could ask for. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, and plenty of towels, updated flooring. And the most beautiful view everyday of the Gulf! Had a couple of questions that Christina answered right away. Being that it was beginning of Spring Break, the area still had a good Family friendly atmosphere. Restaurants get packed, so be prepared for that with wait times. Will definitely be back!! Beautiful location direct ocean front! Loved so many things about this condo. The view and high balcony were awesome. The washer dryer was so nice to have. Nice newer televisions in all the right spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed and Christina was very quick to answer any questions! Can’t wait to go back!
