About this house rental

Whether traveling through Amarillo or wanting (or needing!) to spend a bit of time in the Texas Panhandle, this Amarillo townhouse is the perfect place to rest and recharge. The spacious, well-appointed townhome is in a very convenient location because it offers easy access from the two major highways in Amarillo, I-40 and I-27. It’s also close to Coulter Road, which is popular for retail stores and restaurants. The medical district is about six miles from the house.
The two-story home, fitted with comfortable furniture and home-like amenities, has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You’ll feel at home with enhanced Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen that’s ready for you to cook! Complimentary coffee, bottled water, snacks, and hand-sanitizing products will be awaiting your arrival.
The Smart TV has Roku channels, Disney Plus, and Hulu.
The house is located on a corner lot, so there’s plenty of yard space, which is unusual for townhomes in a quiet area. Enjoy the outdoor dining table, wood fire pit(we do not provide wood), fun games, and a gas grill. The space is ideal for roasting s'mores and star gazing.
The driveway has a basketball net and space to play.
We are a few blocks away from the Walmart neighborhood.
This property is for transient temporary stays only, and guests may not establish residency at any time.
-Mention your pet at the time of booking; Dogs only!
-Pet fee $50.00
-Pets must be potty trained
- Keep pets off of all furniture, including beds
- Guests are responsible for pet hair and waste cleanup.
- Don't leave your dog unattended inside the house. Crate your pet or leave them in our fenced backyard.
-Clean up after your pet
-If you don't add your dog to the reservation will result in a $150.00 extra fee.
-NO loud music.
-The city ordinance is quiet hours after 10:00 pm.

Beautiful property, looks like a home decor magazine, love the layout!! Beds were cushy, common room was comfortable, kitchen was my favorite, but the garage entrance with the swing was a very nice touch. Thx so very much

The hosts thought of EVERY possible need. Being in Amarillo in hte summer, it was wonderful having access to the garage so our car stayed out of the heat. The organization was fabulous! Baby safety plugs, toys for all ages, dog beds, cotton balls, dog/baby gates, and so much more! The ONLY problem we encountered was the toilets were a bit low for my elderly parents.

We stayed for a few nights to visit family and go to Palo Duro Canyon. House was clean and very well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet while we were there and the covered back patio was nice to sit at in the evening.

Short distance to West Texas aTm. We stayed here for graduation and it was super convenient. Slight issue with water temps for showers, as it was either too hot or too cold, but overall the place is a great stay!

We had a great stay! We went to spend time with our colleges kiddo for family weekend at WT. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a great homey feeling. Checking in and out was super easy and the location is in a great area.

This place is great. We've stayed here 2x in the last 3 months or so. Both times were exactly as advertised. Very comfortable both when we had my family of 4 as well as when we had my in-laws with us for 6 people. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Amarillo.

TV was not easy to use. 72 year olds need a little easier access to regular channels. & sports channels Bedroom up was spacious & Bath. But lots of steps. Should know there are 15-20 steps up & down. Just let us know before hand. But love the garage availability, the patio & privacy. Kitchen and the rest. Important part was it was CLEAN.

This home is definitely a top contender for your visit to Amarillo. You will feel the care and detail the owner has taken to make guests comfortable. The home was very clean, kitchen fully outfitted, bathrooms had everything including toothbrushes. You can even park your car in the garage! The only “con” for us was the lack of a tub grab bar in the 1st floor bathroom for the safety of our elderly relative.

This property is wonderful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Being able to park our car in a garage was definitely a big plus.We only stayed one night because this was a stop on a longer trip, but we’d definitely stay here again.

The property is newer, clean and quiet. Rear parking is spacious. The backyard and patio are welcoming at night. It is centrally located to chain restaurants, Walmart and tourist attractions. If in Amarillo again, will definitely book this property.

This is a good property for a family. We were traveling with my 86 year old mom and though she's a spry 86, it was great to have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for her. There were plenty of coffee/tea supplies available. I like that we had a garage available and there were many labels and explanations handy for lights and such. The bathroom floor in the master didn't look like it was cleaned/swept properly when we arrived due to debris near the trash container.

This is our 2nd time to stay at the house on Hurst. Great atmosphere, comfy beds and a relaxed setting. Host is great and responds quickly to messages. Would recommend for a quick weekend or even an extended stay.
