The location is great, just what I needed. The price is also really good for what it is. It is a cute little place with everything you need for a couple of days.

No bread knife, microwave, nowhere to put items when in the shower, no cleaning kit apart from the world's smallest dust pan and brush

Lovely quiet location and we're left alone to relax and enjoy our stay... very comfortable and equiped. Nicely decorated.
The locks on the interior doors very noisy and difficult to lock and unlock especially the latch in the bathroom...a microwave would be handy.

Love the location, after going out for the day we wanted to come back to some where were we could park and also have some quite time, so this was perfect.

If I was staying longer or maybe in the winter it would be nice to have a microwave ( just an idea)

Well appointed self catering annex. Great shower. Kitchen is well equipped. We like our independence so It’s a great alternative to staying in a local BnB.
Bedroom is small and I found the accommodation a bit cold but that may just be me. I’m a bit nesh!

Smooth check-in (no contact) with free parking. There were radiators which was great as it was cold without. Nice hot shower.
It's missing little touches like soap and shampoo in the bathroom, washing scrub in the kitchen, and hairdryer in the bedroom, but otherwise all good.

The only thing that I think could improve this property would be a mirror near a plug socket!

Good location for our visit to bude. Good clean environment. Modern layout. Well stocked tea and coffee facilities .all round nice place.
I found the bed uncomfortable but I am tall and I am used to a memory foam mattress. Also the chasty Lane needs attention to potholes.

Difficult to close interior doors. Tell Andy to replace screws in hinges with longer screws with smaller heads, so the heads fit within the countersunk holes in hinges. (A 5 minute job). That is the ONLY fault we could find.

A saying on the wall welcomes you as a guest and hope you leave as friends… very strange being that you don’t meet your hosts.

Lovely little guest house with all necessary amenities. Perfect location for us visiting family who live literally a minute away. Good location for travelling to Bude or further along the coast. Would definitely book again. Thank you Andy and Wendy from Danielle and Mo.

Thank you to Wendy and Andy. We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, well equipped and it was in a lovely quiet location. We stayed for 3 nights to be close to our friends who were on holiday nearby, so for us it was ideal. We would definitely stay here again..
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. However, a mirror in the bedroom would be helpful. I had read the reviews so I took a small mirror with me.
Also, a microwave if you just wanted to warm some ready made food.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with a large TV screen in the lounge and smaller one in the bedroom. Comfortable settee and bed. Easy to use shower. The blackout blinds and peaceful and quiet location, were conducive to a good night's sleep.
There was a steep descending incline into the road and every time I drove out, I hit the car bumper on the road.
Unfortunately, we stayed here during a heatwave and the interior of the Wendy House would get very warm but thankfully there were patio doors which we would open at night time (with the lights off!) before going to bed, to let the cool air in.
The smart cooker was over complicated to use and took us a while to learn how to use properly.
