It was perfect! Cute and clean. Comfortable. Loved the neighborhood! It was great to have a Whole Foods so close. I still have one kid in U of A so this place will be my home away from home.

We LOVED staying here. Was my husband, myself, and 12 yr old daughter there for volleyball tournament. Hotels were booked up from Eclipse and sports events happening and we lucked into this gem. Have no reason to ever book a hotel in Fayetteville again. Bed was comfy. Daughter slept on couch and said it may have been as comfortable as her actual bed.. she was ready to move in. Would def book again everytime.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Fayetteville this past weekend. This property was the perfect location for the UofA and really anything in Fayetteville! We loved the studio apartment in the extra garage! It was just a really neat place. It had everything we needed and was super comfortable! We’ll be back!

I came up for the weekend to spend Halloween with some friends at the university and had a great stay. The place is perfect, clean, great location relative to the university. Will definitely be staying again for future trips!

Just what we were looking for! Close to shopping yet with a very country feel. Super spacious with everything one could need. The bed was a dream…cozy and warm. So quiet and peaceful! We were in Fayetteville for a family visit and the location was great…close enough for convenience but far enough away for a little space.

The Gulley is a very well-appointed space to relax or explore the Fayetteville area. The apartment was very clean and everything worked well during our stay. The apartment is very close to Gulley park which connects to a bikeway that is great for running, walking or cycling. We were able to reach a wide variety of restaurants and points of interest quickly. If we return to Fayetteville we would consider staying here again.

Perfect place to relax after an exhausting dorm move in. Not too far from campus. All amenities you will need! We hope property is available and we can stay again over the next four years on our visits to Fayetteville.

Shannon's property was exactly what we needed for a few days in Fayetteville to ride our bikes on the extensive trails and roam around town. We had everything we needed to cook in. Shower and bed were wonderful. Unfortunately our tickets to Theater2 were canceled due to cast illnesses. We will definitely be back to enjoy this great Ozark Hideaway. Thank you Shannon.

Window sill in living room had so many bugs. Other than that, very clean. A/C leaks on the bed (even got an ice cube call on me last night). Suggest getting some privacy curtains, at least in the bathroom.

I stayed solo while travelling for work and the place was great. Cost was on par with a hotel room but a much better experience. Place was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had a huge TV with all of the streaming services. Will definitely reserve again the next time I'm in town.

The unit was beautiful….peaceful and relaxing, with a superb layout. We didn’t do any cooking, but it was ready with all the essentials. Amenities were all first class. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 on location was because Fayetteville’s attractions are all in different directions. But rest assured, nothing is more than a 10 minute drive.. Hope to return in the future.

This place is pretty awesome. Spacious with a good layout. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. The bath area has a large step up, so for someone with mobility issues may want to be aware or ask questions ahead of time. The place was decorated well and I found it very homey. Only not 5 star part is that the curtains felt more sheer / see through than they probably were. I’d recommend blackout curtains from a privacy standpoint.
