A Lazy River Day and Night is your vacation paradise offering a one of a kind Lazy River heated, salt water pool with several shallow areas which is sure to be a hit with all ages! Outside balconies and pool level covered patios are sure to keep the family enjoying the beautiful sunny and warm weather! Fire up the barbecue and enjoy a home cooked meal. Watch the kids swim in the pool and play fooseball. If you can pull yourself away from this peaceful place, the azure waters and white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island are less than 2.3 blocks away. Just a leisurely stroll with included beach cart or a wonderful bike ride to a peaceful paradise. You can rent and have delivered to the home any type of sports equipment such as paddle boards, kayaks, gulf carts, etc. If you don't want to rent a car, the free Island Trolley is 1 block from the house and will take you anywhere you want to shop, dine or quench that occasional ice cream craving! Great shopping on Pine Ave is 5 mins away. The Marina is a block away. Both the Bay and Gulf sides offer easy entrance for boats, kayaks, paddle boards, etc and you can have those items delivered to those entrance points.

The Lazy River was a perfect spot for my family and my friend’s family to stay together! We were able to vacation together but have our own space. The pool was a perfect size, warm, and always had some shaded areas for our littles to play but stay out of the sun! We spent most of our time at the beach or at the house in the pool and outside living areas. We enjoyed the beach supplies at the house and bicycles supplied. Holmes beach was our fav and loved that it was a short walk from the house!
The beds were cozy. The house was very clean! The outside showers were amazing to clean up in after a day in the sun. We were very impressed with the availability of supplies for our babies they had at the house. It was so welcoming and would recommend it to any of our friends or family!

What a great place! We rented the whole duplex, perfect location, quiet road, enjoyed having the bikes, plenty of pool items, floats, cozy outside furniture, etc. This house was more stocked with essentials than any other place I've stayed. I stayed in both units of the house with my family, young kids and extended family, and we couldn’t have asked for better. The house is clean and they provided SO many of the things we needed during our stay. Providing a high chair, stroller, baby monitor and more made such a difference for us and our travel plans.
The pool and the whole backyard area is amazing - they had towels, beach toys, life jackets, swimmies and more. Our kids would’ve spent the entire week in the pool if they could’ve! It was clean, the perfect temperature, and the most relaxing space.

We had two families and rented both sides of the property. It was extremely well equipped, which was great as we cooked almost all meals due to one person with serious food allergies. There was everything you could possibly need for the beach including bikes. The house is located an easy walk to a beautiful stretch of beach as well as to City Pier Park. The heated pool was a wonderful asset for the kids as red tide made it hard to spend long stretches at the beach during this particular week due to respiratory irritation (not an issue at all at the property).

The property was perfect for our family. My husband and I stayed on one side and my son , daughter and her boyfriend stayed on the other side. We loved the lazy River pool !! The beach was just a short walk and they have you covered for anything you might need for the beach. My only complaint it was too short !!

First off, June, the property owner, is AMAZING!!! She never went more than an hour without answering my messages back. We traveled with two families which included two 16yo girls and one 15yo boy. The 2 separate living areas were amazing!! The kids stayed had one area for them to watch TV/Play games and the adults had their own area. The pool was awesome!! We only ventured in there twice due to colder outside temps, but the 87 degree water was perfect. There were 8 bikes on site which came in handy. We rented a golf cart to get around the island. Publix was a quick 5 minute golf cart ride as well as many, many restaurants and shopping. There was a beach access just a couple of minutes from the house, however, we drove down to Manatee Beach access the 2 sunshiny 73 degree days we had. Manatee Beach had bathrooms, restaurant, gift shop and a bar. We just can't say enough about this house and it's easy proximity to everything. We did take the free trolley down to Bradenton and Bridge street for the day. We walked across the bridge to Cortez and had lunch at the Tide Table. Again, this house has it all!!! I read some reviews about the size of the rooms being a little small. One bedroom on each side was a little tight, but all we did was sleep in there!!! The rest of the areas in the house are just fine!! Do not hesitate to rent this place!! You will not regret your decision. Oh!!! Almost forgot about the 3 ring binder that the owner has put together that has all the information you will need to know about restaurants, food delivery to the house, ground transportation, everything.

i really liked this property as far as outdoor area and common rooms but i have to say, don't expect roomy bedrooms & closets or bathrooms, they are pretty small without a lot of room for your personal "stuff".
also, i would have appreciated being prepared in advance for the door adjoining the 2 units to be on the wall dividing 2 bedrooms, that was not a pleasant surprise. we dealt with it, but, honestly, i was not super thrilled with having everyone traipsing through my bedroom daily.
the outdoor space was quite lovely but pretty shaded when we went (November), also the proximity to the beach was great, only a few blocks away!
the kitchen was well stocked, best we've found on rental properties. our insurance got dinged for some etching on the glass stovetop in the unit my husband and i did not stay in so i can't say for certain what happened there but our family & their friends that stayed there had no idea how it could possibly have happened, also, the only things used on the stove were what came in the unit, so maybe the owners need to inspect their pots & pans before another top is needed.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here with another couple. The duplex with the adjoining door was perfect for us. We loved the private pool - felt very tropical. We were able to sit under the condo each night in the comfy outdoor furniture. Great location to beach and restaurants. We would definitely love to come back to this condo! It had every amenity you could think of to make us feel at home.

Everything was exactly has described. We had plenty of room the beds were very comfortable. The pool was absolutely AMAZING!! The garage(s) were filled with everything we could imagine for the pool and beach from floats, coolers, toys, nice beach chairs. There was nothing we wanted or needed for the whole time we were there. You can tell that there was thought put into every detail of the home and guest needs. Perfect home for 2 families
My family (husband, 3yo and 4yo) and my friends family (husband, wife, 9 yo and 12yo) stayed here. Communication was great, easy check in/out process, and every amenity you could need for the beach! I love to cook and everything I needed was there! I loved the one door to access each condo. Nice to have privacy but also have access to go in both places. My kids and the other couples kids are on different schedules so it worked out perfectly! My kids loved the pool which is perfect for the little ones with the lazy river! I was amazed at all the things provided at the place! We would definitely go back!

Paradise
We had the best vacation! This house is perfect for large families. Having 2 of everything is a major bonus. Everything was clean and organized. The pool, equipment, grills, etc were all clean and in excellent condition. We have 2 toddlers, so I appreciated having a pool design that is friendly to young swimmers. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here with family and had kids and a 1 year old. There were so many things there for us that made our trip so much less stressful and easy! They had toddler cups, pack and play, baby monitor, high chair , floaties , coolers & chairs for the beach. We didn’t expect all of the items they had but it made our trip so much better. Location, amenities, pool, home...everything was wonderful. Four nice bedrooms all with their own bath. Everything you could ever want or need was in this duplex. Nicely decorated and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Just over half a mile walk to Ginny and Jane E's and Pine street is just past that. Location is great!!! Pool is awesome too!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot
We celebrated one of my daughter's 30th birthday -- the crew included us and our two adult children and their partners. The house is a short easy walk (8 mins.) to the beach, a block from the AMI trolley, and a 2 minute drive to the shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. That allowed everyone the flexibility do what they wanted on their schedule -- no forced marches, just lots of laid back fun.
The house has everything you could ever need for a great day at the beach, plus easy to pull beach wagons to get it all there. And the kitchen is very well stocked with plates, bowls, silver ware, etc. In addition to being a perfect base to have fun on AMI, we all also spent time just chilling by the pool (the water temperature was heavenly), and we had a fun outdoor family dinner on one of the nicely furnished covered pool decks.
And the couple of times we did have a question about something, the owner was super responsive. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

The house and pool where perfect for a family, 4 kids and 3 adults to all have space enjoy the yard and spend the day at the beach. The most important thing is customer service. Fabulous place; everything you could ever want or need for a beach vacation.
June was wonderful from day 1 of booking with correpondence. She supplied us with a a great summary in advance of things to do, places to eat, shuttles, etc. We rented the entire home; my family of 4 (2 adults, 14 year old and 9year old) stayed on the day side and my parents and adult brother stayed on the night side. It was perfect. 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, beds were very comfortable, kitchens well stocked with anything you could possible need as were bathrooms with towels. Beach/Pool needs were met every step of the way. June provided super fun pool toys, for the beach they had wagons, excellent beach chairs, boogie boards (could use a slight update but they were great), sand toys, umbrella, beach blanket, towels for beach/pool. Short walk to beach access; took just minutes to get there. Both rental sides had bikes; so we had a bike for everyone. Bikes were great, ranging in size and style. Loved the Pineapple Bike - I rode it every day. We cruised the island on bikes; it was so fun. (helmets were also provided). Some bikes had baskets. They had fishing poles; my son bought bait and did a little fishing. The pool was great; the colored lights at night were awesome! The kids loved it! June also provded a lovely gift of wine and cheesecake cupcakes to thank us for renting. She truly thought of everything to make a beach vacation easy; especially when you are flying and bringing minimal items. I would definately return and would highly recommend this rental! Home away from home OASIS!
We had an absolutely fabulous time in this extremely practical and convenient home. We had both units and it was a perfect fit for our family. Having 2 kitchens was awesome!
June and her crew were SO wonderful and thoughtful. The place was well maintained and we loved all of the beach supplies that were at the ready for our short walk to the beach. The pool was enjoying by all. We will definitely be back!

The owner was so very thoughtful of all of our needs, definitely above and beyond. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. House was perfect for our family. The two apartments were perfect for our situation. Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone. Walk to beach in 5 minutes. Christmas in July
This property was the the perfect place and location for our family gathering, some whom we haven't seen in over a year and a half. We enjoyed the outdoor facilities, especially the pool and out door showers. Having both sides of the property made it very easy for us to plan meals for 8! We also appreciated having such close access to the beach and trolley stop. The management was very responsive to our needs. would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need and then some.
We rented this location as two families of four. First off, the pool was amazing! The pictures don't do it justice - the river is longer than we expected which just added to the fun! The homes equip you with nearly everything you need - we had sand toys, floats, a wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, a second fridge, coolers, foosball, new washer & dryer, and the list could go on and on. We had one minor issue during our stay that was handled within an hour - OUTSTANDING property management! The pass through door inside is weird because it's between the master bedrooms but we were traveling with friends so it was no big deal, the convenience FAR outweighed the "weirdness". The a/c kept up with the July heat - which was a huge bonus for the afternoons when we'd come in for some rest!
To offer some suggestions for consideration....it would be nice to have a little bar station in the covered area by the pools with a mini fridge - and perhaps even a table and chairs on one side instead of couches on both. The seating to just relax poolside wasn't great, a couple of plastic sun loungers would have been nice to read poolside. And lastly - if there is anything you can do about the mosquitos, do it. Night swims were fun for about 10 minutes and then we were covered in bug bites and rushing inside. Honestly, these are just suggestions to have suggestions - none of these changed our satisfaction and the stay was OUTSTANDING, I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking!

Charming clean property with a great location walkable to the beach. Our kids loved the pool and the unique lazy river! Hours of fun and the colorful pool lights at night created a great ambiance. Absolutely wonderful stay
I originally booked this place to relocate for a month during the winter, basically based on the pictures of the pool. It did not disappoint. A quick 5-minute walk to the beach and on a quiet street, this place was absolutely wonderful. The property owner, June, and the management company were very responsive before and during our stay. 2 families fit well together in this home as it is a combined duplex. There were 9 bikes, all of the beach supplies we needed, and all of the essentials that we needed for a month. We would absolutely love to stay here again. You can’t go wrong on Anna Maria Island and you can’t go wrong staying in this home.

Awesome home in Anna Maria Island
This home has everything you need for a great vacation. This is a very short walk from the beach and everything else is just a short drive away. We rented a golf cart which ended up being perfect to explore the island. The home has fully stocked kitchens, a great pool, gas grills on both sides, plenty of outdoor seating space, and the Nintendo switch was a big hit with my 6 year old son. If you ever need anything during your stay, the property management team is willing to quickly help. The owner June also goes out of her way to make sure everyone has a great time at the property!
