Disappointing and over priced.

Nothing except the heritage facade of the property

Very inconvenient to access across the railway crossing so difficult to find . Looks good from outside but very musty and tacky from inside. The walls have dampness and fungus growing on it is a sure shot trigger for allergies. Hotel was completely empty and unkept , extra mattresses lying in corridors and rooms are unfinished and of poor quality. It’s basically a lodge charging high rates due to season . Not a place for women or families.

Great hotel to stay, Central to everything. Clean, extremely comfortable, the best pillows in India

The room was lovely. Well decorated, clean bathroom and comfortable bed and pillows. We had air conditioning and a fan It was close to the railway track but the trains stop early so didn't hear any trains. We ate lunch once and dinner twice at the hotel and the food was very good. We were not excepting such a lovely room and food so thank you and would highly recommend. Best pillows in all of India. Hot and powerful shower also.

Lonavala in a beautiful small trip

The facility is very well located and is well maintained. The amenities are also functional and well maintained. All in all a very happy and nice experience

Some amenities like badminton were broken and needed some care.

On reception he took 250 extra was notvadd or shown in my booking he told its take where the tax was included in my booking side bill

Moksh desperately needs a face-lift

Staff was very helpful. Catering was also satisfactory.

Rooms were musty perhaps due to the humid weather and unused(?) for long periods. Overall the place appeared run down and requires a major face lift. Covid appears to have had a major negative impact on this property. Also the photos posted showcase the property as it was several years ago.

stay was ok..but next time i will choose a better destinatiin

Bed is comfortable.Bathroom is big.Food was ok types

complimentary breakfast only poha and upma and bread butter.Rest all chargeable and depends on availability.Shortage of man for room service.AC fixed at 24, remote doesnt work

Not value for money

The superior room is spacious and the beds are super comfy. The support staff, bell boy was very helpful. The food was okay and reasonably priced

The bathrooms are tiny and not properly ventilated. The desk person and manager are not properly trained to handle issues. They are not attentive. The hotel is located near train crossing, so there is a lot of noise from trains and vehicles all the time. Avoid this if you are a family.
