A nicely furnished, top floor condo in an island oasis. Lovely views of the ocean from the balcony, along with the balmy ocean breeze. Tennis court, pool, hot tubs surrounded by the prettiest flowers on the island.

Direct access to beach and walking/biking path. One mile to the village with shopping, restaurants, the lighthouse, the pier.

The condo was great!!! Very clean, very quiet, had everything we needed. Parking is plentiful and access to the elevators is easy. The beds were so comfortable that even the first night I slept like a baby. (It usually takes me a night or two to get used to a new bed). The living room furniture is nice and cozy too. It rained one evening and we all piled up and watched movies so comfortably. The master bathroom was GREAT with lots of counter room and a huge walk in shower. We were a little disappointed in the view as it was listed as Oceanview but you can just kinda see the ocean at an angle way in the distance. However, we booked so late we had to take what view we could get!! I would definitely stay again if no one in the party had mobility issues. The only problem we encountered was the length of the walk to the beach was strenuous for the grandparents. We measured it at a 0.3 mile walk which was fine for the rest of us but hard on them. We took a folding chair and let them take several breaks and managed ok but anyone renting with someone with limitations will want to be aware the beach isn’t very close. Once you get on the beach it is not crowded at all and so beautiful. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay for the price and would recommend and would return.

We are a family if 5, (2 adults, 10, 8, and 5 year old). We loved our visit! So close to so many fun restaurants. You could walk to eat and even to a bakery, The Cottage. The pool, ocean,and hot tube were perfect. The condo has everything we needed. We brought our own ice packs so we could freeze them every night and put them in the cooler. We loved the parking in the shade under the condos. The kids used the DVD's available to watch a movie after a long day at the beach and pool. Thought we would sit on the balcony more, but the heat comes in fast and I would rather walk by the ocean (always offered a small breeze). We brought our own round intertubes and buggy boards (saw kids with skidders - going to bring one next time) so fun for the hight tide of the ocean and also brought them in the pool! You can see ghost crabs during the day, but if you go in the beach at night there are huge ones (fun to see with the kids). If you are feeling like trying to collect some sea life and turn it back to the sea, there are sand dollars and hermit crabs in the ocean sand floor during low tide. One day while swimming in the ocean we saw dolphins swimming, we loved it. We loved visiting the pier and light house! There was a Italian ice vendor on the beach... so good! You can even try two flavors at a time! We would definitely stay here again.

Had a short week with parents in their 80’s and this was a perfect spot. Close enough to the beach, downtown area, museums, and restaurants. Not crowded and great weather. We got to make some wonderful memories.

The condo was perfect. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and there were so many things to do. The best hidden gem was the pickleball court. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful also!! A great place to stay. We’ll be back!!

This was a well kept, clean and quiet condo in a great location! Nicely renovated bathrooms and plenty of room. Agree with others that a deadbolt on the door is needed and the beds are not very comfortable. For future visitors, recommend bringing white paper coffee filters (filters provided were not the right ones) and bedroom slippers for the tile floors. Would stay here again!

This is a very clean and functional place. Both bathrooms have been updated -the kitchen less so, but clean and serviceable. Two items to note -the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable. Also there was no way to bolt the door from the inside which made us feel unsafe. The host was very accommodating.

We had a lovely stay at this property in beautiful St. Simon’s Island. There was a problem with the bed frame supporting the king bed in the master bedroom. It broke our first night there but the owner was very responsive, offered to pay for repairs and reimbursed us for our trouble. Otherwise, it was a great week in a beautiful location. We loved the access to the beach and spent a lot of time there and at the pool. The pool is not heated and it was too cold to swim, but it was a nice place to hang out and relax with a good book.

The location is great for walking access to the beach and to the village. Great for biking around too. The owner got back to us quickly when we had questions. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. A great place to stay!

The condo was suitable for my family’s stay at SSI. It was close enough to walk to several restaurants. The beach and pool were very nice and popular with my kids. The condo was very clean and bathrooms seemed newly renovated. Only negative was the wifi which was very spotty.

The whole place was great really. The only thing was the doors to the patio and master bedroom didn't lock. With little kids that roam, that was something on my mind instead of relaxing completely. The door into the room didn't have a dead bolt either. I promise I'm not obsessed with locking doors... Just something I noted.

The condo was spotless and the property well-maintained in a convenient location. I would suggest a step stool for the master bed, my mother had difficulty climbing up to get in bed. Also providing beach towels? We had to fly with an additional suitcase for them. While we enjoyed the property , the main TV died halfway through our visit. The owner did answer the phone promptly but did not replace it. Overall though a great experience!

The perfect 2 week getaway before undergoing cancer surgery. The property was perfect - right on the biggest, widest and CLEANEST beach I’ve ever seen (and I live in a beach community!). Saint Simon’s Island (our first visit) has so many great restaurants, and none more than a few minute drive from the Beach Club. Thanks Jeffrey for sharing your Island home with us!

This was a lovely spot! Walking to the beach through the complex was easy, the hot tub was hot, and every thing worked as it should. The only hitch we ran into was that we didn't have the actual room number in the reservation, but luckily there was someone in the office who was able to help us. If you plan on arriving after hours, make sure you know your room number!
