Great property away from the city to enjoy nature, but 15 minutes away for easy access to Asheville. The road to the property is steep but not an issue. We will be back!

This was one of a few stops in NC. Great locale for hiking and small town feels. It was perfect for our small party of 3(our 14 yr old son, my husband and myself). Loft has a ladder access, so probably not great if you have small climbers!!! Very clean and nicely stocked with all the basics for cooking and dining. Would definitely stay here again. Oh, and beautiful views!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and super convenient to town and activities that we did. The host was very responsive and clear in communication. ***The only thing to be aware of is the driveway. It’s a steeper drive and there are some major potholes and gravel to get through before you make it to the top. Be sure to pay attention!

The place is nice, cozy, and quiet, boasting stunning Mountain View’s in a a great location 15mins drive from Asheville downtown. The host was outstanding, always available to answer any questions promptly. The house is well-maintained, equipped with everything you could possibly need. Notably, the fireplace was thoughtfully stocked with firewood, which was carefully covered to protect it from the rain. I highly recommend this place!

This is a great property to enjoy the NC mountains. It's an easy starting off point for various local activities and it's super cozy and fun! The road up to the house is quite steep, in icy or wet conditions you'd probably need 4WD. 5/5 Stars!

Good location between Asheville and Black Mountain. The home had everything we needed! The driveway is gravel and slightly steep but shouldn’t pose much of a problem.
