Located right near the beach, SUNSETS BY THE BAY will provide you with a comfortable base to enjoy your family holiday or weekend break-away.

The beach is only a short stroll across the road where you can easily take everything down to spend endless hours or bring your bikes to explore Busselton using our expansive bicycle pathways, located right at the doorstep of this well positioned home.

NO LEAVERS ACCEPTED

Ideally set-up for 2 families with two bedrooms downstairs plus living room, TV, meals area, kitchenette (small fridge, sink, kettle & toaster), bathroom, laundry room & separate toilet.
Upstairs also has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living area with TV, dining & kitchen. The main kitchen includes dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge plus all the other essentials you will need to cook & prepare meals.

WIFI is available or keep the kids entertained with the provided games.

Upstairs has reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area. There are small wall fans in all 4 bedrooms.

There is a large balcony upstairs to sit & enjoy meals outside whilst looking out to the beautiful bay. Or if you prefer a quiet coffee in the sunshine, sit down at the outside lounge area on the downstairs deck whilst the kids play in the secure yard. Downstairs outside there is also a gas BBQ.

With plenty of parking over two driveways, there is room for everyone and two boat ramps nearby. Wash off the sun & sand from the day in the outdoor shower.

Just a few blocks away there is a small IGA store, along with Fish & Chips, Thai take-away, BWS Liquor, fuel station. Otherwise the CBD & Jetty are only 5 minutes drive down the road.

Please note:

-The SERVICE FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :

* Full Bath Linens included for the advertised amount of occupants

* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants

* Tea towels

* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)

* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see note below for Starter Essentials information)

- Beach towels are NOT included

- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, salt, pepper, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months

-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.

- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.

- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm

Was a fantastic place to escape with a group of friends. The location was perfect and could see the ocean from the balcony. The fire place was a bit hard to get open but wood at the local shops down the road was handy. The shower in the top floor took a long time to heat up although the downstairs bathroom was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with and coffee machine is a nice touch. Overall would stay again.

Loved it! Found the cupboard labels very helpful when looking for items in the kitchen. Us "mature" ladies found the steep stairs a little uncomfortable at times but good exercise for us. As for the Smart TV? Despite instructions and help from the property manager, we had trouble working it all out. Might be a Smart TV but dumb operators (us.) Will most likely book again for next year. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Great house with plenty of room, great kitchen, having it upstairs was a bit of a surprise but worked out as we (grandparents and cooks) decided to have upstairs bedroom to be close to kitchen. Very close to beach, could see it from the wonderful balcony where we enjoyed most of our meals. IGA, pharmacy and bottle shop were 5 minutes away. Beach was perfect and not crowded and great for going on long walks. We hope to be able to book it for next year.

Property was very neat and had all the amenities we needed. Really appreciated that there were baby gates available - given the stairs this was a life saver! Small thing but would recommend that all the codes to doors and locks be sent as part of the check in SMS. Having to find the gate number in the original confirmation and then the locked box in the SMS was just a small annoyance.

Close to town and Busselton Jetty precinct. House was perfect for a group of 8 ladies celebrating a 60th birthday and to our surprise a downstairs bar which was perfect for our Cocktail Masterclass by Elise at The Backyard Bartenders. House was well equipped, clean and spacious. We will definately be back. Mindarie WA

The location was great . The house is spacious and well presented with a lot of additional hidden extras like games , dvds , a smart tv and a supply of firewood . Really enjoyed sitting by the fire and relaxing . Communication with the property manager was quick and easy .
