Lovely villa located short walk from the beach. We have been coming to Kiawah for over 20 years now and love the location of the Tennis Club Villas-close to the heart of the island, but less crowded. We were impressed with how clean the villa was including the screened in porch area which can be a challenge! Villa's kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Just stayed 8 nights at the end of July. This was the perfect one bedroom condo for my wife and I. Well located in Tennis Club villas, short walk/bike to the beach or the Sanctuary. Updated, comfortable and very clean. Not much more than you can ask for. Also, the owner is very helpful and responsive.

This is our favorite place at Kiawah we have stayed at in the past 3 years. We had everything we needed and it was a lovely clean place to stay. We loved the lagoon view on the screened porch and would often find ourselves eating our meals out there. The location was perfect for us, 5 minute walk to the beach and to the bike trail. We hope to come back and stay here again.

We loved the location and view of this condo. The porch had a great view of the lagoon and we saw a few alligators during our stay. The unit was very clean upon arrival. Marianne was an excellent host!

The property was awesome! 5 minute walk from the beach with daily views of alligators in the lake. Bed was super comfortable, furniture was great, and shower was awesome! We will definitely come again!

Comfortable in all respects and met basic needs. Fabulous location. Bathroom layout is awkward for using toilet. Host was responsive regarding a change in original stay. Would stay there again and recommend to friends.

We had a great experience! The villa is just right for two people. It was very comfortable and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the screened porch overlooking the lagoon, and the wonderful bike paths through the property. We also loved walking on the beach. We would highly recommend this property!

The villa is nicely updated, well appointed and very comfortable. It is a short walk to both the beach and the Sanctuary Hotel. We really like the quiet location and views of one of the ponds from the dining area/deck. As was mentioned in a few of the other reviews, turning the toilet would make the bathroom seem more spacious.

Clean, comfortable villa! Well stocked kitchen, paper towels, t.p., soap, dishwashing detergent, kitchen towels, were a bonus. Do your research ahead of time about what to do on the island. Lots of hidden jems! Also, before heading out to walk or ride on the bike paths pick up a map from the Nature Center. The new "Nest Market Cafe" setting is nice, but not as many offering as the old Market. Get your groceries ahead of time, not much here. $14.99 for a jar of spaghetti sauce.

My husband really enjoyed the wildlife there, alligators and deer. I should have paid more attention to the fact that there's 22 steps up to the top floor. There are restaurants and shops close by. We had a memorable trip here with all of my grandson's wedding festivities.

We had a great time during our stay. The unit was exactly as depicted in the photos. The kitchen was outfitted very well with pots, dish ware and utensils. We loved to start and end our day in the screened in porch. The beach was only 4 minute walk away. Renting bikes allowed us to explore the island and enjoy both beach rides and bike path rides. I would high,y recommend this accommodation.

My husband and I have been coming to Kiawah for 15+years. In all of that time we have never vacationed alone. Since we are both retired we decided to make our third trip to Kiawah this year solo. The unit was the perfect size, location and fully stocked. It truly was a home away from home. We look forward to returning to this unit next year.

We loved the Tennis villas. We recently started playing pickleball and having easy access to the courts was wonderful. The villa was clean and spacious. The washing machine and dryer were quick and efficient. I did laundry 4 times while there because you know sweat. We will absolutely be back.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Villa. Everything was perfect for the two of us. It was immaculately clean and cute as could be. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and even had a few extras. We loved sitting outside on the screened in patio, but when it was too hot, you can open the patio curtains, turn the chairs around (swivel chairs!) and enjoy the view from there. It’s a very easy walk to the beach. We would love to return in the fall to enjoy the area.

This is a fabulous property to stay at! There were families at the other units during our stay, but you would never know it everyone was so quiet. The beach is so beautiful. The whole experience here was wonderful. Be sure to do the Mingo Point Oyster roast if you are there on a summer Monday especially if you like oysters. I can't wait to go back and drink my coffee on the screened in porch and look for gators. We did see one swimming by from the unit. I was glad we were inside but it was kinda cool.

Cute, cozy and comfortable. Appreciative of many small amenities - coffee pods, soap, cleaning supplies and enough essentials for cooking and cleaning up after. Additionally beach chairs and towels available for use. Pull-out bed comfortable. Walk to beach and surrounding landscape was beautiful. We truly enjoyed the surroundings and wildlife. We hope to be back again one day. A true paradise.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the tennis club villas. Lagoon view to watch the occasional alligator swim by, comfortable bed, huge TV in living area, well stocked kitchen tools, wonderful shower and great location just 5 min walk or 2 minute bike ride to the beach. Definitely recommend.
