Bella struttura, ma molto caldo

Struttura moderna e molto accogliente. Posizione molto comoda vicino al centro. Servizi ottimi e camera molto pulita. Personale gentile molto disponibile a tutte le ore del giorno.

L’unica cosa da sistemare è il termostato. Sfortunatamente la temperatura del riscaldamento continuava a salire nonostante avessimo provato ad abbassarla, sfiorando i 29 gradi a febbraio. Il personale poi ci ha chiamato dicendoci che c’era stato un guasto, spero abbiano risolto.

Good location

We liked the size of the room, plenty of room to move about, nice big bathroom and all very clean, sitting out on the balcony over looking the roof tops, didn't use the little kitchen area but would find useful if stayed longer, enjoyed it and would stay again.

Being technically challenged would have liked some paperwork on the way things worked, like breakfast, did not have breakfast there, where??? Couldn't work the coffee machine, or turn the heating down, had to sleep with window open but some sort of machinery down below was going off and on overnight,

Tutto perfetto...non mi aspettavo ci fossero anche caffè ecc, spazzolini (non si trovano neanche nei 5 stelle o comunque sia è un oggetto che non ci aspettavamo); bagno top e tutta la stanza è stra pulita, c'è Netflix e Sky non sono riuscito ad accenderlo (probabilmente sono io o comunque sia con qualche istruzione ci sarei riuscito chissà!!!!😃).

a terrible disappointment

the place is very beautiful. good taste. but read what I found bad!

the place is beautiful but the disappointment of the service is much worse. everything is in good taste, clean, but when you arrive there is a QR code in the room that takes you to a menu saying that there is breakfast in a nearby place, but it is not true. there is no place to park. the closest is 2Km away, as it can only be used on the street for a short period. we made an appointment for room cleaning, which was done 2 hours after the arrangement and only because I complained. Other than that, water leaked from the top room into mine for 12 hours non-stop despite my complaint. they neither apologized nor regretted what happened. I was offered a new room at 10:30 p.m., but I was already sleeping in the wet. terrible attendance.

Modern, high tech, stunning apartment. Close to everything! Was the highlight of our 2 week 4 city trip. Highly recommended 👌

Excellent modern apartment with everything that you need. Had an issue with the air conditioning but this was fixed without fuss, excellent communication from the host too.

Location, Location, Location

This apartment was solid. It's in a great location (the main reason we went with it). It was clean, easy to find and easy to check into. Only downside, there is no door on the bathroom so very little privacy in that regard. All in all a good experience, we would book again.

More privacy for the bathroom space and a swivel on the TV to make it easier to view from both sides of the bed.

We weren’t able to successfully navigate the A/C unit, so in the end it was a little too warm during the night, despite having set a low temperature setting.
