The Italian owner was very helpful and his restaurant was good. the room was clean.
no breakfast was available but the bakery next door was open from 5 and had tables to sit at so this was not a problem.
The room was very small and furnished with odds and sods. You could hear every noise from the next room.
we had a very low ceiling which looked as it was covered in polystyrene tiles (a fire risk).

Room noisy from adjacent street and windows not double-glazed. Doors only 190 cm high: no good for a tall person
