Beautiful furnishings, high-end linens & towels, outdoor shower & hot tub (enclosed in the heated garage)- to enjoy no matter the weather. Private guest house with its own full bath. Three bedrooms inside the house & full bath on each floor. Bunk bed room great for kids with 4 beds. Top floor offers King Bed suite & side room with a twin & double french doors for privacy. Hot tub room has flat screen TV for outdoor movie night! Fire pit for S'mores & gorgeous English Garden for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy. We enjoyed this house for our annual girls trip! Plenty of space for the 8 of us. Loved having the outdoor space along with the indoor hot tub. Great location being in walking distance to the downtown!

The hidden gem of this property are the deers that walk by in the morning and night. Turkeys too! The location is walking distance to NewBuffalo. Hot tub, party room, outdoor with fire pit and space is great. Owners were very helpful!

Early morning risers enjoyed reading their books in the quiet sunroom.
The outside screen porch was also a nice place to take noisy children to keep them entertained while the rest of the house slept late.
Played many games in the evening around the large dinning table, lots of laughter and love.
We enjoyed watching movies on the big screen TV while taking turns soaking in the hot tub.
A close walk to town, but a very peaceful setting. We enjoyed the wild turkeys and the deer that wandered through our yard.
The host was very responsive and respectful to our concerns.

This was a great spot for our annual trip. Easy parking for all of the cars and the grounds are well kept. The inside is well equipped and the host answered questions ahead of time on what was there which was helpful. Easy 10-20 minute walk to most places in town (on sidewalks or streets that didn't have big traffic). Only note is that the deck is a little slippery with rain and the kitchen sink handle is a bit finicky. We would absolutely use this house again!

Everything as expected. Highly recommended. One note, the listing states 11 AM as checkout. After reviewing my communication with the property manager it seems the expectation was a 10 AM checkout. I think we departed around 10:20 AM. Apologies for the miscommunication.

We stayed at this unique family home with friends and family for a weekend away and to participate in the Three Oaks Apple Cider Century bike ride. The home is large and has a lot of fun spaces inside & out - the garage hot tub hang-out space was super fun!! We did not cook, so can’t comment on the kitchen set-up as we went out to eat instead. Kerry communicated well and we had a lovely visit!!

What a fabulous time staying at this house! It was more than enough for our group of nine girls. The beds were comfortable, the supplies were sufficient. A few suggestions for large groups like ours, a larger coffee pot would be helpful. Also items were kind of stored in various places. For example, the dish towels we could not find and eventually found it in the TV drawer. The dishwasher did not work Overall, we had a great say we’d love to stay again! The shower Saul upstairs had very little water pressure whatsoever, but we made it work.

This is a very nice place, with lots of great amenities, and curated decor. The house is in a nice neighborhood and very walkable to downtown. We loved eating in the screened in room adjacent to the house, and the hot tub room is really cool and unique. There is a great fire pit and other outdoor areas that are relaxing. Birds and nature sounds a plenty. Just need to look at your group of people and figure out the rooming situation given the unique layout. If you don't have young kids, a room of bunkbeds may not be usable space for you. I was in the guest house in a great bed, so if you are nine or ten people, someone will have to sleep there, not in the main house. It is nice and modern (great for a couple). I definitely smelled the chlorine from the hot tub one floor below, but not a big deal. I would replace the mattress on the king bed in the main house, but that is the only issue from an otherwise fun stay.

Last year one of our three-year-old twins named this beautiful property, and it has stuck! We love the variety of options for all ages, (Hot tub, bonfire pit, yard to run in, game porch. The “apartment” over the garage for 11-month-old and parents was fantastic! Perfect location for access to NB town and beach by car, bicycling, or walking.

The home far exceeded our expectations. The pictures did not do the home justice. The house was very clean, spacious and had great areas to hang out and create memories. The decor added to the charm. They thought of every amenity you would need on a getaway. All amenities were top quality. Wonderful spot for a girls weekend, great location.

We had a wonderful week at 103 Clay Street! The home is beautiful. Lots of different cool spaces to gather. We have 3 teenagers (19, 17, 15) and they all LOVED it. The beach and downtown New Buffalo are a short walk away, not to mention the great restaurants. The home is SUPER clean. All of the beds were comfortable with new linens. The owners and management company were both very responsive. We would DEFINITELy recommend this property!!!!

We traveled as 3 (mid 30s) couples. The property was great for us giving us all plenty of personal space as well as community space. We loved the fire pit and hot tub. Easy walk to town. Great base to visit wineries in the area as well. We would love to return.

To start, Kerry was the best property manager that I’ve ever dealt with during a rental process. Always willing to accommodate.
Secondly, this property is so unique and fun. From the hot tub to the addition room above to the old school feel in the main house. It was absolutely perfect for our thanksgiving feast.

Perfect Downtown Cottage
This house has it all for a family or friend getaway- secluded neighborhood, large backyard, updated patio & firepit area, an amazing, heated hot tub room, screened in room, games and more! There are so many different rooms to check out. The screened in fireplace room was perfect for our game nights. The pictures of the hot tub party room don't do it justice...it is adorable. You are in walking distance to Downtown New Buffalo. The inside of the home has everything you would need for a relaxing stay! We had 5 adults and we all comfortably fit in the home with lots of room to spare. The kitchen was large enough for all of us to prepare meals at the same time. The home was very clean. The backyard was perfect with a grassy area and firepit. It had all of the outdoor necessities for a wonderful weekend. We had great communication with the owner. We absolutely loved our stay on this property and would highly recommend this home!

The house was awesome and had plenty of room for our group. It’s so close to downtown New Buffalo, Lake Michigan and not too far from the casino. Kerry was very accommodating and helped work out some things we couldn’t figure out on our own. Lots of space and things to do. We really enjoyed staying in and just being at the house. The hot tub room was awesome and such a nice bonus! Sonos speakers throughout the house and party rooms were the perfect touch. The screened in fireplace room was great for hanging out and eating outside away from the mosquitoes! I would definitely recommend and so would the other girls in our party. We had an awesome time and hope to go back again soon!!

Amazing home. Perfect for family of all ages
We loved our stay in New Buffalo. This home with additional room above the garage/hot tub was ideal for a family of 10. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, shops, walking trails, and New Buffalo beach. Owners stopped by a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. Tons of outdoor sitting to hang out together. Can’t wait to come back again.

Amazing Rental Cottage
We loved this vacation rental and really enjoyed the amazing outdoor spaces - fun, unique spots to gather including the hot tub room. The owners and rental company were very responsive although everything was very clean, ready and well taken care of already when we arrived. The location is perfect for a walk into town or to the beach. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Enjoyed our stay at Kerry's home. Close to shops, restaurants, groceries, golf and beach. The large garage area with furniture, big screen TV and hot tub was a great gathering place. Kerry was quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed New Buffalo!

Perfect getaway
House was located in a great spot to enjoy all that is right in New Buffalo as well as the dunes going both directions. The house has so many beautiful touches to make you feel like you are “at home” on vacation! So many places to hang out! We loved it!

Loved Clay Cottage and All the Amenities
We had a wonderful time staying at Clay Cottage and enjoying the New Buffalo and the surroundings. House was very clean and beautifully decorated. From the outside Firepit, the Hot Tub room, and all of the interesting furnishings it was a great place to stay at. We will defiantly be booking again during summer.
