We stayed at this property for three nights and had a wonderful time. Don, the host, is outstanding and responded to our requests right away! The pool and backyard were amazing and we spent a lot of our time outdoors. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

We had a very nice stay. The yard and pool were awesome. The house is very comfortable and well kept. Everything was well stocked for cooking. The beds are very comfy and house was nice and cool inside upon arrival it was 115 this weekend and ever room was nice and cool. Don was very helpful with recommendations for dinner as it was my husband birthday and father’s day. Highly recommend Charbone. Food and service was amazing Would definitely recommend staying here for a havasu weekend or week long vacation

Perfect location to enjoy all the activities that Lake Havasu has to offer. Boating, site seeing, hiking, history and community events. Then spend the evening in the great backyard playing games, cooking, swimming and relaxing. And Don’s restaurant recommendations were excellent. We will be back.

The home had an amazing pool! I felt it lacked in cleanliness. As we walked in, there were towels on the couch, some were folded, others were not. In master bedroom, one of pillows did not have a pillowcase and it was nowhere to be found. We found a pair of ladies underwear behind the couch. There was no dishwasher soap. Kitchen trash can did not have a trash liner, the only two bags were on the kitchen floor. Neither restrooms had bath mats. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and we were unable to watch Netflix.

We were so happy we came across this listing! Best choice! Don, the host was awesome and had lots of insight and knowledge about places to see and restaurants to visit. Everything was very clean and supplied with everything needed! The backyard and pool were absolutely beautiful! So much fun. House was roomy and comfortable. We will go back!!

My husband and I, along with our 8 and 11 year olds, traveled in early May to Don’s home. We selected this home because of the location, fair price, strong reviews, option to heat pool, and variety of outdoor yard games. Our stay did not disappoint! The pool and outdoor setting were beautiful and this is where we spent nearly every waking moment. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to prepare a variety of meals. The beds were very comfortable, as well. Don’s communication was excellent and the home was very clean upon arrival. We have no complaints and would recommend this listing to anyone!

We really enjoyed our trip to Lake Havasu. The house is lovely. Inside was very clean and has everything we needed. Outside is paradise. We loved the heated pool (you pay to heat), putt putt, horse shoes, corn hole, etc. the backyard is an oasis. The owner is super nice and a pleasure to work with!! House is close to town, London bridge, lake havasu state park and a short drive to cattail cove, river island, and buckskin mountain state park. There is so much to do if you love the outdoors. Next time we’d definitely rent a boat. We really enjoyed our trip and we’d definitely come back especially since it’s only a 5 hour drive. April is a great time to visit if you don’t want high temps. The weather was lovely in the 80s mostly.

First off, Don is such a great host! Not only does he have a great home to relax at after a long day on the lake but he is also incredibly responsive and helpful to make vacationing easy. Backyard has everything you need to enjoy time off the water. Plenty of lawn games, an outside kitchen, and seating for everyone. The inside is simple, but had everything we needed. We are not fancy people so we were just looking for a place to cool off and cook dinner. Kitchen was well stocked and couches and beds were very comfy. Overall, this was a great place to spend a week in July. Definitely will be back!

Great location and quiet neighborhood. Owner provided lots of recommendations for food and entertainment. A few of the top choices did not disappoint! Extremely clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay. The house was everything we needed and more. My family had a blast using the backyard space, it is where we spent 90% of our time if we were not sleeping. Don was so wonderful and communicated with me up until the very end. I rent different houses in Cali 2-3 times a year and my kids definitely enjoyed this house the best. We will be back Havasu and most certainly look forward to staying here again!!

This home is very lovely both indoors and out. It was extremely clean, with comfy beds and everything you need in the kitchen. The pool is huge and the outdoor games were so much fun. Plenty of shaded area and seating. Don was GREAT! He is very friendly and nice and will see that you have everything that you need and made checking in and out extremely easy. We had an all girls week of fun & sun and there was plenty of both. I highly recommend this home and plan on making this my destination house for all of my Lake Havasu visits.

The outdoor space and pool were amazing! We felt like we were at a hotel resort and had it all to ourselves! It was perfect! The recommendations given on dinner were so amazing..We ate wonderful food, and relaxed by the pool and it was the perfect vacation! This property is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed plus more was provided for us. Beautiful large back yard with lots to entertain. Beautiful large pool but our weather was a little cool to use it very much. Lots of colorful lights. Don was excellent host and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay here for the balloon festival. There was great parking for the balloon trailer. We loved the outdoor spaces! It was wonderful to sit outside by the fireplace and enjoy a quiet drink. The outdoor kitchen is wonderful. The house is great for a small group. Soon was a wonderful host and communication was excellent. We would love to stay here again in the future!
