The location is great if you’re going to ski, or for a conference. The staff was also great!
The hallways had a very strong smell (curry-like) which is very uncomfortable to have as first thing in the morning or coming back after a whole day outside

It was clean, comfortable, and multiple areas for entertainment.
Nothing

It is right next to the ski lifts which is awesome!
The rooms are pretty bare and aren’t super inviting. Would be better for a larger family staying for some time.

The staff was amazing! They made us feel welcome and comfortable! The room was cozy. It slept 4 adults comfortably.
It was lovely to have a balcony to sit out and enjoy the View of the beautiful mountains.
YOTEL Pad is a great location tucked in canyons resort. It was a great stay at a great price!
We loved being able to go on a hike right from the hotel.
The parking was a little crazy. Sometimes having to do valet. I would prefer just having a parking tag and parking my own car.

Clean, great location
Very loud. Could hear every guest walking and making noise in their rooms. Curtains didn’t keep sun out. Very bright in the morning.

Great location and service. Clean, modern room with great pool/hot tub.
We have stayed in this hotel twice now and I wish they had black out curtains on the window. The roller shade does not do a sufficient job, so you end up waking up with the sun.

Large screen TV's with easy method to connect other devices. Full kitchen, pool, hot tub, close to Canyons and Park City. Cool bunk beds that hide and pull down guest bed in living room. Very clean and nice.
2.0 / 10.0
1. so close to lifts.
2. beautiful new facility.
3. They need to install 1 shower in steam room after steam or hot tub.
Many people check out at 11am and go ski and need to change.
Operates like a new hotel open 4 months although open for 2 years.
1. Don't tell you upon check in room service cleaning is on request. Brochure says you have to pay for it, you ask then they say they schedule it for the next day.
2. When you call front desk in evening it goes to voice mail.
3. Valet, no sign of hours. Not open after 11. Dont tell you that front desk has to assist. They is no direct number to valet. Valet needs to carry a phone with extension and sign needs to be on desk of number and hours.
4. Hot tub was down on a Thurs afternoon after skiing. No warning, no other accomodations. There should not be maintenance on a busy Thursday afternoon.
5. 2 coffee makers but no coffee actually in the rooms, had to buy it in the lobby for $3.50
6. Boot drier valet in lobby had a replacement guy who didn't know how to work it, my friend plugged it in for him and it still didn''t work.
7. After you check out key doesn't work in common places yet many take the red eye and want to use facilities when they get off the mountain.
Its like they opened a hotel but no one has real experience in hospitality or guest services recovery. Was highly disappointed.
Especially for the price.

The hotel is clean and they have some fun activities available. The pool and spa are a welcome retreat after a day of skiing. The free laundry available is a nice plus.
This location is NOT ski in- ski out as advertised. It is up over 70 stairs to get to the gondola level. Although they have a ski valet, you need to haul your gear up and down the stairs or pay additional fees at the resort to use a valet next to the gondola, which we chose to do.
We had booked an apartment that was not available at check-in. This put my husband and me in bunk beds for our first two nights until we received the room I had booked with a full bed. The manager tried convincing me that it was a full- twin bed and what I had booked since the bunks were in the one-bedroom apartment. I saw when I had booked months beforehand that a room with bunks was available, but that is not the room I had booked. Ultimately, it was not worth the cost of what we received and made worse by needing to move in the midst of our trip. I will not book here again and recommend that you choose a different property in PC.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Game room was fun for whole family. The pool was actually heated to a very comfortable temperature. A lot of outside space. The kitchen had everything-microwave, stove top and all necessary pots and pans and tableware. Parking on site. Location is close to the mountain and restaurants.
Room is small, but has a great cooking facility.

I had a hard time finding where the entrance was and where to park.

I wanted a little stay-cation for me and my boys and ended up bringing my parents too. I just wanted a lace the boys could swim and play and that's what we got. It was perfect for our purposes but I can see if u were to be mountain biking or skiing it would've fit those purposes as well. I wish we would've booked two nights.
Pepsi products I stead of coke. 🤣
