There will be construction in the community from October 2023 through the spring of 2024. There will be noise related to various projects such as roof repair, piling repair, exterior painting, and road repair, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We love Sea Colony and come every year. This house is located near the indoor pool and splash park which was a really nice surprise. We'll rent here again.

We really enjoyed this rental. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped, making our stay enjoyable. The Sea Colony tram made getting to and from the beach easy, and we liked the quiet country feel of the neighborhood.
Our stay was hassle free. Highly recommend.

Home was clean with fresh towels!! Rooms were spacious with very good water pressure for showers.
This was our first vacation rental where there were many family pictures in the living room and also in the master bedroom. It gave the feeling that you were staying with a family member.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It was clean, updated and a great location. The only thing we did not love was we felt the king bed was a little worn and not the most comfortable to sleep on. Though everything else more then made up for it and we had such a great time that we just booked another stay there later this summer.

This condo was amazing for us over a long weekend. We had 3 adults and 2 young children. The size was perfect and comfortable. It was probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in! We loved the location for our kids to be able to walk to the pool and the playground. We hope to stay there again next summer but for even longer!

We loved our stay here. The condo was clean and well stocked. Although we did not cook dinners - we made use of all the local seafood restaurants. Taking the tram and not having to deal with parking, made our trips to the beach very easy. We would rent here again.

We loved our stay at Sea Colony. We went for a long weekend and had three adults and 3 kids. The condo was the perfect amount of space for us, very clean and nicely furnished. The community is fantastic, we took the tram around and the girls tried to go to all 12 pools (we did 8). On our first night there was a bonfire on the beach and the girls liked that. We will absolutely be back!

We shared this 3-bedroom condo with another couple, and it was roomy, comfortable, and also provided privacy. We lived the screened porch, and found a well-supplied kitchen. The cul-de-sac location was quiet and we’re near all amenities, shopping & the beach.
