For one thing the unit we were showed on the website was not the unit we were given. I called booking.com and VACASA to correct this and just got the run around from both parties. It is obvious this email was sent automatically. We ended up not going.

I liked the code instead of actual keys or cards. I liked the screen door so we could listen to the ocean. The view was fantastic. The place was clean but definitely not hotel clean. The sheets were clean and the bedding comfortable.
We enjoyed the puzzles and completed one while there. The fridge was new and the water and ice in the door very convenient.
Having to drive to the office to collect name tags. Pools and tram close way too early in the year. We wanted to enjoy the sauna and pool farther away, but couldn't walk that far (one over 60 and one person in a walking boot) and back.
There were no hand towels in the kitchen. All the decor had been pulled off the walls and holes and hooks were everywhere. The stovetop had trouble boiling water. There was a Keurig but no coffee pods or welcome basket. The room was booked for 5 and only had 2 small shampoos. The hotel/bulk wall ones would have been fine. There was no bathroom hand soap left in the bottle - we had to add water to it. The closest doors fell off repeatedly, and we couldn't close one bedroom 'door' because the sliding doors were too small for the doorway. The dining room table was falling apart. We were afraid to pull it out from the wall. The details weren't worth the price. We paid more than $500 a night. I wouldn't pay it again without improvements and better facility access.

Our unit was not clean and it’s mattresses need to be replaced. No grills available.

Being beachfront on the first floor was the only amenity.
Worn, soiled furniture; ill fitting bedding; non working bedroom lamp; evidence of a towel rack missing in the bathroom; evidence of a fist? having punched through a bedroom door; missing lightbulbs.

In season but we did not have use of the outdoor pool the tram couldn’t use the facilities on the tennis court side of the resort no tram or buses also would have appreciate a schedule of what pools were open and closed
adult swim times without tram couldn’t go to other pool also arrived at adult swim with 3 year old and add to wait 45 minutes to swim in that 45 minutes not 1 adult came to the pool due to physical limitations it was to painful to walk back to condo and return

True Ocean Front View - less crowded beach area on South boundary. Very comfortable and nicely furnished. Our favorite apartment in 27 years. Oh- and parking at the front door! Keeper.

I liked the location of the property. Being right on the beach was perfect. The management company was great with helping us get in the unit and coming to work out he TV issues.
The unit could use renovations to the master bed room bathroom and the furniture over all could use updating. I felt the condo is in the process of doing this but the master bedroom really needs it. The shower was not welcoming at all. My partner did not shower once in our 2 days visit, because of it. It is just old and could use some sprucing up. It looks old and dated.
