The lights in the bathroom needed to be replaced-all of them. This should have been checked by staff before we checked in-I had to go to the office and let them know to replace them.

painting the doos at 8 AM when I am due to check out by 10. The doors were cumbersome and awkward and I wound up with brown oil based paint all over my suitcases and my sweater. No notice this was happening and no sign to notify of wet paint. I saw the painter as I was leaving and asked why this was done WHILE I was moving in and out to my vehicle with my items. He just shrugged and said he had a job to do. Then I mentioned it to the check-out agent who apologized, but offered no solution to my damaged items. There’s a lot if rules and fees with this rental but they don’t seem to take care of the problems they create.
The condo was not very clean. I have dust mite allergies that were horrible while I was there; easily two inches of accumulated dust and dirt behind all the furniture. Nasty. You wouldn’t believe what I found behind the couch (I only was there to find an outlet to plug in the broken lamp. This lamp, by the way, was the only lamp in the room. Yes, it was fixed the next day after I complained, but I shouldn’t have had to do so in the first place.) The coffee pot was gross. It had never been cleaned since it’s last use with hardened coffee in the pot and filter still in it. The coffee pot was replaced, but there were no filters for it and your service flat out refused to supply them. Really? Any hotel, motel, condo, B&B that I have ever stayed at provides coffee or a way to make it. At $400/a night you can’t provide coffee filters? You are going to force the renters to go on a search for coffee filters? Ridiculous and definitely not what you pay for. Then while using the bathroom, I can see hair all over the floor. It wasn’t mine, I had only just arrived. Gross. However, what was even more gross was the dirty, old bath mat for the tub. Once again, more cleanliness can be found at most Motel 6’s.
Another condo had an obnoxious light on all night. I was not able to block it out as the blinds for the windows were missing slats.

the location was great. the process of checking in and out was easy. the indoor pool was nice.
there was no hand soap. the shower curtain was moldy. there was not toilet paper or garbage bags. the pull out bed had dirty sheets on it. not cleanly, especially during a pandemic.
