About this house rental

Our home is located in the perfect location between the best parts of North Wildwood and Wildwood proper. Our 5 Bedroom, 3 bathroom home is perfect for families, groups of friends, or people who want easy access to the boards with lots of space. You'll enjoy a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk/beach/amusement parks, but the comfort of being a block away from all the late night noise.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms, Bedroom 1: Queen, Bedroom 2: bunk bed (2 twins), Bedroom 3: bunk bed (1 full, 1 twin). The first floor is also complete with a fully stocked kitchen and attached bar with bar stool seating. The main common area boasts a large living area with fireplace, family sized dinning table, and a full size balcony overlooking the street with a view to Wildwood's famous boardwalk. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, Bedroom 4: 1 queen, Bedroom 5: 1 queen. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has their own private Juliet balcony.

Property was very spacious and clean, accompanied my whole family. Very close to the boardwalk, we walked over twice. We stayed here during the off season to attend a Coast Guard boot camp graduation and it was perfect distance, not too far. Owner was very responsive and kind.

Property was as described in listing. Very close to boardwalk. Check in process was very easy. Owner very attentive and responsive. He notified us before he arrive to let us know he was coming to address some minor issues with property. Elevator was a selling point for our older family members. Would definitely stay again.

Great, clean place close to the beach and on a quieter street. We had 7 guys and room for everyone. Nice big kitchen with bar seating and plenty of counter space. Short drive to golf in Cape May. Also nice balcony with seating for plenty of people. We’d recommend for sure.

Close to the convention center for our event and so so close to the beach and boardwalk. The property was just as pictured and very clean. Owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. Will definitely rent again!

It was definitely a home away from home. It was within walking distance to certain things. The place was cozy It felt like our home. Would definitely stay again. The elevator was broke so we had to walk up thise steps ugh, but overall it wasn't bad. Communication levels were great fast response.

The rental filled the needs of our trip. It was located near all the birding spot we wanted to visit during our stay. The entry way steps where a challenge when carrying luggage (we could not get the elevator to work). The owner was easy to communicate with and the rental was arcuately described. Would highly recommend to anyone staying the area.

This property accommodates all vacation needs from amenities to location. Beach/boardwalk are a quick walk as are restaurants, and beer/ liquor store. We found everything we needed in the space that was conducive to gatherings and comfort. Dan is incredibly responsive to questions no matter regardless of importance and personable as well. Having been to Wildwood many times, I can say this is a great value.

Our stay was a perfect setting for a girls’ wedding shower beach weekend. Close to the beach, lots of room, great neighborhood. Our host, Dan, provided a comfortable home and always communicated promptly.

Dan was communicative. Place was homey. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Beds were comfy. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was good. Fridge worked great. Stairs from ground floor up to the first floor apartment are steep and the door into the place is awkward to swing open. When it says need to bring bed linens, that means blankets & comforters too, not just sheets. We would stay again.

This was our first time renting a vacation property from VRBO and it was such a joy we'll absolutely do it again. The condo fit our needs perfectly and was so close to the boardwalk and beach. I was in contact with the owner a couple times and he was very responsive and nice. A great place to rent for sure. My kiddos can't wait to go back.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. So much fun. Condo was clean and more than accommodating. Location was perfect. And the host Dan was more like family than my own. Communication was awesome! I honestly cannot wait to come back next year😁

This was our first rental in Wildwood. We just sold my father in laws house on 21st Ave in March 2022 and my kids were devastated. Spring break was always spent at the shore house. The process was simple, the homeowner was was friendly and helpful, and the property was perfect. It was a great getaway and will add to our 25+ years of Wildwood memories. We will definitely be renting again in the future.

VRBO did not send me the correct code for entry to the unit. A phone call on their help line resolved the problem with a helpful staff member. The owner is quick to respond to concerns and went out of his way to resolve an issue. Look forward to staying here again.

This unit was perfect for our group of 2 families. We had 4 adults and 4 teens, and it worked well for us. Communicating with the owner was great. He was quick to respond and very accommodating when we asked for a later checkout time. Super thankful for that. Overall cleanliness was good (only flaw was some trash found under one of the bunk beds) otherwise everything was clean as far as kitchen and bathrooms. We would stay here again.

Nice size apartment perfect for 5 adults taking photos in the off-season at Wildwood. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, plenty of hot water, and showers for the group. We were comfortable and pleased with our stay.
