Great for our extended family with plenty of beds for our group. Older home that was clean. Nice basement bathroom. Great outside area, plenty of room so bring your yard games (property didn’t have any). Home is in a Quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Close to everything. Host was super responsive on all communication.

Overall a great place for a family reunion. Lots of space and bedrooms. Very average neighborhood but the fence in back yard was great for our dog. Small leak in downstairs bathroom needs fixed. Also, dishwasher is not secure and often falls over when loading dishes.

We needed several bedrooms and a decent yard for our stay and this place appeared to fit the bill. After a 4 hour drive, we pulled up to a dilapidated home, with a yard that clearly hadn’t been touched in a long while, mold on the siding, and large tree branches everywhere in the fenced yard. This house is not what is pictured in the listing.
Upon entering the floors were filthy, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, the oven is from the 1960s (that is why it is not in the photos), and the room with the king sized bedroom reeked of marijuana/cigarette smoke that was attempting to be covered up by some truly noxious “air freshener”, rendering it unusable. There were no handsoaps, no hand towels, no kitchen towels, no bath mats, scratchy sheets, cracked tiles, the kitchen pots and pans were damaged to the point they were unusable, the utensils and cooking tools were dirty inside the drawers, the lights over the sink and stove were not working, making it very difficult to see in the dark kitchen. The “best” part was that the dishwasher completely falls out of the counter and leaks profusely when running.
I spent several hours of my trip texting and sending emails with the management company because they kept asking for pictures. A maid came with no prior warning and entered before we could open the door. They also wanted us to spend a day waiting for their plumber, which we refused, of course. It was a shockingly terrible stay. Their 20% refund was inadequate.

The place was nice. It was spacious and close to a lot of fun activities. My kids loved the Space and Rocket Center. The check in process was easy and the owners were very responsive.

Plenty of room for everyone
This house had more room than we needed. Yard is fenced which was great for our puppy. Neighborhood is okay, few blocks away is nice park with some bike trails for running enthusiasts. Kitchen and one bathroom is outdated but serves the purpose. This house does not have washer and dryer which wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed only few days. Property manager is extremely responsive, probably the most responsive manager I had chance to interact with (and we travel a lot). This was excellent place for the cost and considering that they allow dogs. The only thing I wish is that we had better weather, it was raining every day.

Responsive hosts
My large family stayed in the house and enjoyed the stay. I messaged on the first night after business hours for a pack and play, and the hosts responded quickly and made sure we were set for the night. House was well stocked, although we decided to pick up reusable plastic cups for the kids to use because the glasses and dishes were breakable, which we normally would've liked but we wanted to make sure not to have the kids break anything. Overall a good experience.
