A beautiful, clean home perfect for our family. Great communication and well equipped too!

Nice place. Water leaked from 2nd floor bathroom and property manager did not reply to our text. Remote missing. Otherwise great place for 3 couples and short walk to downtown. Would stay again.

We just got home from our trip to Columbia, SC. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Basic Training. The house was in a great location, quick ride to the gate to get on base. It is also close to shopping and restaurants.
The house was very clean and comfortable for our group of 7. The upstairs was a nice hangout spot for the young adults to hangout without disturbing the rest of the group at night.

We loved the layout of this house. It worked well for our family of 6 adults and a baby. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at. Clean and spacious.

It was a fantastic house . There were 5 of us and the house was a great fit. Plenty of bathroom and bedrooms. It was just a really nice perfectly located house. It was about a 10 minute drive to anywhere you could want to go. We would definitely rent this place again.

This house was perfect for my family during our week leading up to our son's wedding! I needed ground level bedrooms for elderly parents and a handicapped brother which worked perfectly! We appreciate being able to bring our dogs as well and the fenced in backyard was perfect.

We travel to Columbia to celebrate my husband’s Hall of Fame induction ceremony. We found a house to be more than spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a great location the house was equipped with most of our needs to fill at home. The backyard was an extra plus.

This property is excellent and is in close proximity to everything I needed. The Vista and Downtown are about 10 minutes away allowing easy access to eateries, pubs, bars, and the like.
The check in and out processes were fast and simple. The property was amazingly clean and I really appreciated the gas grill out back with a full tank of propane.
I will definitely choose this property for my next visit, thank you for everything!

Overall it was absolutely awesome. It would/should have been a five start rating but the checkin in process was a brand new system so we had trouble getting into the home. That was very stressful, especially since we had groceries we needed to get into a refrigerator. We got it all figured out, though, and other than that it was perfection. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Wendy’s for a friends wedding. There were three couples and one baby. The house worked great - we chose Wendy’s place because each couple would have their own bathroom. The house was clean and easy to find with parking for the two rentals cars. The check-in process was easy, however there was a fee associated with checking-in before 4pm so the two couples who arrived in the morning explored Columbia. This wasn’t an issue since we rented a car but if we hadn’t we wouldn’t have had a place to secure our luggage without paying a fee. Overall, the house worked well for the weekend! Thanks!

High School Graduation
The experience was good. The property was as described. It sufficiently covered our families needs. Could have had more towels available for the size of our group but doing laundry did hurt us.

Just as nice or better in person!
First let me start by saying the decor was Amazing!!!! I walked in and felt right at home. I actually think this was the best decorating I've seen in all the places I've stayed. The neighborhood was quite a ton of police activity but nothing crazy! My only complaint would be the TV and internet! This was a huge disappointment only ONE Tv in the entire home and we were never able to get it to play one movie the entire stay there was no cable and the internet for the tv doesn't work it's so slow you're movie or shows will never play. But good thing we spent most of the days outside seeing the town. I would definitely recommend this place but the TV is a must fix! Beds and pillows are Amazing! The Air upstairs is tricky so I would ask about it before your stay it was extremely HOT no matter what we put the air on(only upstairs) other then the TV and upstairs air we had a great time.

Cute House-Army Graduation
It looked like there were about 4 newer homes on the street, right by each other. The house is very cute. It has everything you need- but hairdryers. (which is fine, but i didnt bring one.) everything is just a mile or 2 away, that you could possibly need.

Great birthday weekend and football game
Stayed at the property with 3 other couples (8 of us total) to visit my son and celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms (one Jack&Jill) and everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. Cooked dinner for all of us, including a few of my son’s friends and had plenty of room. 1st floor is open and very spacious, not to mention clean. Went out to dinner the following night and the football game on Saturday. The property is a great home base if visiting the University of SC. Definitely will be renting this property the next 3 years!

Charming curb appeal with spacious indoors
Perfect size for our group of 7 adults for gamecocks game day weekend. Open concept kitchen family room allowed for all to interact. Large back yard allowed for yard games and privacy with fence. We had a great time and would stay again.

Charming spacious cottage
Terrific layout! Clean and clutter free. Perfect for gathering for meals. Plenty of bathroom space.
Back porch area could be nice but needed to be cleaned. Need to make sure garbage is picked up prior to arrival of guests. It was overflowing when we arrived and left us no place to take out the trash.

'Stayed here for 3 nights for my son's graduation from the University of South Carolina. It's a beautiful home with the perfect layout and the neighborhood was cute. The kitchen was decently equipped with adequate silverware, glassware, dishes, pots, and pans. The Keurig machine was a bonus! Communication with the property management company and owner was responsive and clear. Hope to be back for a football game and stay here!
