The house was great! It was just as described and met our expectations! It was clean and had tons of room! That said, be sure to bring EVERYTHING. There was not even a packet of salt and pepper in that place. If you want to cook, you will need to bring in all ingredients. I would also recommend you bring your own TP. Each bathroom had a roll but there were not any extras. We stayed for a full 7 days and had to make a TP run on day 3. The only real knock I have on the rental was the fiasco at the gate to gain access to the community. We were told to push the " Guard" button at the gate. About 50% of the time it worked. The other 50% we sat there forever waiting with people behind us getting angry. Other visitors had a QR code they were scanning. On the last day we finally learned they retrieved this from the front gate when they checked in. An in person guard very rudely told us we could not access our home that evening because we did not have this. We ended up getting in by driving around to another gate and using the same process spelled out in our welcome email. It was a nightmare! Other than that, the house was great and exactly what we needed for our WDW vacation!

Overall the property was ok. There was adequate space for everyone. I did have to go get ant buttons as I discovered when I arrived there were small black ants in the kitchen area. By the time we checked out had them under control.
I did not receive the QR code to enter the gate and no one answered the call at the gate. Fortunately I was able to follow another person in when they entered. Later in the visit I was eventually provided the QR code.
There was no “courtesy transportation” available to get to the club house area as advertised in the property description which I discovered after I called from the property.
Although there was a ping pong table there was only one mis-shaped ball and no net on the table. None of the accessories for the air hockey table were there to play it or for the pool table.
The mattresses were average but everyone slept fine after busy days.
The location to the parks was ok even though the traffic was horrendous. Groceries were available nearby as well as dining options.

The kids loved their rooms! Plenty of space for 8 individuals (4 adults and 4 kids).

The house is convenient to all the local theme parks, and the house had plenty of space with modern furniture and decor.

There were few directions on how to enter into the property when arrived, as we circled the neighborhood looking for a guard to give us a pass. We paid for early check in, when we finally got to the door, the code did not work and we had to call to have someone manually reset our lock. No problem, right? Once we got settled in, our children came running to the patio stating some women was in the house, apparently they had not marked our home as an early check in house and housecleaners had arrived. The women had to call her manager cause she stated we did not pay for early check-in, which we did. Then about 15 minutes after she left another women came stating the same thing. We then showed her our transactions and told her that there we many items broken in the house and we could not get the WiFi to work. She took my phone number and promised to contact us later about the WiFi. That never happened. So we went four days with no internet, we did have a message from the host telling us to reset it, which we tried a few times.
I then messaged the host with the photos of all the broken items in the house, including a closet that fell on a kids head when hanging her clothes up as well as a broken chair in the pool room area that fell when someone sat on it.
Overall, the house was fine for a large family going to Disney, however, it was probably my worse rental home experience.

We loved this house. Was perfect for my family. We will definitely be using this house again in the future.

The property was clean and a perfect size of 8 adult family members. We rented a car to get to parks each day and used it to get groceries. Uber and Lyft were also available.
Kitchen was clean, but not much to cook with so if planning a meal make sure you have the tools needed. No kitchen towels were there.

Upon arrival, the guards at the gates were extremely rude. When we got to the property, we noticed right away how dirty it was. The baseboards and light fixtures were filthy. The cookware had dried up food on it. The grill was so full of old grease, it was unusable. The bathroom rugs were disgusting. There were no mattress pads on the beds, just thin sheets. The pillows were cheap and floppy. There were a few extra pillows in the closets, but no pillow cases. We each got one thin, small bath towel and hand towel for a 7 day stay. The smoke detector in one bedroom was unhooked and hanging by its wires. One of the remote controls didn't work and was all corroded inside. Several light bulbs were dead. The communication with the property managers was abyssmal. I do NOT recommend this property, or any property that Tropical Esacpe Vacation Homes manages.

Check in was terrible, the gated community needs to re evaluate their entry technology! It doesn’t work properly! Specially on rainy days!
They need to inform the guests that on the first time they need to go to the Bella Vista street access to talk to the guard in person!
The house is beautiful but there are some immediate things that need their attention .
A) master bedroom left sink (it is clogged we couldn’t use it)
B) shower curtains on several bathrooms (need to be changed they look nasty, some hangers are misplaced or missing.
C) toilet paper holders need to be fixed on some bathrooms l

Was able to check in and get access right on time. House was fairly clean and house was huge.

Better than expected. House was perfect for our group of 9. Very cozy, perfectly decorated and convenient to everything. It was very easy to navigate to the parks from the homes location. We loved it.
Communication with property managers was great and they were beyond kind and helpful. We will definitely try to reserve this home again in the future.

I got there around 3am with 4 littler ones and found out that the door code provided was the incorrect one, called many times , the person on call never called me back .. after I called many many times , tried different codes one of the codes finally worked .... got in to the house around 4:30 am but my reply back was that this was a technical issue.... so unprofessional when we know from the beginning that the code as the wrong one and this is not technical issue. we rented the house for 5 days all the toilet paper left there were used ones... they left 1 garbage bag for a house with 10 people, the house had some of the stuff broken and the barbecue area was disgusting dirty . I called many times and they were just saying that nothing could be done ... really really poor administration and unprofessional customer service.

This is a beautiful house and we had great time staying here. It was a home away from home feeling with few glitches.
Below are few observations which may help serving other guests in the future
1. Lack of hand soap in bath rooms
2. Lack of body wash, shampoo conditioner etc…(it’s a good thing we carried our own)
3. Lack of dish soap in the kitchen
4. House was cleaned in a rush…we could see dust collected on light fixtures in the kitchen island.
5. Kids bathroom had broken toilet paper handle.
6. House was not stocked with additional paper product such as toilet paper or paper towel ( we had to buy these items from Publix.
4.0
The property was nice but the lack of amenities made the experience less enjoyable. No extra trash bags and no extra toilet paper were an inconvenience. The property didn't even have a sponge to clean the dishes either. We had to buy toilet paper, trash bags, and paper plates because we couldn't wash the dishes adequately. The entry process was 50/50, I didn't enjoy how one of the guards didn't give me a chance to pull out my entry QR code and hung up on me telling me I need to go to the main entrance to get a code. Entry to the place was not easy. Also, there were only two bath towels per room, not enough in my opinion. The only positives I would say are the decor, the game room, and access to cable tv.
4.0
The property was very clean, peaceful and comfortable. My only complaint was that the door code did not work when we arrived but we were easily able to call the property manager and receive an emergency code to enter the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on booking this property again.

The home was lovely and provided plenty of comfort after a long day at the parks. There were minor issues, like a broken pool stick and triangle, and the hot tub was never hot, but overall I enjoyed the house.
Our only concern was safety. During our visit there was gunfire close by, followed by multiple police cars and a helicopter right around the house. We all stopped swimming and went inside and locked all the doors. It’s was unnerving.
4.0
The home was beautiful, clean and well maintained but there were absolutely no amenities in the home. No washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, nothing. Luckily there is a Publix right up the street. Also the neighborhood seems to be a lot of rentals so there were a lot of different parties going on in several different homes. We were there for the disney run and had to be up at 2:30 in the morning so did not make sleeping easy.

It was a great home- I checked out the issues with other reviews and found the property management seems to have corrected most everything. We found no ants, the house was clean upon arrival, the pans looked new, the pool fencing was new and not torn, there were plenty of towels for our family of 4 (we did do one load of towel laundry, but that was fine) we had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom which is standard for rental homes- the air hockey table was new - there were plenty of plates and silverware.
Overall we were so pleased with the house - I would give our stay 5 stars except for the mattress in the master bedroom- I prefer a soft mattress and it is not that. My husband didn’t mind it but if you like softer beds you may prefer the couch :)
We would definitely stay again.

Positives of the property:
Spacious and plenty of room for all.
Decorated stylishly. Kids rooms were decorated in Frozen and Star Wars themes.
Pool was a nice added touch.
Appliances are newer and work well since the property is only 2 yrs old.
Negatives:
The gate code literally only says “guard” to get into the community. We had no idea what that meant. When called from the speaker to ask, the attendant was extremely rude, only telling us to turn around.
Even though you are told to bring your own items, two towels per bathroom and not enough wash cloths for each bathroom is ridiculous. This is a basic that any hotel provides. There are more pool towels than bath towels in the home.
There were ants everywhere upon our arrival, both upstairs and downstairs. The company did send someone out to spray, but ants remained upstairs.
No box spring mattress for either bed in the Star Wars bedroom.
Cleaning was sub par. Floors were partly cleaned. Large dusty cobwebs in the hall upstairs. Layer of dust on island lights in kitchen.
Tub spout in upstairs bathroom next to the Anna and Elsa room doesn’t close properly when shower head is on. This decreases water pressure greatly. All in all, we would not stay here again.

The “fully stocked “ kitchen has 3 Teflon pans that the coating is coming off and should not be used and that’s all the pots in the house . The house was dirty ,food under the dining room table & patio table still had chips on it from last guest , dust and cobwebs in corners (large) and the scariest part was the pool safety guard is ripped and would not prevent any little child from getting into the pool . Gate code paper was useless and never worked . The Publix 3 minutes away was nice and well stocked . Ac was wonky didn’t really cool the front of the house . The air hockey table is so worn that it needs to go to curb. I would not recommend this house. We have rented many houses for vacation this one was one of the worst .

I tried to give this place a chance after reading previous renters’ reviews and had hoped to write a positive one, but this place falls short. Rental company needs to specify entry into a guarded gate vs. utilizing the actual address because you will have to turn around and find a guard. When we arrived, we were greeted with a week’s worth of trash bags after check in time and luckily a quick call to the property manager resolved the issue fast. Trash pick-up for the rest of the week seemed rather inconsistent as there were a few days our trash was never picked up. House smelled great when we first entered, and the space was adequate for two families (5 kids, 4 adults). The themed rooms were perfectly decorated and the highlight for our littlest members.
The house has ample storage yet is not well stocked for cooking purposes. There were only three small, pans for use on the stovetop and they were so used that the non-stick surface had been scraped away. No oven mitts were provided and only one dish/kitchen towel could be found. We opted then to use the grill and found there was not a brush to clean the grill nor any metal grilling utensils. We went out and bought a grill brush and left it onsite. You could see that previous clients had used and melted the plastic spatulas to maneuver through their cooking endeavors on the grill.
Mattresses are not really the best quality, were not equipped with mattress covers, and the pillows were nearly flat. Baseboards need to be cleaned as they were full of dust and filth. Master shower and bathroom had long, dark hairs on the walls and bottom of the shower like they were never cleaned. In the living room, we had to vacuum the sofa because crumbs were in the indents and the rug in the living room looked like it had not been vacuumed. Not how I would imagine the first day - cleaning up from past guests and AFTER a cleaning crew.
If I had to guess, the bulk of the clients who book this home likely have kids and there was not one single plastic piece of dishware in the house. They spend far too much time staging the dining room table and bar area with glassware after each renter. The first day we took everything and put it in the bare cupboards.
Air hockey table is more than worn at this point and flakes all over when playing it.

This was a gorgeous house but we experienced a lot of issues during our stay, which I will outline below:
1. Despite messaging the company in advance, we were not provided accurate check-in information. GPS takes you to a gate with no guard so you cannot access the property. Listing the address of the guard station and how to request the Guest QR code would have been helpful information to receive when you get the check-in email.
2. The house has literally nothing in it and the description of the listing does not clarify that you will need to stock the kitchens and bathrooms with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags. Most places have at least a small amount of these items.
3. Communication with the property managers was poor and we have to call/text/email multiple times in order to get the information and attention we needed. For example, the internet was not working correctly so we have no access to TV for the majority of our stay. It took 2 days to get someone to look at it and then they did not call us to update. When I called I was told the internet company would be coming the next day. No notice of this would have been given and we only knew that because we called back. People would have been in the house without our knowledge when we were at the parks. Once they did come and fix the issue, we were left with a loud beeping noise for the remainder of our stay.
4. Saying that Disney is 20 minutes away in not accurate. It took a minimum of 40-50 minutes to reach each park. We would not have booked the house if we knew this in advance.
The house was lovely and my kids enjoyed the pool. The hot tub is not heated unless requested. That makes sense for a pool but not a hot tub. The linens need replacing as they are worn.

Hmmmm...How to start. We arrived at the property after a 14 hour drive ready to settle in and use the bathroom. Unfortunately, the code I was given for the lock did not work. After trying the code several times and getting it blocked I called the number on my confirmation sheet. The person at the other end took all of my information along with the address of the property. She tried to manually unlock the door, no luck. She tried again, insisting that the door was unlocked. Nope. I asked if we could just get a key, we were tired and all desperately needed the bathroom. After 45 minutes of repeating myself and her telling me the door was unlocked she put me on hold. Three minutes later some one picked up the phone and asked if they could help me (same person?). I said I was already being helped and had been on the phone for 45 minutes. She said no you haven't, it has only been three. I told her what had already transpired and she started the process all over again asking for the same information I had already given. I begged for a key at this point. She also tried to manually open the door. After another 10 minutes she finally took my number and sent it to the property manager. He called within moments and gave us the key code so we could get the key and get into the house. I am very grateful to him. After checking the lock while it was open we figured out that the code was working but the lock did not fully retract to unlock the door. I notified the property manager of this and he said someone would be out to fix it the next day. We were gone all day each day of our stay but the problem was never fixed. Needless to say we used the key all week. That was the only clitch of our stay. On a POSITIVE note: The place was spacious. There were only four adults in our group so this gave us plenty of room to spread out. We had plenty of towels and plenty of dishes. We did need to run out and get more toilet paper. There was only one roll in each bathroom. The distance from the parks was not a problem for us. We knew there was going to be traffic so we planned to get moving early enough to account for any delays. We only put our feet into the pool but found it very refreshing after being in the parks all day. The beds were comfortable and my adult daughter really liked the smell in the Frozen room, not sure what it was but it was nice. Our group is in agreement that we would stay at this property again despite the difficult start to our stay.

The property was clean and spacious and the two themed rooms were beautiful and the game room was fun. However, it is located such that getting to and from the parks is not easy and took over 30 minutes most days because of terrible traffic both coming and going. The walls are so thin that you can hear absolutely everything your neighbors are saying and I’m sure they could hear us too. The kitchen was very minimally stocked so you could not really make a meal. No dishes for children, only glass plates and cups. There were no hand towels for the bathrooms or kitchen provided and no wash cloths either. Only one bath towel per guest for all ten of us! So we had to use our bath towels for hand towels and go without wash cloths or go buy these items ourselves. When I emailed about this I was told there was “a supply chain issue” but that could have been communicated in advance so we could bring our own from home. There was also no sponge for the kitchen, no extra trash bags, no paper towels etc.., We needed a trip to the store immediately upon arrival. The management company was not pleasant to deal with when questions were asked although I did speak to a manager when I returned home who was very polite and listened to my concerns. We have stayed at several other homes when visiting Disney and will choose a different management company and a different location in the future.

Property looks very nice online. There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood so be prepared to be woken up at 7am to loud construction. There was trash in yards and the streets that workers would just pass by. The house itself was nice however upon arrival there were bottle caps and bandaids by the pool. The air hockey table is too worn to use. No hand towels for the kitchen, limited cooking utensils, and broken items on the property that I had to report upon arrival so I was not charged. Overall not a terrible experience, but I travel a lot and have had much better at a cheaper rate.

Would not stay here again
