This imposing stone bastide is ideally situated in a peaceful neighbourhood, within walking distance to the pretty Provencal village of Valbonne with its many restaurants, cafes, shops and colourful Friday market.
The property is very spacious with 6 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms plus a second living room and can accommodate up to 12 people. Four bedrooms are air-conditioned and two have fan ventilation. There is a big, very well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining rooma and French doors leading out to a wonderful covered outdoor dining and seating terrace with family BBQ and a fountain with lemon and lime trees and fresh mint - ideal for mojitos and mint tea in the evening.
The property is set within a lovely 5000m2 garden, with a family BBQ and huge outdoor dining terrace and sitting areas, sweeping lawns, and olive grove. Across the lawn is a large sheltered pool terrace with 12x6m swimming pool with deep end and play area. The house has table tennis and boules court.
