Location, staff, food, feel. Really enjoyed the stay and have fond memories.
No fans or aircon in the room. It was very hot.

Sheets were crisp and clean… communal bathrooms were very good… Modern, large Almost Spa like.
Ability to store our motorbikes securely was a big bonus.

Fresh morning look outside was fantastic
The sore point was the smoke emanating from some industry nearby. Would like to check whether its a harmful or harmless smoke

Dinner options were very nice. Beds very warm and comfortable. Nice new clean shower room.
Nowhere to put put your clothes whilst showering. No extension lead for single bed electric blanket as it would not reach to the only double power point. TV viewing room had no TV remote. Lounge needs to be updated. Needs a coffee table to put drinks on.

Lovely location, bed was extremely comfortable. My friends and I enjoyed the common/social areas, and having the pub downstairs was handy. The female toilet was clean.
There was no power point near my bed to plug the electric blanket. Fortunately, this wasn't a problem because the blankets and oil heater provided were enough. There was a picture frame just above the double bed that fell during the night and almost hit my husband's head. This is a hazard, and frames should be placed on top of beds, so I highly recommend removing this. I looked underneath the bed, trying to find my earring, and the floor was dirty, which I wasn't pleased about.

the room service was very disappointing. I asked for a very basic necessity, a fan, but I was told, since the nights are going to be cold, there is no fan available. The room temperature was 30 plus and I had 2 kids with me who could not sleep due to hot temperature. We left our window open for cold air and ended up with mosquito bites. This is very unfortunate and I cannot emphasise enough that there was a fan in every other room, just not in ours (I was able to peek into other rooms while a lady was cleaning them). I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, whose staff apparently act according to their mood or according to the person asking for something.
Also, there was a shared bathroom which was not cleaned on a daily basis. There were no toilet papers and no one checked once, whether the things are available in the bathroom.

nothing really great old pub will stay again

location. meal was good
room with a bed and a chair.? for a $100? how about a bed side lamp, or a table, or an insect screen on the window ( forget air con) would be just ok for half the money. next night I stayed in Goulburn. Got a room with Aircon , TV and my own bathroom. And that was 100 bucks.

I liked that the hotel was within walking distance to the venue where a concert was being held and I liked that I could go out for a smoke whenever I wanted and the bed was a comfortable bed.
I didn't like that there was no air-conditioning in my room, there was no fly screen on my window so couldn't have the window open cause bugs and mozzies kept coming in, the fan did nothing but blow the heat around the room, it was very hot and very uncomfortable, I had a very bad sleep, I was up and down all night and I didn't feel very comfortable when someone else came in the bathroom when I was having a shower, the water kept going very hot then very cold, no locks on any of the bathroom doors and the top floor where the hotel rooms are felt like I was gonna fall through it, it was very un even and very squeaky so I won't be staying there again unless airconditioners are put in every room, hotel rooms need to be comfortable and worth the money people pay, I paid $80 for one night and It was a disgusting hot night

The kitchen was well equipped, the ensuite was big and the location great. Great location for Kanangra Walls, Mayfield Gardens & the Caves at Jenolan.
The room was very hot at night after a hot summer day, the fan was not adequate.

Great location, easy to walk to everything. Clean modern bedding and rooms, warm and accommodating and ample bathroom facilities for the amount of guests staying.
Pub was quiet and couldn't hear them from upstairs. Great value for money
