an excellent location, the apartment is very spacious and kitchen relatively well equipped.

we arrived late afternoon on a Sunday after all the shops had closed. it was rather disappointing that the owner had not thought to provide even water as it is not possible to drink the tap water. We have been used to a welcome pack at other properties.

Location. Literally 30 second distance to broadwalk. Philipsburg Beach, mullet Beach and grand case are the best beaches in the island

Should have at least coffee a spounge and soap to clean the dishes

Location is excellent with many places around. We still needed a car to go around the island, but it was relatively easy to find street parking around. Rooms are big with air conditioning. I would definitely come back.

For our stay on this island we deliberately opted for an apartment instead of a hotel, so that we could provide our own breakfast. The kitchen was above expectations: plates, saucers, mugs, glasses, tea, and so on… with more than enough space to store our own groceries in the kitchen cabinets, on the kitchen counter and in the fridge/freezer. It is nice that there was a dishwasher here and we made good use of the oven. The apartment was clean, there was a vacuum cleaner and a broom to maintain the cleanliness and, very important for us, the bathrooms were well-kept. We appreciated the provided towels, we slept comfortably on the large beds and it was nice that the living room has electric shutters that darken the room well. The location was perfect! Just a few steps away from the beach!!! There are many places in the area to eat, but our favorite was the Greenhouse restaurant, also just a few steps away from where we were staying. Inside of the apartment we liked hearing and looking at a bunch of cute little birds (I think they are called “bananaquits”) in the trees and bushes in front of our balcony. Also, at the back of the apartment there is some flora and fauna to enjoy. A big compliment goes out to Henri, the host of the apartment. He was very kind and hospitable from the beginning to end, making us feel extraordinarily welcome at arrival and contributing to filling our bags with great memories of our stay. We definitely recommend him as the ‘go-to person’ for a wonderful accommodation in one of his many apartments on the friendly island of Sint Maarten.

The closets were big and spacey, but there weren't many hangers in them so a bit of improvisation was needed to store everything upon arrival.

Location was awesome, close to the beach and the boardwalk. Internet is provided and working ok. Parking was not an issue for us. Pictures were accurate.

- Communication with the property manager was difficult in the beginning, I couldn't reach them through booking. After we switched to WhatsApp it was ok and they were helpful. - Can only pay cash, but that was stated in the description, so it was ok. - The apartment could you some love (no blankets, no chairs / table inside, no hangers, no toiletries, etc.), just the bare minimum
