Summary:
Relax comfortably in this cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath oasis with a pool that sleeps 10, with an extra sleeping area in the den. Close to Huntsville Botanical Gardens, Dublin Park, and Rainbow Mountain Trails. The home sits on a large corner lot with secluded cul-de-sac! You will enjoy both the outside and inside of this home with a covered patio seating area and a private backyard which boasts beautiful wrought iron fence with seasonal pool. Free wifi, pet friendly with fee.

The Space:
***Please note: Our pool is closed for the season. It will reopen for Summer 2025.

Welcome! The entrance is just up the driveway. The door is protected by a digital lock. To enter, you simply need to input the 4 digit personal code provided to you with your check in instructions, then press the lock image button on the keypad.

Our 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, perfect for families and groups! The bedrooms include a king bed, queen bed, a full bed, another queen bed, and three twin beds, comfortably accommodating all your guests. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs, and relax in the backyard oasis featuring a seasonal pool. Ideal for a memorable stay, our home offers both comfort and convenience.

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Backyard access is at the rear of the house.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a quiet residential area of Madison, AL.

Getting Around:
This is a residential area, so driving is recommended, but Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.

Pool was green, extension cords all over the living area, mold in tiles and caulk, shower head broken, food crumbs on outside table, food stains on inside dining carpet, ice maker did not work. We did not stay, left after looking the property over, very misleading photos. We have asked for a refund with no response from VRBO except if we wanted to stay another night at 1/2 off, what a joke of customer care.

We planned to stay at this property while we were visiting a relative on hospice so that our kids could swim in between visits. We arrived to find a pool green with algae and the water below the skimmer. This isn’t a one day fix. It would have taken at least half a day to a day filling to pool with freezing cold hose water to get it to the level that it needed to be (without a heater for the pool). It would have had to be shocked and chemicals balanced. The pool would have been unusable for our entire two day stay. Additionally, the property was in poor condition when we arrived. Items were broken, landscaping was overgrown, the garbage can was overflowing with trash; the house didn’t feel clean. We ended up leaving after only being there a maximum of one hour. We contacted the management company and Vrbo, and the only thing they said is that they would send someone out to tend to the pool (which, again, would not have remedied the situation). We spent over $1,000 to rent this place that we didn’t even stay in and haven’t heard back from VRBO support or the management company. The house was booked last minute, so it’s not like we held it off the market for anyone who could have rented in our place and we didn’t stay on the property more than one hour. The owner was not put out by our stay. We have rental properties and understand how these things should be handled. We are extremely disappointed.

This home was not worth the price we paid. It was not inviting. The furniture was below standards.the bathrooms were below standard. We had to kill roaches in the kitchen and the living area. Only one television in a 5 bedroom property. Overall it was a total disappointment. Do not recommend this property in it's condition.

The wrong code was sent so we had to call for help. The heat was broke so took 2 days to get space heaters. Plumbing was horrible, showers no pressure and we found box cutters and other tools in the yard

Area was nice and quiet. Close and accessible to the interstate. House was clean and everything need for 9 people was accommodated.
