Really like staying at the Springhill Suites!

Loved the layout of the room/suite. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Bad experience

that it was close to where we needed to stay.

What I didn’t like is that we stayed for two nights and they never cleaned our room the first night as well as we asked for more towels and they left it on the floor outside our door. Also our fridge was broken the first day. The game room wasn’t even open at that was one of reasons we picked this hotel.

Great stay, excellent bargain

The customer service was excellent. We were in a room with a toilet that wasn't flushing all the way, with a view of Hwy 5. The noise from the highway really bothered us. We asked to move to a pool-view room (with a working toilet!), and the staff member took care of it for us immediately. The pool-side room did not have a noise issue for us, and everything worked great. We loved being just across the highway from Six Flags. Self-parking is always great, which is way better than dealing with valet parking at other hotels. We liked the breakfast selection, and even enjoyed the heated pool--in November!

Convenient location no housekeeping available

Friendly staff and location. Also, the hotel and our room were very clean.

No housekeeping. Also, on check out day, maintenance personnel just entered our room without warning.

המגבוצ בבריכה מאד קטנות ואפשר לשדרג את כסאות הנוח.

Perfect stay great value

The hotel was nice and very clean. Great job to staff! Pool was nice and with plenty of seating in the courtyard. Really loved the fireplace outside. Really set the mood.

Except for the room change, my overall experience was good.

I liked the room, pool, breakfast, parking and location.

I didn’t like that I had to move to an accessible room in the middle of the night (1am) because the air went out. The room I had was more convenient for my and my family.

My truck got stolen 3spaces from their front door.

On day 1 of our 1st family trip my truck was stolen right out from their parking garage.i was parked literally 3 spaces from the front dor only to find out they do noy have amy cameras at their hotel. And they were so rude to me it was terrible.told.me there was nothing they can do for me and turned their backs. Police said it does happen from time to time.thought i was safe in their parking structure. But it was a nightmare ruined the whole trip for entire family who came.from all over the world to be there.

Theres no security no cameras to make sure their guest and property are safe.they have poor customer service

The bed the breakfast the view

Very minimalistic decor felt clinical, not comfortable. Chair and sofa in room not sittable. Room was not cozy. Hated the armed forces guys.

It could have been better but beautiful for a last min thing

The property is in a good place. Just remember that the entrance is on the backside not the front. the design of the room was amazing. The bathroom was beautiful.

I did not like the sheets I did not like the bed it was a little uncomfortable for me at least I like something a bit more firm and it was a love-hate relationship with the AC. It was either too hot or too cold.

The breakfast was sufficient and clean. Coffee was great. The staff were helpful. Free parking, free breakfast, clean environment were all pros

The air conditioner was noisy. Our room had a very highway noise. A maintenance on sound isolation would be helpful, I think
