Property needs some work. There was an odor of stale cigarette smoke, the smell of marijuana wantwd in the unit from the hallways where it always smelled like dope. No dryer to go with the washer. Super comfortable bed. No cable tv which is bad if you are staying for awhile cause theres not alot to do in the area. Yyou cant get any live sports on the tv just youre own netflix.

The property was clean , the check in was very easy , the apartment looks very nice but the wooden dining room chairs were falling apart , the bed was very hard and one of the cupboard doors is ready to fall off , it needs a handy man . It is located in a pretty sketchy Neighbourhood but the building is very secure , I felt very safe . if the bed was more comfortable I would stay again .

Cute and cozy apartment in the Exchange
Cute and cozy apartment in the Exchange
Easy check-in process, great location, and cozy space, all made this rental a great experience. Only concern was that the responses from the host were a bit on the slower side, especially in comparison to other experiences I’ve had. However, this did not really deter from or affect the trip itself. There were no problems during our stay that required communication as everything was accurately described on the online listing, so this was never a serious issue. Overall, a lovely and cute place for a nice getaway in the Exchange. I would recommend!
