I would recommend this hotel!!

The staff was very friendly!! Tania at the front desk has great hospitality skills!! Made my stay wonderful! Chkn tacos, chkn empanadas, and drinks from the bar were on point!!

first time at an AC and very dissapointed

breakfast was way below expectation

room was noisy and extremely small room 605 the bathroom was practically in the room with the bed

Dont pick that hotel as it is unprofessional in dealing with customers

Location is ok and next to a mall

I sent email to the hotel informing them that I am going to arrive next morning of my reservation and paid for all my stay including the day i missed. I shocked when i arrived that they cancelled my reservation. I told them i sent message informing you they said we did not get it. I show them the message and confirmation that it was delivered to them they said this is automated system for messaging and we dont care about it. It was very disappointing and unacceptable and unprofessional.

would stay here again

The room was well equipped but the basics and very clean. The bedding was comfortable, no complaints there. It was a very convenient short stop. I imagine it would be convenient for longer stays, it's attached to a mall, so you will have everything you need. We didn't try the pool, but that also looked nice. Parking was super convenient and free.

La ubicación es buena, pero depende de donde vayas a moverte en Miami, es muy conveniente estar en un centro comercial que tiene de todo. Las habitaciones son muy confortable y todas las instalaciones muy buenas y las personas de la recepción muy amables.

Everything was ok until the glass shower door cracked and shattered at 2.30am and woke us up

Proximity to the Dadeland mall Amazing bar attendant who remembered drink orders from a previous stay in April.

Shower door that shattered at 2.30am and woke us up. Very disturbing. Opted to wait for clean up at 7.00am. But after 8.00 am and 3 calls to desk, people then showed up to see about it. We were lucky it didn’t happen while in the shower.

Great value for money, would go again.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance to multiple stores and restaurants, in a safe community and close to the airport for out of town travellers. Staff was accessible and helpful. On site restaurant was good and prepared orders very quickly. There were multiple elevators so I never waited for a long time.

Minor issue- bathroom amenities didn’t include body lotion.

Essa é a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel e toda vez cobram uma taxa no cartão que dizem tirar depois, mas é muitíssimo difícil conseguir isso. Fiquei há 6 meses e ele estava mais limpo, dessa vez a limpeza do quarto e banheiro deixou a desejar.

Was a short and sweet one night stay. I will definitely be back next time I’m passing through Miami.

Size of room, comfortable beds, hydration stations. The location is fantastic…..adjacent to Dadeland Mall with shops and restaurants and a short 15 minute drive to Miami International Airport

I couldn’t figure out how to use the taps in shower and the water pressure wasn’t that great

An excellent property in an excellent location

This is a lovely hotel on the Dadeland Mall property. We chose it for its convenience to the mall and to Baptist Hospital where we had a schedule appointment. The staff (everyone we came in contact with) was exceptional. The lounge is lovely, Parking is convenient and free. Check in is at 3 and check out is at noon - hard to find anymore. The property is clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are beautifully appointed. Was very pleasantly surprised. Would stay again in a heart beat.

We had an issue with no hot water in our sink. It wasn't until the following morning that I thought to reach underneath and open both shut off valves. We finally got hot water - it was just on the cold side. The shower water was not very hot either. A shame as the bathroom is wonderful.

Me gusto su habitación muy bien distribuida, cama y almohadas super cómodas. Esta muy bien decorado y que tiene nevera. Lugar muy tranquilo, muy bien cuidado y ubicado. Todo estuvo excelente!!

Ordered food a few times from the Resturant Generally good value except for the Mini chicken empanadas priced at $13.99, it is a rip off!!! Did not expect 4 very small items, the size of wontons! Compared with the chicken tenders at $14.99 ( just $1 more) which is a decent sized meal. Checked in on Saturday, housekeeping never serviced the room on Sunday. I requested toweled etc Another day they forgot to replace coffee and cups. This has happened in the past during a previous stay They were very apologetic and subsequently provided the items. Gym facility is excellent! Exceeded my expectations Person ( young man) on duty when I checked in on Saturday afternoon was very good , friendly, professional and helpful

The building was very nice and clean and parking spot had an easy access.

They did not change our towels, coffee, toilet paper, etc, we had to request it every single time, and they took a lot of time to fulfill our requests, also, they cleaned the room next to us very early in the morning with a vacuum and water was seeping through the floor
