I would never book through Vacasa only straight through Chula Vista.

The room was beautiful.

our tvs didn’t work and we couldn’t get anyone to look at them since we didn’t book through Chula Vista. Also our stay didn’t come with pool passes.

Never again

Nothing was really liked about the property..

These pictures need to be updated as to what the inside really looks like. Dirty carpeting, we wore our shoes the entire time- couch is bad table is bad. Ceilings were covered in dust- I could go on.

nice and comfortable. housekeeping was terrible.

location was pretty but would have liked the room to face the river, but there was no option provided during the reservation

there were no signs indicating the room location. it took about 30 mins to locate my condo. it is ridiculous.

We had a great time.

Spacious room.

Disappointed no deck and washer and dryer. Disappointed having to pay for the water park on the resort .

It was a decent time.

Layout was nice.

Couch was pretty worn out. Found popcorn under a dresser. Bed skirt had a hole in it. Cable was out for several hours. Room had an Onn remote but couldn’t use Netflix or Hulu. Didn’t even have the option to use those even with your own subscription.

Everything was nice except if they can change the way they handle the food voucher they can do like a scan o. A card so attached to your room so that if you lose it or forget it in your room they can still use it if you give the room number at the breakfast time they it's register in the sistem if that room all ready has used ut or not

Well my mom had a bad experience with one of the person preparing the omelet on our last day she felt that he was kind of racist by the way he communicated with her compared to the person behind her that he did yhere food first eaven do she was there firs

Water park passes not included, no tv had to use my Netflix to watch tv on one tv, fireplace made noice.

Not so good

The entire stay the elevator didn't work and we stayed on the 4th floor. When booking the 4th floor wasn't mention until our arrival. Not to mention I have a disabled child. Very inconvenient and I wasn't comfortable at all

Will not stay again.

the location of the room to the elevator was quite a walk. When we got to the room I opened the door and the room smelt musty, the furniture was old and worn out that one could not give away. Very disappointiing for the price that I paid. The other patrons that were there were very loud and there was no sense of security had something would have happened.

The place is always nice

The place is always nice what pissed me off I brought my whole family down and had to pay $45 per person to go into the water park so we barely had food I paid for 40 of us. You all didn't tell me the tickets was not included. When you booked at the hotel they are.

Superb

The Villa was spacious. There was plenty of space to accommodate 8 people. It was quiet and comfortable. The room and property was clean. There was no hassle for check in or check out, you could go straight to the villa.

The Villa is advertised for Chula Vista but it does not say that this particular property is privately owned and is not actually affiliated with Chula Vista, so there was no waterpark tickets or attractions included with the stay. There were no amenities available.
