Our go to property when in Nashville, it does not disappoint. This home is clean, cozy, and conveniently located. Great property for those traveling with a dog, ours loves the fenced in yard. Only a 15 minute drive to downtown and plenty of restaurants within walking distance in East Nashville. Owners are extremely responsive and provide a Welcome Book with great suggestions and recommendations for your stay. Repeat customers who will defiantly be back again.

Our first vacation home got sold out from under us, so this was a nice change! Great location with food just around the corner and easy access to all the activities. Loved feeding the birds (and squirrels) in the back yard - we could sit for hours watching the wildlife! Would recommend this place to anyone.

Hosts were very open with communication, and super friendly! The house was more than accommodating and not far from downtown Nashville. House was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks again!

Very cute and hospitable property! Animals are allowed. Downside was the beds and couches were COMPLETELY covered in dog hair. Area felt safe but is a drive from Gulch, 5 Points & Broadway. Everything else was awesome!

Cute, clean, nice neighborhood and easy Uber access to Broadway. We had a great stay in the house and enjoyed handing out in the backyard!

The house was just as described. We enjoyed the peace and quiet for the little time we were there. You can hear the train but it didn't both us. Quick and easy Uber ride to Broadway. Enjoyed this trip a lot.

My family stayed in this home for 3 nights during our summer vacation. It was perfect for what we needed! Well appointed little cottage, close to downtown and easy access to the freeway system.

Clean and good location for what we wanted to do. Seemed about 10-20 minutes away from Broadway , Grand Ole Opry, airport and other attractions. Big issue was there was only one TV in the house and it wasn't in the living room. It was in a sitting room with a futon that we used as a bedroom. There wasn't room for all 5 of us to sit in there together at night after a day of out seeing the sites of Nashville. And then if that person wanted to go to sleep earlier then the rest of us, it was an issue. Something I never thought to check specifically, so my bad, just every other VRBO we have rented (a couple each each for 10+ yrs) have had multiple TV's usually one in each room.

This is the cutest house, I loved everything about it! My husband and I (along with our golden retriever) stayed here for two nights (to break up a long drive from Wisconsin to Florida).
Everything was perfect, starting with fantastic communication from the property owner, MJ. She had the BEST guidebook I've ever received from a property, filled with so many great details. This is her home, and you can tell that this isn't a property used only as a rental, as there are thoughtful touches throughout. Check in was a breeze and MJ was in touch to make sure everything was perfect (which it was).
We loved the fenced in yard, our golden retriever was so happy to hang there and watch the birds. It was nice having a driveway for off-street parking as well. This part of Nashville (East) was fantastic, there are amazing venues, bars and restaurants nearby (we loved Dee's & The Five Spot).
The king bed in the main bedroom was comfy (we didn't try any others).
I had to get some work done during our stay, and the media room was a perfect private spot, and the wifi was great for video calls.
I'd love to go back, this is exactly where I want to stay on my next Nashville visit! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The property was perfect for us! We were in town for a few days and wanted to get the full East Nashville experience and we absolutely did. Walkable to several delicious restaurants and only a short drive to the main drag (Gallatin, not Broadway!). Beautiful outdoor space for our dog to run around and in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Loved it!

My husband and I went to Nashville in Nov to celebrate my birthday. It was our first trip to Nashville and our stay at MJs home was PERFECT! This is such a cute little place and her original and eclectic decor gives such happy vibes (both inside and out)! MJ definitely took time and care picking out furnishings and home decor.
The beds were very comfortable, and extra pillows and blankets are provided. There was plenty of room to spread out in the home, and the furniture was comfortable as well. All of the little amenities were supplied in the bathrooms (blow dryer, curling iron, straightener...) and the kitchen was stocked with tons of spices and essentials, which was great as it saved us from purchasing everything.
We flew in from out of state, and MJ graciously accommodated us with an early check-in as we had an early flight. MJ was easy to get ahold of and was quick to reply when I needed to text her. The proximity to center city Nashville was our primary reason for booking this home, and it was a quick and easy drive. There is so much to see and do in Nashville, and definately not enough time in 3 days to do it all! I'm hoping to get back to Nashville again, and I will definitely stay at MJs home again!
On Nashville:
We originally were going to Uber into Nashville, but ended up renting a car instead. The straight forward drive into Nashville (Broadway 😊) was quick and easy...probably 10-15 minutes or so. Parking caps off at $30-40 per day, (so be prepared for that). We just ended up parking in the parking garages and walked up and down the strip everyday. Bottled beer in the bars on Broadway are $6-9, we averaged 1 beer per bar unless we really liked the band. There are soooo many bars on Broadway!! ALL of the bands/live music are phenomenal!!! Make sure to take extra cash as this is hiw the bands make their money. (We basically tipped a few bucks up to $5 or so... some bands ask $20 to request a song). There are tons of places to eat with a wide variety of food. Keep an eye out for all of the unique boutique stores too. The County Music Hall of Fame is a must see, as well as the Ryman and The Grand Old Opry.

My daughter, husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed to prep for Thanksgiving dinner at our daughter’s nearby home in Nashville. The beds and pillows were super comfy - I slept so good! The location was safe and convenient to everything yet quiet and sits on a dead end. The home is tastefully decorated and includes a lot of amenities. We enjoyed feeding the birds and watching them feast in the backyard. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The one thing I didn’t like. I was cold. It was that raw cold weather outside and I could not get warm inside. The house was great inside and outside. The beds were comfortable. We ended leaving on Sunday morning for personal reasons.
