Great unexpected delight !

It’s a beautiful property with a variety of resting places inside and out .

Queen for the holidays

Loved the king room so did my cats they didn't want to leave. The Jacuzzi tub was exceptional and the twin recliner was great.

It was too bad that there was no bidet in the king room. We were spoiled by it being the other rooms

Every aspect of our time here is luxury, no matter what room we're in. Little slice of Paradise!!!

Fabulous as always. When we have to travel this way, we won't stay with anyone else. The host is fabulous and although we've never met him before, feels like we're staying with family. Love this place. Love it so much, it's all I've asked for, for Christmas. A week here. Thank you for such a fabulous stay... EVERYTIME!!! P.S. we love Zeus! He makes us feel so safe!

I haven't found anything to complain about yet. That's saying something!

Would stay there again any time I could.

Right on the water. Location was perfect. Watch the the sunset from the bottom porch or from the upstairs porch. The amenities are top notch and the staff is really helpful and friendly.

Not exactly what we expected.

Nice views of the Bay.

The room was full of remote controls, for the beds, the fan, the lights, the air con, the TV, but no instructions how to use them. There was a tea/coffee facility but no spoons. The shower was full of controls too, but no instructions how to use them. The location was rural, and the only food was 10 miles away, so not what you want after a long drive to have to drive 20 miles round trip to get dinner.

Beautiful view but bring your own shower stuff

The view and area are absolutely stunning!

No shampoo or conditioner or soap Couldn’t get the spa tub jets to turn on

Absolutely loved it, highly recommended, I will be coming back!

The view was amazing, the owners made me feel so welcomed! The room was more than I expected, but it was so amazing!

Only critique I have is the parking situation. It was completely do able, but was a bit confusing at first trying to find space for your vehicle while leaving the others with room.

Exceptional

The bed is comfortable; the room clean. The host is welcoming, kind, and interesting. Our room had a very elaborate shower/sauna and a bidet. The sunset from the deck is spectacular and watching the ospreys catch their meals was a wonderful sight to see!

Loved the stay. There was nothing that we didn't like. It was a perfect stay and in close proximity to the farmer's market where we meet our family each year in our travels to Corolla.

We had a very nice stay and would like to come again.

We really like the proximity to Edenton, NC. The room was wonderful and we really enjoyed the luxury bathroom (shower/toilet).

Beatiful, comfortable and relaxing!

The location was perfect! Exactly as described with beautiful sun up in the morning and some spectacular sun sets! Our host was very gracious and very trusting. Letting us use the house as if it were our own. Great place to stay. Many views of the Bay, comfortable bed, large screen TV with many different choices. Overall we were sad to leave.

We did not stay as they only had upstairs bedrooms/rooms. This is not what we expected.

I enjoyed my quiet getaway and did sight seeing during my time there to the Outer Banks.

The location was scenic and quiet. There was no meal option/breakfast but I brought my own. The room was very nice and large with a beautiful view of the water. I could watch the sun go down as well as the morning light up with just an opening of the blinds. Plenty of windows for the views.
